Review: I returned a LifeProof case I purchased on 12/**/2014 for $41.94. The case was of very poor quality. I sent the item back [redacted] and based off my tracking number Accessory Bargains has received the item as of 1/**/2015 but has not contacted me concerning my refund. I have tried repeatedly to contact them but their number is no longer working and their website has been down for days.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the $41.94.

Review: I had purchased 3 Urban Decay Naked eye shadow palettes on Nov. ** from Accessory Bargains. It was put on my credit card on Dec. *. I got an email from them saying a "shipping label" was made on Dec. [redacted]. However as it got closer to Christmas I had not received the merchandise so I sent them two different emails. No response. Trying to track my shipment down, the tracking info still had nothing more than "shipping label" created. Their website says orders are processed in 24 to 72 hours and "If stock is not expected to be available within a reasonable time frame, a notice will be sent to the customer". I have received no notice, no info, nor no response from them. However on Dec. [redacted] I finally received a response email with just the tracking info on it. I checked it and it was finally shipped on the [redacted] and to be delivered on the [redacted] BUT when I finally received it it was all FAKE!. $98.11 for fake eye shadow to be delivered a month after I ordered it. I have read other complaints and their return policy. There are no refunds only in store credit and no refunds for shipping. Had I known the delivery was so long out (info on that was NOT accurate on their website) or that it was FAKE and in bad condition, I would not have ordered to begin with. Their "in-store" credit only is no good for me because I will never purchase anything else from them.Desired Settlement: $98.11

Review: On Dec. [redacted] I was shopping online for Christmas presents. This company's website popped up. They claim to sell smart phone accessories, high end makeup, and other products at a discounted price. I purchased the following:

However, per my research on Dec. [redacted] & [redacted], customers either did not receive their items or received fake and/or damaged items. I placed my order on Dec. [redacted]. I received an e-mail from the company on Dec. [redacted] saying a shipping label was created and it would ship priority 2 day mail. When the items did not arrive by Christmas, I became suspicious and researched the company online. I found a Revdex.com alert, a number of Revdex.com complaints, complaints on [redacted] and [redacted] regarding this company's fraudulent business practices. I responded to their e-mail on Dec. [redacted] requesting a cancellation of my order and let them know I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and other authorities. They responded the next day and were not customer service friendly like their website claims ("Customers Are Always #1"). I can provide the e-mail correspondence, if needed. They also gave me a [redacted] tracking number, which states a shipping label has been created on Dec. [redacted] (and has not changed status since). Their e-mail to me on Dec. [redacted] said the order has shipped, which is not true, as I just checked the [redacted] site again on Dec. [redacted]. I do not want to receive anything from this company.Desired Settlement: I want the charges to my credit card reversed. I've had my credit card company file a dispute for the charge of 166.33. They are currently investigating.

The company website ([redacted]) should be taken down ASAP so no other consumers fall prey to their scheme.

Review: I am reporting to the Revdex.com. I received makeup items that were USED, not properly sealed and ALL BROKEN TO PIECES. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to go through the carrier first. [redacted] does not honor replacement for items they did not package. NOTHING was protected in the box. NOTHING was bubble wrapped and therefore is the fault of the company not the [redacted]. I spent over 80.00 and the store is not honoring a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have over 3k friends in my makeup group. I have instructed them all not to buy. I will also post on ** and **.Desired Settlement: I would simply like a refund for the used and broken products.

Accessory Bargains has lied. Accessory Bargains responded on Nov. **, 2014 stating "She will not send back the merchandise." However, I did in fact send back the merchandise and received an email from them on November *. So they LIED. I sent pictures to the company on the very first day I received the products showing them they were all broken (as to why I asked for the refund to begin with). In the email, I received on Nov. *, it states "I have noted here, no damage to the items." So, this means they had to have received the products back PRIOR to sending you that message on the [redacted]. We had to agree that all information is true and honest with Revdex.com, they lied to you. Also, I was told I would be issued a REFUND. I next got an email that said, "Change of Status to Store Credit." So, they would not REFUND after saying they would, they gave store credit. They have since returned the items that were broken to me, but they are COUNTERFEIT items. So, 1) they threatened to sue me if I made a negative review about the business. 2) they changed my status from REFUND to STORE CREDIT. 3) they sold me COUNTERFEIT products in which they did not disclose on their website that the products are counterfeit. Review: I ordered what I thought was a LifeProof iPhone 5 case, model Fre. The order page makes no referece to the fact that the actual case you receive is not made by the LifeProof company. They include icons similar to the icons on the LifeProof website, however, what you are sent is clearly fake. They have a disclaimer that states "This is a reconditioned item. This item is final sale and not eligible for return. Serial number has been removed. May contain aftermarket parts from reconditioning process. This item is not eligible for warranty coverage and is sold as-is." But there is no way this product was ever a LifeProof case. When I contacted the business with my complaint they simply told me that I got what I ordered.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to return the product for a full refund. I do not want store credit.

