Review: Company charged my credit card immediately but never shipped item.

I wrote to company on Jan. ** to inquire when item would be shipped and then they created a shipping label on Jan. **- however they never shipped the item- they only created a shipping label - and they have not responded to any emails since creating the shipping label.

Per [redacted] the label was created on Jan. ** but no package was ever sent.Desired Settlement: Refund my money- website is now closed down- looks like they left town with everyone's money

After I emailed the company that I had filed a complaint with you and also contested the charge with my charge card company, they sent me an item, however, the item they shipped was not what I ordered.I ordered a Lifeproof iphone5 case.The item they shipped was a fake- it did not even come in a box, had no lifeproof paperwork with it and was shipped in an envelope with no padding. They mailed me a cheap case with a copy of the Lifeproof logo. It is not waterproof. The company has not responded to my request for a return shipping label. My charge card company has reversed the charge.

Since the last update I provided to the Revdex.com,, I have not been contacted by Accessory Bargains regarding complaint ID [redacted].As previously reported, company eventually sent me a fake Lifeproof case- I ordered a real Lifeproof case.Company has NOT responded to numerous requests to return the item.My charge card company refunded my charge. So I am whole financially, but not due to any efforts by the company.The company website closed down and they are operating under a different name. Sincerely,[redacted]

Company printed shipping label but according to tracking number, the package wasn't physically shipped for another 6 days. I didn't receive what was ordered but got a different color instead. I now have the dubious task of repackaging and returning this order and perhaps chasing them for a refund.

I regret this purchase and after receiving consumer complaints, I will monitor my credit card charges closely. I do not recommend Accessory Bargains.

Review: I purchased a phone case for my son's iPhone in November **, 2014. The phone case we received was defective and did not fit the phone as described in the company's summary of the product on their website. I sent back the phone, paying for the shipping costs myself, in early December, asking for a credit to my credit card. The company said that I had not attained a authorization code to return the product. I did not do this because the company's website requires you to either choose a store credit or an exchange only. Because no credit card credit is given, they "pigeonhole" customers into accepting their limited return terms. The company has already threatened me with legal action if I do not drop this dispute with them. I have the long email with this threat that I can send to you.Desired Settlement: I would like my [redacted] credited for the total amount spent on this defective product and the shipping costs paid by me when they shipped it (total $55.98).

When I first complained to the company that they sold me merchandise that did not function as advertised (in this case, a product that was supposed to fit an iPhone), they told me that I must either get a store credit or order another product from them because that was their return policy. Because of the inferior and non-working product I was sent and the company's rude response to my emails about the matter, I did not want to do further business with them, pay further shipping charges or continue to wait and hope the next product the company sent would work as promoted.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: This company sells counterfeit cosmetics products. These items can cause serious health problems such as allergic reactions and/or infections because they include eyeliners. I ordered hundreds of dollars worth. When I contacted them, they told me to return for a "store credit". Why would I want a store credit for a store that sells fake items? I contacted them again and they did not respond. No one picks up the phone when we call either.Desired Settlement: I would expect a full refund for all 5 of my orders.

We told the customer we will refund their card instead, but they simply refused to send back any merchandise. They instead want to keep the goods and expect us to refund them anyway which is not reasonable. Their claims are also false, but we stand behind every sale and will gladly accept a return of any merchandise the customer wants to send back to us and we will refund their card used for the orders. They chose not to cooperate though.

I have verified documentation that these items are counterfeit by 2 separate professionals and by law cannot mail them back because it is illegal to put counterfeit items in the hands of the US Postal service (called "mail fraud"). They never gave me the option to return the items for a full refund either way, and only redirected me to their company return policy that offers a store credit as the return policy clearly states "WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON". Review: Was Billed for product but have yet to receive my order. Received a notice that a shipping label was created but that is it. Can not contact company as the website is down and no phone number available. I would not order anything from this company seeing that they seem to have vanished.Desired Settlement: If the company has no product then I would appreciate a refund.

