Review: I ordered three items from the Accessory Bargain Website. I received the products but they are all counterfeit. The lifeproof case I received was not in a package and was damaged. The Michael Kors wristlet smells awful like chemicals and is missing the wrist strap and is not authentic. It is nothing like the other Michael Kors wristlets I own. I also received a Mac mascara that is not authentic either. I contacted the seller and asked to return the items. I was given the option to exchange for a new product or return and pay a 30% restocking fee. These options are not satisfactory, as I am not keeping counterfeit products or exchanging them for additional counterfeit items. I emailed the company back to let them know and ask for a full refund with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the three items and receive a full refund.

Review: I purchased a Naked Palette as a gift, which I already own, and received a counterfeit product. The colors of the eyeshadow were way off, and the brush was different as well. The product was not advertised as a fake.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund, including shipping

The company sent me an email regarding their return policy, which is not posted on their website, and states that I am out of luck on a refund. The company still advertises their company falsely, by stating that the merchandise ordered is a "Naked" palette, which it is NOT!

Review: I placed an order with this company on January**, 2015 at [redacted] on line for two products for a total of $49.70. Order ID is shown as #[redacted]. I never received another email until 01/**/2015 that states your order has been updated with a different name for the company. The phone # is not a working number. I tried reverse lookup on [redacted] and that was to no avail. As soon as I had placed my order the items showed up on [redacted] and I received several emails from other individuals on [redacted] saying to "avoid" this company at all cost, it is a "scam". Now it is the end of January, no further communication. Still no receipt of product. My credit card was charged on the original order date of 01/**/2015. I would like to be refunded the original purchase price of $38.94, $9.99 shipping, $.77 tax, for a total of $49.70. I am writing to you because I have no way of contacting this business. The two products were makeup, the first was Naked Basics by Urban Decay SKU-4DF3622D ($13.95) and the second was The Chocolate Bar Eye Palette by Too Faced (24.99) , no SKU given for this product.Desired Settlement: Refund of full amound charged to credit card of $49.70.

Review: I ordered a cell phone case on Jan. **, 2015. I have not received it. I got a confirmation of order as well as an email stating that I could track the order. When I click on the tracking number, I am not able to find out anything. I have tried to go back to the website, but it has a note saying it is down. I emailed the company, but I have not gotten a response.Desired Settlement: Since I have waited over 15 days for this item and have not received it, I would like my money back. Review: I ordered a phone case through Accessory Bargains and never received the product. I ordered through their website and they sent me a confirmation of my order. They notified me that a shipping label was made and gave me a tracking number. I ordered merchandise on Dec. [redacted], 2014 and there should of been a tracking pattern established with the [redacted]. I notified [redacted] and gave them my tracking information and they said yes, a label had been purchased by this company. They also said I was more than likely swindled because the merchandise had never been mailed or they would be able to track it. This is a bogus company because you cannot call them to resolve your problem. You have to file a complaint via e-mail. They promised to respond to e-mail within 24-48 hours. After several e-mails, they are not responding. They got my money immediately upon placing order. There website looks very real and also brags about all its consumer awards that they received which is false after checking with some of them.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund because I did not receive my phone case and because Accessory Bargains took $20.19 and I got nothing in return.

Review: I odered and paid for a case for my cell phone, got the confirmation email, but the product never arrived. I contacted the [redacted]. office where the tracking number originated and they said that there was no scan of any product, so they assumed it never arrived. I contacted Accessory Bargains multiple times through their web site email with no response. The telephone number is for dealers only.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, but I would settle for the correct item that I ordered if I could be sure of the delivery. I would accept it sent by [redacted] or [redacted].

