Review: I ordered 5 items for Christmas on Dec [redacted]. Money was taken immediately of $111.58 and as of today I have never received the products. Have been told on 4 occassions that it was shipped, the first being dec [redacted] . I called [redacted] on dec [redacted] and was told the tracking number was created on dec [redacted] but no items were submitted using those numbers. I have been ripped off for $111.58. They keep saying the items were shipped. I have numerous emails from them. I have called them numerous times and get a very poor message that is not professional at allDesired Settlement: I want a full refund and any other charges I incur. I am faxing all the email correspondence to the ohio attorney general so I want that cost refund as well. I will want all my attorney fees as I have an appointment tomorrow with an attorney for legal action

Review: Products were ordered December * 2014 with the guarantee that they would be delivered in 2-5 business days...I paid for express shipping. It has not yet been delivered and doesn't appear to have left their facilities.Desired Settlement: Please refund amount plus shipping...

Review: I purchased all three Naked eye shadow sets by Urban Decay from WWW.ACCESSORYBARGAINS.COM on November [redacted] 2014 as a gift. My total ended up being $85.17 for all three sets. Great deal considering that they are $54 a piece. When I received them it was a completely different eye shadow than the original the container was made of cheap plastic with glue stains on the edges and the mirror was plastic as well. The eye shadows were so poor quality it was just translucent powder with some shimmer. I took all three sets to Sephora to compare side by side and at that point I knew I was scammed. The difference was tremendous. The shades were completely different. When I placed my order (as you can see below) it states that it was NEW IN BOX which lead me to believe that it was NEW IN THE BOX. Unfortunately, the website does not do refunds and I am out of $85 right before the holidays. URBAN DECAY EYESHADOW (CHOOSE PRODUCT: SALE - NAKED - NEW IN BOX) NAKED 1 1 $25.95 USD $25.95 USD URBAN DECAY EYESHADOW (CHOOSE PRODUCT: SALE - NAKED 2 - NEW IN BOX) NAKED 2 1 $26.95 USD $26.95 USD URBAN DECAY EYESHADOW (CHOOSE PRODUCT: SALE - NAKED 3 - NEW IN BOX) NAKED 3 1 $27.95 USD $27.95 USDDesired Settlement: A refund would be the only appropriate solution for this matter.

Return info was given to the customer. It can be found here:[redacted]We will gladly accept a return. The customer needs to cooperate and send us back the goods using the instructions given. They have not done so. Instead, they chose to contact you for help and ignore our instructions.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

All refurbished, reconditioned, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange and are sold as-is without eligibility for exchange - this shall include cases where the merchandise is found to be defective or non working at any time. [redacted]This is what their return policy states. The product that was sent to me was definitely refurbished. There were small finger prints already in the eye shadow and the makeup brushes where dusty as if someone had already used it. I would want nothing more than to return these three items and receive a full refund. I am afraid that when I send it back, I will be out even more money due to shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee and whatever else they want to charge me for. With the way this company is I would not be surprised if they received it and then decided not to refund me at all. There was no return label or receipt in my package. AND, the only reason why I contacted the Revdex.com was only because there is no customer service help with ACCESSORYBARGAIN.COM and when I did send you a message you only responded to one of my messages.

Review: I ordered a Clarisonic online because they were cheaper then the other websites. I have not received my product. I received a notice that a label has been issued and received a tracking number. Waited and no package. I called [redacted] and they say they have not received the package. I researched this company online and found very bad reviews listing exactly the same reasons I am.This company is a rip off and I am out 73.00 dollars. Do not buy anything from this company!!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $73.08

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: I placed an online order on 12/**/14 with accessory bargains. I also paid for expedited shipping. I received an email confirming my order on 12/**/14. On 12/**/14 I received an email that my items had been shipped. My credit/debit card was also charged in full on this date. As of 1/*/15 I have still not received my merchandise or a refund of the amount charged on 12/**/14. I have written to the company multiple times. They told me my items bf been shipped and to stop contacting them since they are unable to do anything more for me. I have attempted to contact them and they have stopped replying to me.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise to arrive promptly or would expect a full refund including shipping.

Consumer

Response:

In reference to complaint ID [redacted], I have received my merchandise on 1/**/15, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I feel they should reimburse me my expedited shipping but I'm ok losing the $5 to never have to deal with them again.

Sincerely,

Review: On December **, I ordered some cosmetics that were supposed to ship immediately and be delivered by Xmas. On Dec **, I received a confirmation email stating my order had been prepared for shipment and would be sent by [redacted]. On Dec **, I received an email, stating my order had been prepared for shipment on Dec **, and would be sent by [redacted]. On Dec **, I sent an email asking when my shipment had been sent -- the [redacted] or [redacted]? - and asking if they would be received by Dec **. On Dec **, I received an email that ignored my questions and simply said verything in the order looked good and I should receive the order some time in the next week. It is now January [redacted], and I have received nothing.Desired Settlement: I am not interested in receiving anything from this company at this late date. I will refuse to pay the charges on my credit card. They haven't sent anything by now, and they shouldn't bother at this time. This deal is canceled and over.