My original order was processed Jan. **,2015. After several attempts to email the company as to the where my order was, I emailed the Revdex.com. Then on Feb. **,2015 I received an email from the company stating my order was on its way. I was totally amazed that I was getting anything. Then received another email from company on Feb. **,2015 stating my order had been delivered. Yes the order was delivered but it is absolutely not what I ordered. I replied to the last email I received from the company and explained that this is not what I order and I never received a response.

Review: I purchased the [redacted] Naked Eye Shadow pallets 1,2, and 3 and the [redacted] Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lash Mascara and recieved it today. It is all fake; the company portrays these items as authentic [redacted] products and they are in fact not real.Desired Settlement: Full refund of purchase price to debit card.

I bought an item from these people and they also sent me an email with a tracking number.. This has been over a month tthat I have waited. Terrible all the way around.

Review: I ordered a makeup pallet from Accessory Bargains back in November. When it arrived, it was a very cheap and obvious fake imitation of what the website had advertised. I returned the item over a month ago and have yet to receive a refund. Review: I ordered a cell phone case and according to an email I received I was supposed to have received the package on December **. I contacted the post office with the tracking number provided in the email but they've never received the package at any of their locations or through a pickup. I've sent an email through the contact us information that was provided by the company's website twice and waited for a response but I've heard nothing from them. money has already been taken from my account and I'm getting nowhere with this company as to where my package or shipment is. I have called the phone number that is available on the website but according to the recording the line is only for business accounts. although the message says any non business account messages will not be returned I left one anyway. can you please help me either get my money back or get my shipment?Desired Settlement: I would either like the case delivered or my money back

Review: I placed an order for a iPhone 5s Lifeproof case. On checking confirmation of order, it listed that I placed an order for a iPhone 5c Lifeproof case. This is not what I wanted. On the website it had a spot to reorder. I thought that this would be a chance to modify the order, so I went ahead and modified the order and changed my order. My order numbers are [redacted] (5s case) & [redacted] (5c case). Their status is shipped both [redacted] 12/* & [redacted] 12/* respectively. It's 12/** and I have not received the product. I emailed them asking that they stop shipment of the 5c case while order was being processed. I received no response to any of my emails and only get that the product has been shipped. I'd like a response!!!Desired Settlement: I'd like a full credit for a return of the iPhone 5c case if I ever do receive it and I just want to receive the iPhone 5s case in a timely fashion.

I purchased 2 items from them. Both turned out to be fake because my suspicions led me to bring them into the store to have them authenticated. I was furious at the fact that the sell counterfeit things under false advertisement! I left a negative review and they threatened to bill me $300 if I didn't remove it. Then they threatened to bill me $500 because I would not remove it fast enough. Then they threatened to bill me more money because my bank was investigating the transaction. Now that I see that there are many more negative reviews with experiences that are similar to mine, I am determined to post my experience with this business so that nobody else will have to deal with the problems that had I encountered. They are bullies and their customer service gets an F. Extremely unprofessional! I even had [redacted] news station investigate into the matter as well. Also, I think it's highly suspicious that when you post a negative review on a product, there will be a positive review on that same product almost an hour later.

Review: I purchased a Lifeproof Case for iPhone 5. On the website, the product is advertised as the real Lifeproof brand and there was no indication that the item I purchased was "refurbished," as the business now claims. I received the item and it is clearly a knock-off, fake product. I have seen the real Lifeproof product and it has its brand embossed on it. This item has no name/brand on it and it's a cheap piece of plastic that does not function as the real product. I contacted the business to request a refund. However, they now claim this was a refurbished product which is not refundable according to their return policy. I did not purchase a refurbished item and as of today the item is still being advertised as the real brand name product on their website and not a refurbished item (I printed the page and have the copy).Desired Settlement: I demand a full refund for this product.

Review: I ordered a gift for Christmas for my niece and waited to hear from this company. They labeled it as shipped but there was a preshipment label for [redacted] so I called them. I thought it was their fault but they informed me they never received the product to mail. Tje company took my money. I have tried to reach them several times and sent several emails. I ordered Dec. **, 2014.Desired Settlement: I want this for my niece. If not a full refund check!
