I have verified documentation that these items are counterfeit by 2 separate professionals and by law cannot mail them back because it is illegal to put counterfeit items in the hands of the US Postal service (called "mail fraud"). They never gave me the option to return the items for a full refund either way, and only redirected me to their company return policy that offers a store credit as the return policy clearly states "WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON". They changed their name to NY accessories. It is a scam company selling counterfeit merchandise! Don't waste your time or money! I ordered from them a month ago and Tried to contact them several times with no luck! They finally sent my merchandise AFTER I filed a dispute with my credit card company!!!

supposed to fit an iPhone), they told me that I must either get a store credit or order another product from them because that was their return policy. Because of the inferior and non-working product I was sent and the company's rude response to my emails about the matter, I did not want to do further business with them, pay further shipping charges or continue to wait and hope the next product the company sent would work as promoted.Sincerely,[redacted]

Since this person falsely claims they were not provided return information, which they were - 5 times thus far and in the reply here, I am going to copy and paste the easy to follow instructions for them:
Return Policy
We offer exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date unless otherwise noted. This means that merchandise must be received by us, within 14 days from the delivery date - no exceptions. Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. We do not offer refunds for any reason. All refurbished, reconditioned, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange and are sold as-is without eligibility for exchange - this shall include cases where the merchandise is found to be defective or non working at any time. Important: Merchandise must be received in the same condition it was sent. Any damaged merchandise will require a claim with the carrier and official documentation prior to being eligible for any exchange or return.Return postage must be paid for by the customer in all cases, including but not limited to: damaged/defective merchandise received, incorrect merchandise received, or any other reason, regardless of which party is responsible for the issue requiring the need for return. Return/Exchange Procedure:If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your customer account here, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Follow the instructions and options to exchange or return for store credit and follow the directions and information provided. We'll then notify you via e-mail of your updated status with regard to a replacement shipment, or store credit, once we've received and processed the returned item(s). All return/exchange requests must be made through the online customer account - by going to the order page, and requesting a return authorization. Non qualifying requests will be denied. There is a 30% restocking fee applied to all returns/exchanges except in cases where incorrect merchandise was received - for any order where incorrect merchanndise is received, a full credit will be issued. Store credit shall be issued based on the order total less shipping fees and shall be issued as a gift credit/merchandise credit that may only be used on our website. Ordered new Clarisonic Mia 2. When item arrived 13 days later, it was not new and was damaged during shipping during shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Review: I ordered cosmetics worth $62.67 on December **, 2014 and Accessory Bargains promptly debited the money from my account. According to the tracking information, the only activity is has had is creating the shipping label on December ** in [redacted]. I have not received this package yet and am questioning if it was ever sent. I have tried to contact Accessory Bargains twice, via email and phone. I have not heard back yet...Please help me resolve this issue so that I can either get the products mailed to me or my money back. I am very disappointed with their service and the hassle I had to go through.Thank you, your help is greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a FULL refund or have Accessory Bargains send me the products I originally ordered.

Review: I ordered a lifeproof iPhone case for a iPhone 5s. The case did not work. It was ordered 11/**, and given as a Xmas gift. I returned item after they authorized the return on 12/**/14. Ups shows proof of return received on 12/**/14. I have emailed the company several times thru their site and thru my personal email, with no response. I have checked my account on their site and no store credit was issued. They basically stole $30 plus dollars from me. My original purchase was $32.95, $5.99 shipping, total$38.94. I paid for return postage, and they said there is a restocking fee. The product was garbage and not an authentic "lifeproof" case as advertised. I just want my credit owed to me. It's a store credit, so I can use it to purchase a phone charger or two. I am very unhappy with their failure to respond, or credit my account. There is no phone number on the website. I finally found a number thru online investigating. I called and left a voice mail with no response, as the number was for whole sale buyers only. Their customer service is horrible.Desired Settlement: A response to my emails, a credit owed to me

ordered 7 Michael kors phone wallets and paid for expedited shipping , over 2 weeks later still no wallets , the fake tracking info they posted , never updated ,it just states "preshipment label" ok surely theres an explanation...well numerous emails no response , a few more emails and even a couple of calls , that I had to jump through hoops to get a phone # no response had to do a credit card dispute to get my money back , don't trust this company , scammers and crooks , they wont be in business much longer they're trying to take as much with them before theyre shut down