Consumer

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Accessory Bargains regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I cannot find their website anymore and believe they have folded. I did find the original order I placed, in my email file, where shipment was promised by December **. Around January *, I finally received a package from them, but I returned it, unopened, as I no longer trusted that the goods would be authentic. My credit card company reversed the charges.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I ordered the Urban Decay Naked Palette on 12/*, (with plenty of time to receive by the holiday based on their 3-day fulfillment period). Their tracking information showed that it shipped on 12/**, so I assumed this was a problem with the [redacted]. However... the [redacted] did not receive this for shipping until 12/**. I have been unable to reach anyone from Accessory Bargains via email or phone. We found their "customer service" number which does not go anywhere, then found a [redacted] review, and the number listed is some poor guy's personal cell phone (and sounds like he has received several calls with complaints about the company). Upon trying to track them down, I am now expecting a fake or damaged product (if I ever receive it)... that I will be unable to return for a refund (due to their strict "no refund" policies, and their "no damage policies"). And, if I cannot get a refund, why would I want to order something else from them if their products are knock-offs and are consistently damaged upon receipt.Desired Settlement: This is in-transit, and I will gladly ship this back immediately without opening based on what I have read. I had to already purchase the Naked Palette from Sephora at full-price (which is what I should have done in the first place). The product did not make it in time for Christmas (ordered 14 shipping days ahead), so it is no longer needed. I do not need an exchange for product I can assume is fake based on all of the reviews here and on other websites. I have the return-policy in front of me, which sounds like was written especially for their scam. Since, I was not provided the item I ordered in the time promised, and the item is not the actual product expected, a full refund (including shipping costs) should be provided.

Review: I ordered 1,2,and 3 urban decay BNIB pallettes and they were all fake and damaged when advertised as new and authentic.. Huge mess and huge problem !! VERY falsely advertised and a SCAM!Desired Settlement: Full refund ASAP or products and shipping! $91 to be exact !

I did not receive any return info but the products were falsely advertised and they only give a store credit and not shipping back for a product advertised as authentic ! It was falsely advertised or I would not have even purchased ..

Review: I ordered the Urban Decay Naked Palette (eye shadow) for my sister for Christmas. This product usually retails for $54 at places like Ulta, Sephora, Macy's, etc. I found a better deal when searching online at Accessory Bargains that the "same" product was available with them for a significantly better deal, $25.95. My sister has had the palette in the past and the product that we received was not an authentic Urban Decay Naked Palette. This one is a knock off or counterfeit. This company advertises/sells it as the real deal and it is clearly NOT what it is supposed to be. I also had ordered it with expedited shipping for $10.99, in which it should have arrived within a few days. It took around 10-11 days to get here. I didn't pay EXPEDITED SHIPPING prices to get it in almost 2 weeks.

I read the company's return policies and they will only give "store credit" and I have to pay for the shipping to send it back. Given that the product that I received was not what it was supposed to be, I definitely do not was "store credit."

I should have researched this company prior to ordering this product. There are several complaints about it and on the same product that I purchased from them.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back. The price of the product and the shipping. I also want this "company" to be investigated. They are falsely advertising products and sending customers fake ones. I am so disappointed and embarrassed that my sister did not get the product that she was supposed to get.

Review: Accessory Bargains a.k.a AcctownOnline

Simple order - 20 bucks. Put it in an envelope and mail it, right? This company IMMEDIATELY deducted the purchase from my bank account and sent me an email stating the order was shipped! Following day I received an email stating that my order was being prepared and should be sent within 24-48 hours with lots of reasons why the [redacted] might not deliver it on time. AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY SHIPPED.

Shipping label indicated only that one had been created. After 10 days contacted [redacted] and determined that the item had never entered the [redacted] system. Sent an email - no response. Sent another email - no response.

Looked again at customer reviews on their website. it seems ALL CUSTOMER REVIEWS ARE BOGUS! They are all by "anonymous" and many appear to have been created on the same day like someone just sat at a desk and spent the day creating positive reviews.

Received another email from the company to review the item I purchased (and never received). After submitting a review and deserved negative comments, the screen indicated that the review was "being reviewed for approval." Doubt my review will never be seen...

Further online research indicates this company may have been in existence for only around 6 months. It appears to be a SCAM company intent on making a quick buck then will disappear. They are using misleading and false advsertising and trickery in their administration to evade their responsibilities by hiding their rules until complaints are received and making it so difficult for people to resolve concerns that they just give up!

F-rating from the Revdex.com

I'm sure I'm out my 20 bucks, but will continue to spread the word about this company at every opportunity in hopes I can save someone else from falling into their trap and will keep trying to get my product or money back. Yeah, right. After that happens, I'll stop posting.