Review: On December **, 2014 I placed an order online at Accessorybargains.com for an otter box for an iphone 4. The total amount of $18.94 ($12.99 + $5.99 shipping) was charged to my credit card on December **, 2014. According to the website, a shipping label for order number [redacted] was created on December **, 2014 at 5:40 pm in [redacted]. A tracking number with the [redacted] of [redacted] was also provided, which veries that a shipping label was created. Although the website states that items ship within 4 to 7 days, and most reviews state that their item came even quicker, I have not been able to see any movement of my item past the creation of the shipping label. I tried to contact the company by phone which I had to search for online, since their website lists no telephone number. I found two numbers--###-###-#### which is always "busy" and ###-###-#### which states that it is for wholesale and business to business contacts only. I left a message, but have not heard anything back. I have also left 5 emails urging the company to email me back, but so far they have not.Desired Settlement: I would like the item I paid for to be sent to me first. If that is not done, then I would like a refund from this company. I also would like this information to be registered with the Revdex.com for all to see.

This company is [redacted]!!!! I ordered an otterbox for my wifes iphone 5c and guess what? NOTHING. And my bank was too stupid to do a thourough investigation of these [redacted] - perhaps because they can't be contacted by phone and don't respond to emails. DO NOT buy anything from this company. They keep changing their name and #'s and are able to generate fake [redacted] tracking numbers and will try to say the package IS delivered. The last thing you need is for these [redacted] to get your bank / debit info. This company is obviously a front for cyber thieves to steal peoples hard earned money. It's bad enough that our government takes what they do. Hey [redacted], why the [redacted] are you not doing something about this company? You can peep in my back yard from outer space but you can't catch these cyber criminals??? What a joke!!!! People be warned!!!!

Review: Thanksgiving weekend 2014 I placed a Christmas order for a NoNo hair Removal System with them along with some other items in the amount of 169.38. I waited weeks to get the various other items in the order but after repeated emails back and forth before Christmas when they kept assuring me it would arrive before Christmas and then after when they told me it would arrive next week and now it's Feb. 2015 and I have never gotten the NoNo from them and now not even any replies to emails.Desired Settlement: At this point I'd just like a credit to my credit card for the amount charged for the NoNo.

Review: I had sent an email asking where my package was cause I had questions about there tracking website. They returned the email stating.... Tracking only updates near delivery time. It is in transit and should arrive by next week. It may take up to 10-14 days for standard delivery and sometimes longer for some areas or during peak times like the holiday season, as stated in our terms. and there website states different... Standard Delivery - standard delivery is on average 4-7 business days but may be sooner or in some instances longer depending on location, speed of service, and other factors not under our control. Also in there email they stated... If there is any delivery problem, we can assure you that out policy is to replace the shipment or refund the customer plus give an additional $10 store credit. My order was placed Dec [redacted] and it arrived Jan [redacted] That is way over both stated delivery time frames. I sent 5 unanswered emails asking for my high $10 shipping rate as they stated. I don't know what else to do but to contact you because they do not have a phone number for customers to call and emails are going unanswered. I have never come across a company unreachable before.Desired Settlement: A refund of my shipping cost and to not state all over there website that Customers Are Always #1 when they are not reachable

Review: Ordered eye shadows and mascaras from this company December [redacted], paid expedited shipping and never received the product. I emailed to locate when items will be delivered was told within the week and still nothing. I have since since 4 more emails no reply and no credit to my account. tracking number provided December [redacted] is no longer located on [redacted] website. Review: I was told about this website, AccessoryBargains.com, through a co-worker. We were surprised, and excited to see the [redacted] eyeshadow palettes being sold at half the retail price, or so we thought. This website has TONS of items (brand names: [redacted], MACCosmetics, Beats by Dre, etc.), that are imitation items. That would be fine, if the disclaimers actually specified that. Instead, they are using REAL photos of the REAL products on their advertisements, and in the descriptions, nowhere does it say that these are imitations of the actual product. To make matters worse, their "refund policy" states that they will not issue any refunds, but that they issue 'In Store Credit' to purchase ANOTHER one of their fake products, although they make the consumer pay to have items shipped back, and do not credit you back that amount. This HAS to be illegal. At least if it specified that these products were not authentic, then consumers could purchase at their own risk, and not have high expectations. But in doing this, they are entrapping consumers into a purchase, with inaccurate information. How do we also know that there aren't harsh chemicals being used in this stuff that they are making?...I for one, have not, and will not use the eyeshadows that I purchased from them, because I don't know, and am not willing to gamble.