I made the mistake of ordering something from Accessory Bargains on December **. They "generated a label" to ship the products with [redacted] on December **. The tracking was never updated. I began contacting them on December ** after becoming suspicious and reading reports here. They will not return communications via emails--at least 6. The phone number they list says to leave a message but only if you are a wholesale retailer. I left messages on 3 occasions anyway. The [redacted] tracking says the label was generated in [redacted] NY. After doing research, I found that they previously listed a [redacted] address. I believe that they are defrauding people and am seriously concerned that they have my credit card number. Is there any recourse for customers particularly since this is interstate commerce and the [redacted] is being used as a shield in the perpetration of this theft?

Review: On 1/*/15 I order a mascara form them. I paid $13.94 - I received a notice of shipping a week later. Since then there has been nothing. I've written to them twice to find out where my product is as the tracking shows that a label was created but nothing has shipped. Today I tried to write to them again and got a response back that "none of your addresses can email Accessory Bargains."Desired Settlement: I'd like my money back. Obviously I won't accept product from them. This business is a fraud.

Review: I ordered a Lifeproof Case for an iPhone 4/4S on 1/*/2015 for $35.94. I received an e-mail confirmation of this order (#[redacted]) on the same day. I received an e-mail on 1/*/2015 updating this order and giving me a tracking number. When I go to the usps site to track this item, there is an indication that the label was printed, but nothing else. It appears that the item was never sentDesired Settlement: I would like the case I ordered Delivered to me. Alternatively, if the case is not available or cannot be delivered, I would like for my credit card to be re-imbursed.

Review: I ordered 2 items from them on 1/*/15. By 1/*/15 the status still remained as "awaiting fulfillment" so I sent them an email asking about my order and they quickly sent back an email stating the status had changed. It has been on "shipping label has been prepared" since then. The [redacted] has no record of the tracking number they gave me. I have emailed them 3 times since then asking about my order or to get a refund since it hasnt even been mailed and still...no response. Review: On Jan [redacted] I made a purchase online with www.accessorybargains.com. They processed my payment and preceeded to send me an email with my order number. Thay state they normal shipping is 4-7 days. On the 7th day I tried to check the status of my order. The website no longer existed and I was redirected to a totally different name company. My order di dshow but it still showed awaiting fulfillment. This alarmed me so I began searching the web for complaints filed against this business. Sure enough there are tons of them, shipment of fake products, no receipt of product and no refund. I then reviewed the newest website it sent me to and they have a new address and rules that sate you cannot cancel an order without potentially being fined $100 for breach of contract. I dare not email the company in fear that they may bill my credit card and additonal $100.Desired Settlement: 1) a total refund - I have filed a complaint with my local bank to dispute the charges inthe hopes that I get a refund.

I have not been contacted directly per say unless you count receiving my order as contacted.A day after opening my original complaint the company requested a shipping label. I finally received my order on 2/**/15.For the most part the items look to be legitimate. However upon closer inspection and comparison, 4 of the 5 items ordered appear to be fake or counterfeit knoockoffs. I know that all of the cosmetics/makeup are for sure fake or counterfeit because I actually purchased one of the same items (eyeshadow palette)from [redacted] store and have taken pictures of the two items side by side for comparison. Those pictures are attached. I believe the Naked 2 and Naked 3 mascaras along with the Naked 3 brush set to be fakes as well due to my inablity to locate their existence on any [redacted] website or that they ever produced such an item. The Naked eyeshadow palette is not real. I have attached pictures to show the difference.The real item purchased at [redacted] is in the rich chocolate brown velvet box on the right. The brush in the real item is double-ended and the mirror is real glass.The fake item is the light brown velvet box on the left. The brush and mirror are different and the colors are not even the same.As mentioned previously, the company does not make refunds, will only offer a credit and will charge a restocking fee for any return. It appears that I have been dupped and I am stuck with the fake items. I would still like a refund but would be very happy if this company could be located, closed and prosecuted.

Review: I placed an order on 1/**/2015 for an Otterbox for my iphone 5S. My debit card was charged $20.94 standard delivery with an eta of 1/**/2015. I was provided a tracking number for [redacted] and it indicates that a label was created on 1/**/2015. The status has remained as such since that time, the package has yet to be picked up and in transit for delivery. ANy attempts to contact the business has been futile and the company is no longer in existence, the website is no longer active.Desired Settlement: I would like the delivery of the order or a refund of the moneies paid for the item.

