Review: I received confirmation that my item shipped 1/*/2015. Instruction said to wait 10 business days before contacting them about delivery issue. 10 business days was 1/**. Sent email on 1/** after delivery service had come and gone for the day. No response from them. Contacted them again on 1/** and asked for a response by close of business 1/**. No response received. I doubt my item is coming. Charge was taken on my credit card 1/*/15. I will be contacting my cardholder today to report issue.Desired Settlement: I want a full cash refund. No credit. No check. Evidently this company's products are not as advertised even when you receive the item ordered. They advertise fraudulant merchandice and dont delivery.

Review: I ordered 3 items from the company and paid for the items on December **, 2014. On December **, 2014 I received and e-mail from the company letting me know the items were ready for shipping and that a shipping label was made with the [redacted]. Today is January *, 2015 and no items have been received. I checked with the [redacted] and they indicated that the company created a shipping label although a package was never sent and could not be tracked. I have tried to contact the company over 100 times and have heard nothing back.Desired Settlement: I would like it to be properly packaged and shipped. I would like the product to be received no later than January *, 2015.

Ordered new Clarisonic Mia 2. When item arrived 13 days later, it was not new and was damaged during shipping during shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Review: One of two urban decay naked eye shadow was received damaged on order id #[redacted] and was returned as instructed to [redacted]. I paid a total of $61.89 for the two naked eye shadow ($51.90 plus $9.99 shipping). I had to pay the return shipping cost of $5.75 for the damaged item. The returned damaged item was received by the reception desk on 1/*/2015. To date 1/**/2015 I did not receive a replacement. I have emailed them twice on 1/**/2015 and 1/**/2015 but without receiving a response.Desired Settlement: Please provide an exchange for the damaged item as promised or refund the money.

Review: On 12/* I ordered what I thought was [redacted] Naked 2 Palette (eye shadow). What arrived was a counterfeit product. The company falsely advertised the article as [redacted] Naked Eye but it was easy to see that it was not the real product from [redacted]. The packaging and colors were not true to the real product. The company led me to believe I was ordering the real product and not a knock-off and will not provide a refund based on their refund policy; but since it was falsely advertised I feel they should make good on the deal and either provide me with the real product or refund my money.Desired Settlement: The company needs to le the public know whether or not it is the real thing or a knock off sothat we know what we are really purchasing.

Review: Ordered (3) items 01-**-2015 total dollar amount 171.96. Received order confirmation same day. Received two email 01-**-2015 that order was being prepared for shipment from Accessory Bargains. On same day received email from NY Accessories saying order had partially shipped with tracking number and another email saying order has shipped. Both tracking numbers for [redacted] say a label has been prepared for shipment. Tried to access website 02-**-2015, website down for service. Called [redacted] 02-**-2015 and gave tracking number. [redacted] says shipping label was prepared but no instructions to pick-up to date. Tried to call company and got answering machine.My credit card was debited for full payment 01-**-2015, same day order entered.Desired Settlement: Will accept products ordered but considering difficulty in dealing with company prefer refund.

Review: On January *, 2015, I registered and purchased 2 cell phones covers and belt clips totaling $46.94. The amount was charged to my credit card (and paid). On January **, I received an email stating my order was shipped - the email contained an invalid tracking number. I have sent several emails with no responses. I have not received my cell phone covers or belt clips.Desired Settlement: I would accept purchased items if received very soon. Review: I ordered a phone case in December that indicated the item was new. When I rec'd the item, it clearly was not new. It had scratches and had no packaging and was just tossed in a shipping envelope. I emailed the company about returning. They emailed me an authorization to return for credit only. I returned the item and rec'd no further information. I have a tracking receipt showing the item was delivered. I waited a week or two and put together a new order online but when I tried to checkout there was no indication that my account had any credit to use. After receiving multiple emails prompting me to complete my order, which I didn't, I tried again to go online and their website now continues to say it's currently unavailable and under maintenance. So they have my money still and I have nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded or at the very least the ability to use the credit I was owed to order something else.

Review: I placed my order almost a month ago now. I received an e-mail telling my that the shipping label was created, but has not changed since that. Review: I purchased a phone case on Dec. [redacted] paying the $10 expediated shipping to get it by Christmas. I never received the item. I emailed them on Jan. * and then received the item on the [redacted]. The item was defective, it could not close properly, it also did not arrive in any type of packaging. I tried contacting them on the [redacted], I wrote an email message. I did not hear back from them, I emailed the following week, and I still have not heard from them. There is no phone number for customers to use.

I spent $32.95 on the product, and $10.99 on shipping.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I am happy to return the defective item, but there are no instructions on how to on the website.

Review: I purchased Mia Clarasonic, facial cleaning system at Accessory Bargains. They sent this delicate item in PLAIN LETTER ENVELOPE without covering or wrapping for damage protection, which led to receiving damaged box and item inside. Furthermore the item was tested and found to be not working. Refused to take their responsibility by ignoring my request of return label and refund. Another issue is that they are hostile and was threatening, stated ".... if you complain us to agent, I will not help you!".Desired Settlement: 1) Return label, so that I will be able to send the damaged item back to them.

2) Request full refund, including shipping/ handling fee which is $ 73.08.

Review: On January *, 2015 I ordered an iphone 6 case from Accessory Bargains. They immediately charged my card the $30 and send an email saying that shipment would be sent in 24 - 48 hours. They even produced a [redacted] tracking number which, when I track it says that a label was created. I have now been waiting two weeks for the item and it has not arrived. The company does not respond to any emails I have sent nor to any voicemails I have left. From what I read, now, online, the same thing has happened to numerous customers.Desired Settlement: I want this bogus business shut down and a credit issued to my credit card.

I ordered my daughter a outer box for her iPhone 21 days ago and the sad thing about this company is there is no phone number for it and when you email them it take three days for them to get back with you. the want to give me a 20.00 gift to there store. I would not buy anything from them. I just received a text saying my product is on the way after I told them I was going to cancle it on my cc. this company is sorry and PLEASE DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!

Review: I ordered 2 Otterbox commuter cases for Iphone 4/4s ( 1 @ $12.75 and 1 @ $13.25) and 2 Otterbox Defender case for iphone 5C @ $14.20 each on Novermber **, 2014 along with other items on this invoice. The forementioned products have not been received and when I try to contact the business, the website is down and the phone number will not allow me to leave a message.Desired Settlement: I either want my money back or the product!

This company Accessory Bargains Sells fake knock off products claiming them to be real! Don't be fooled like I was! Low quality garbage! They don't even offer a money back refund because they want to leave you stuck with their fake products! Stay away from Accessory Bargains>>>If you want the real this you have to pay the real price ant the real resellers.

They claim to have sent my items, the one item I received is of such low quality, I brought it to the store and they assured me it was not real. it is a bait and switch counterfeit and all three items did not come.

Review: I placed the order online with this company on 1/**/15. I checked the order status the following day and it was "Awaiting Fulfillment". I checked the status today, 1/**/15 8 days later, and it still says "Awaiting Fulfillment". They promised the order would be filled in 24-48 hours. Now this appears to be a scam. They have already taken the money from my [redacted] card, but no product. When I used the order confirmation number to check the status, it came up under another name, "NY Accessories". Just now after I checked the status again, the page does not come up at all, just a message stating:

"Down for Maintenance

This store is currently unavailable due to maintenance. It should be available again shortly.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

I'm afraid this so-called online company is a scam or at the very least, their customer service is horrible and I don't want to deal with them any longer.Desired Settlement: I want the money refunded back to the card I used to pay for the products because I did not receive the merchandise.