I filed a formal complaint with the [redacted] and they will be looking into this matter further, as they have copyright laws attached to their products. I have screenshots, and legitimate proof of sale that this company is false advertising, so even if they tried to remove the items, the proof of any laws broken will hold up in the court of law against them. [redacted] will most definitely file charges for breaking their copyright laws, and considering how many people have been scammed by this very same company, I don't doubt that this won't be publically entertained.Desired Settlement: I demand a refund in the amount that I paid for this product. This item was falsely advertised, and the company made no efforts even after the purchase to communicate the lack of authenticity of the product that they sold to me. People sell "knock- off" products all the time...But failing to provide that important information to your customer base, is punishable by full extent of the law in my opinion. Not to mention, whatever ingredients are being used to make these FAKE products, should be disclosed on your site also, or on the item you are selling.

Review: I purchased one Otterbox Defender Case for iPhone 4S on December **, 2014. I paid immediately online through their website. It has been over two weeks now and I have not received the item nor have I gotten a response to my emails to them. I created an account to track shipping of my purchase and it says that they created a shipping label on December ** but it has not yet shipped. After reading reviews online (just now) about this company, I'm worried that I have fallen for this scam and may never receive my purchase. I do not believe that almost 3-weeks is an acceptable time to (not) have even shipped an item!

Review: I placed an order for an iPhone Otterbox case (order# [redacted]) on Dec. [redacted]. I received an email from AccessoryBargains.com on Dec. [redacted] that the item had shipped. Delivery should have been 5-7 days. After 10 days, I attempted to contact the company several times by e-mail (no phone number is listed for non-wholesale purchasing--but I even left a message on this line), but NO response was ever received. The [redacted] informed me that a shipping label was created on Dec. [redacted], but the item was never scanned as shipped--and they suggested that it might be a scam. Review: I have contacted this company at least 5 times trying to receive a IPhone 4 Lifeproof case. they have taken$35.94 out of my bank account on 12/**/2014, order ID#[redacted]. They have also gave me a tracking link . I went to my local post office with said tracking number and spoke to a [redacted]r, she said a label was made for said product, but not sent. I also went to my bank, and on 12/**/2014 said amount was taken out of my account. They will not respond to my emails nor answer this phone number given to me by my bank ###-###-####. Ichecked the tracking number today,1/*/2015, and it just says the same thing, a label was created, nothing sent. I just want my product or my money back. This company also asked me to review said product that I have not received. Review: I ordered a product from [redacted] and since it is defective and unsatisfactory I tried to contact them and there c.s. telephone number and website is invalid. They provide me with no means of legitimate correspondence and I have no way of proceeding forward to be able to get my refund.

The product cost over $100 and I want to be able to return the product and get my refund.Desired Settlement: I want an immediate refund, but do not feel comfortable giving this company my credit card number again so would therefore request a refund via check.

They also need to contact me through email to confirm what they are planning on doing.

Review: I ordered some items from this site and paid for expedited shipping so that they would arrive before Christmas. I paid almost $20 for the shipping and it has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my items. I was not very upset when the items did not come before Christmas thinking that it was just due to the busy holiday and shipping problems. When it had been a week I sent a message letting the site know that I still had not received my items and could someone check on their status. After a few days I had no response. I sent another message letting them know that the [redacted] informed me, when I called, that the package had not even been given to them yet and that the standard shipping rate had only been paid of $2+. I told them that if I did not hear from someone in 2-3 days that I would no longer want the items and wanted my money back. It has been over 2 weeks and despite trying to contact them multiple times and multiple ways I have had no response. This is unacceptable when I have already paid for my items and have not even received them. The customer service is non-existent and the site is in my opinion a scam. I also discovered in my researching of the company multiple fraudulent reviews of the site. This business needs to be shut down or completely discredited!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund to my account, shipping included, of the money that was paid.