The internet is FULL of warnings about this company - I failed to be alerted - hopefully you won't.Desired Settlement: Immediate delivery of exact product ordered or immediate refund...no store credit.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Accessory Bargains has been resolved in the sense that I will not pursue the outcome any further. Immediately after Revdex.com submission had been sent to the company, I noticed mail activity had been initiated regarding my order. Though I received a product, it was a clip for a different phone model and did not fit my model. The company has not been (nor will be) contacted at any future time for any reason. I learned a valuable lesson regarding this company, enough to want no further contact and things to look for prior to ordering from internet companies in general.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] Iphone cover for my son as a Christmas gift. After numerous emails to discontinue the order I finally received it 3 weeks late - January [redacted]. It arrived without any protective covering and in a small manila envelope with no invoice. It was damaged and apparently it must have been pre-owned because there were many scratches on it and it does not snap closed. I have sent many emails requesting a refund - the website for returns has been closed down. I called the main number provided on the internet and was referred, through voicemail only, to the website that has been closed down.

I believe this business is scamming people. I have read many reviews and all the people have had the same experience I have.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for this product. It is unusable and I am happy to return it, if someone would respond to my requests.

Review: On 12/**/14 I placed an order in the amount of $22.09 for a [redacted] Galaxy 33 [redacted] Defender case Order #[redacted]. Shipping was updated with the informaton on 12/**/14 that a shipping label had been created. As of 12/**/14 I had not received the order used the contact us form on the website to contact the company questing this. I was told that shipping would not update until close to the delivery date and was assured the the order has been sent. I initated a tracking request with the [redacted]) who informed be the package had never been scanned by them therefore never delivered. On 12/**/14 I contacted the company via their contact us link to request a refund as the package had not been sent with no response. I then contacted them via a link within the order to request a refund and still no response. Tracking information still shows "shipping label created" with no delivery of the product.Desired Settlement: I want all my money back from this disreputable company in the amount of $22.09 which would also include the shipping charge. I do not want any type of credit from this company and I no longer want this product since I have already purchased the item from another reputable seller.

Review: I ordered a paid for a phone case in December. The company updated their system on December [redacted] and states the shipping lable was created. I paid extra for faster shipping. I emailed the company three times with no reponse. I wrote a review on the web site staing how disappointed I was in their Customer service. They never posted my remarks on the web site but then did email me stating the [redacted] was probably busy and would have my product to me this week. I called [redacted] and the company has not shipped my package yet. I emailed the company back and they will not respond. I asked for my product that I paid for or a refund. I'm not asking for much. Just what I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund from this company. I can go buy the product from another company that will provide me with the product.

Review: I placed two orders, one on January [redacted] for $70.63 via regular shipping and a second order on January [redacted] for $76.13 via expedited shipping. My credit cards were charged the day(s) I placed the orders, but I never recieved the products I had ordered. When I tried to contact [redacted] regarding my orders, I found that that site doesn't exist anymore and then found via the web that it was changed to [redacted]. I was able to email the company and the only response I got was that my order went from "awaiting fulliment" to a "pre-shipment" label which no further updates or explanations. When I go to the new company website [redacted] to check on my orders, I am unable to because the site has been "undergoing system upgrades" for over a week.Desired Settlement: I just want the products that I had paid for.

Review: I ordered an iphone 5s lifeproof case that was advertised on the website on Dec. **. I was guaranteed delivery by Dec. **. I emailed the company 10 days after I was guaranteed delivery regarding the fact that I had received an email stating that "a shipping label had been created"; however, after speaking with the postal service they had never received the package to put the label. Two days later I received a text indicating the package was on its way. When I finally received my package 17 days LATE, it was not what I ordered. I paid for a lifeproof case and received a fake, plastic phone case with no indication of it being lifeproof--no original box/packaging, lifeproof wasn't embossed on the case as it should be to indicate an AUTHENTIC lifeproof item, and the fake case was in a small brown envelope with no padding, no packaging (as mentioned), no order slip, no packing slip, NOTHING! I was prepared to return the item; however, because I checked out as a guest I had no way to access my account to print off the required paperwork for a return. I clicked on the link to have my account information sent to me, three times, and NO response--so that meant that I was going to be unable to meet the deadline of "returns can only be made within 14 days of receiving product." I emailed them a second time requesting account info OR the product I ORDERED AND PAID FOR, or a refund. I have yet to hear from them on ANYTHING WHATSOEVER!!! This company is advertising products at super low prices and shipping out items that are not authentic, AND not providing a way to contact them, other than the email option, which obviously they ignore!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the product that I ordered OR the authentic lifeproof 5s case that I ordered.

Review: I ordered what I thought was a lifeproof case for my Iphone 5s in November 2014. I was so excited everything looked legit on the website. Boy was I surprised when I got the order and I could not even open the phone case because it was a FAKE LIFEPROOF CASE. I returned the case to them after many emails of trying to figure out how to handle getting it back to them. Once they got it they told me the serial number was missing (there was never a number on it and besides I could not even open the case to try it on my phone). I have been emailing and calling them with no reply on getting my $49.69 back from them. This is the worst company EVER!!!Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back. They have horrible customer service and blame it all on the customer. No one will return your phone calls or emails.