Review: Between the days of 12-**-14 and 12-**-14 I placed an order at this website. I paid extra for expedited shipping and figured it would take somewhere between 4-7 days to receive it. Seeing as it was a holiday, I knew not to expect it anytime soon. After almost two weeks I decided to contact someone about my order, I paid almost 16 dollars extra for the fast shipping and still hadn't received it. Someone messaged me back then and said my order was expected to arrive at the end of the week, which would have made it 14 days, 7 days over the advertised days shown on the site. I tried contacting someone multiple times after my package didn't arrive and nobody has still contacted me, nor have I received a refund. I am very upset with how I was done.Desired Settlement: I would either like my stuff to be delivered within the next two days or a full refund on the cost and shipping. Plus I would like for them to contact me and apologize.

Review: I ordered an otterbox for my iPhone 5s on December [redacted]. I paid for expedited shipping and have yet to receive my item. Expedited shipping states 3-7 days. I expected a possibly slightly longer delivery time by a day or two due to the holiday season but it has been 23 days. They at one point offered me a 20$ credit to use in the future but this is useless to me because I don't care to ever order from them again. I have tried to contact them and they keep telling me it is "right on schedule", which after 23days no one would consider on schedule and should be delivered soon. Even if it is delivered soon I would like my shipping refunded. It was not expedited shipping as I paid for. They have quit answering my emails and the contact number is not to be used for customer service.This is the first time I have had to use Revdex.com but I am at a loss. A shipping label was created on December [redacted]. The product was never delivered to a [redacted] postal facility for shipment. I have contacted the company 3 times via their messaging on the web site with no response.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund including shipping charges.

Review: I purchased what was shown on their website 3 Apple products that showed the Apple logo and Apple packaging and said they were genuine. When I received the products they did not work on my Apple product. Had them checked and found they were cheap knockoffs. Contacted the company and the said they do not give cash refunds only store credit. I told them I did not want store credit to have to buy from a store that is trying to cheat me and I would dispute the charges with my credit card company. They told me the will give my information to a collection agency and ruin my credit and charge an additional $150.00Desired Settlement: Personaly I think the store should be investigated and made to stop the false advertising and their refund policy changed and to stop threatening people. They have emailed me more than once saying they are going to get a collection company to go after me and ruin my credit. I have sent the items back to them but they still are threatening me. Here are some of the emails arbitration clause. All are legally binding and enforceable. If you received incorrect merchandise or defective goods, you need to return the merchandise to us. Instructions have been provided. You can cooperate and return the merchandise as needed, to resolve this problem, or else we will be unable to help you with this issue. Further, you may contact whomever you wish, but no one will be able to assist you with the collections agency action and/or wage You signed a contact agreeing to the $150 penalty. We have your digital signature and the contract is legally binding. You may speak to whomever you wish but the contract is enforceable and we can bill you these fees and additional damages and can use any means necessary to collect within our legal rights. Thank you. garnishment action which will be quickly and easily filed electronically, with your personal information as has been done to others who have chosen to violate the arbitration clause in the past.

Review: The site is claiming to sell authentic Urban Decay Naked3 eyeshadow pallets. I bought 3 of them as Christmas gifts because the site said the items were real. I received the items and they are fake Urban Decay make-up. I believe it is wrong for a business to advertise that they sell authentic items just to be able to sell fakes to unknowing consumers. The site will not give me a refund and wants 30% restocking fee and only store credit. My problem is, I would have kept the item if it was real. The items that were sold to me are fake so why am I penalized for it? They shouldn't sell fakes as real to begin with.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the items that they claimed were authentic but are Fake. Also they should stop selling it in general because its against the law to sell fakes as real authentic items.
