[redacted] No you did not - all you did was cause yourself to be liable for an additional $175 billed by collections agency and/or wage garnishment. Be advised that pursuant to the sales contract digitally signed at checkout we will bill you a $150 penalty if you in any way breach the sales contract as you have done. This will result in a negative mark on your credit report, which will remain for 7 years even if later paid, and your credit score lowered 100 or more points, and/or denial of credit or possible cancellation of your existing card(s) as well as calls to your home, work, and/or cell phones. You agree to the following terms at checkout, providing a digital signature and forming a legally binding agreement as follows: "You agree not to make any complaint, dispute, chargeback, public comment, Revdex.com complaint, or any complaint in any form, except binding arbitration....... Any breach of this arbitration agreement or of this sales contract will carry a $150 minimum penalty plus any and all related damages." We will also blacklist your personal information in a database of potentially problematic/fraudulent customers shared by merchants worldwide. This will result in declined charges on all of your cards with your info attached to them, for the remainder of your life, if you try to use any card at any merchant who uses these databases. We will enforce this agreement in full as necessary. On Wed, Jan *, 2015 at 12:46 PM, [redacted]> wrote: I cancelled this order and had the charge removed from my credit card - [redacted]

Review: I ordered a Lifeproof case for my iphone 4s. It took almost two weeks from order time before it was delivered. When I opened the envelope it came in, the screen protector on the case was broken. It looked as though someone smashed it or stepped on it. I took pictures of the broken case and of the normal, non bubble wrapped manilla envelope it came in. There was no type of product protecting the phone case in the envelope. There also wasn't any type of invoice with it. I contacted them via email to let them know that I received a damaged product and that I would like an undamaged replacement. They have not only NOT sent me the exchange but they also have NOT refunded my money to my credit card. I have emailed them repeatedly and they are not responding. Now when I try to go to their web-site, [redacted], I get a warning that it is not a secure website and another message that tells me their site is down for maintenance. I have contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges. I think that I have been more than patient with this matter. I do not know what their actual address is but the address that they instructed me to return the product to is:

RETURNS

[redacted]Desired Settlement: have my money refunded to my credit card

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased two iPhone covers (LifeProof brand) at $34.95 each and paid $9.99 in shipping fees. Per the website,

"Damaged Merchandise

All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment to be free from damage. We will not accept damage merchandise for any return or exchange. Any damaged merchandise shall require an official claim to be made with the carrier. In the event that the customer is not reimbursed by the carrier for the damaged parcel/merchandise, then upon receipt of official documentation stated this, we shall issue a store credit for the merchandise total less shipping fees.

Unauthorized returns/exchanges or returns/exchanges made beyond the permitted time frame, will not be processed, and customer shall be liable for any fees or costs related to any unauthorized or untimely return/exchangee, with a minimum fee of $25."

Obviously this statement is not true as BOTH of the phone covers were defective: the silence switches were broken and inside of the cases, and the rubber seals were loose and hanging inside the cases. I returned both cases, paying for shipping out of my pocket, expecting a full in-store credit since obviously the items were defective; as opposed to me returning them because I didn't like them, etc. The company is not providing a full in-store credit and offered only $48+/- of which I can use for another purchase. Although I'm not happy with this, I decided to just accept it, purchase new items to at least have something for my money, and never use this company again. I selected the items I wanted and checked out...during the check-out process the system stated I had to pay $13+/- that would be charged. I gave my debit card number, proceeded with the purchase...the ENTIRE purchase of $62+/- was charged! What happened to using the in-store credit?! I sent an email to the company and left a voicemail message (they provide a phone number and yet no one ever answers the phone). Stating I want someone to contact me ASAP to discuss and that I am going to dispute all charges and contact the Revdex.com.

I will NEVER use this company again! Their practices are not consumer-friendly and they do not make communication with them easy!ObDesired Settlement: I want the new order canceled and my $62+/- refunded to my debit card. AND, I want the shipping cost of $2.50 refunded when I had to mail back the defective phone cases.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased $125.52 worth of makeup from this company, and its all fake. I purchased 4 Urban Decay Naked pallets, 1 Urban Decay Brush set, and I mascara. These product do not have serial numbers on the product. Among others things to be able to tell its fake.Desired Settlement: I currently have the makeup in hand. I would like to return it, but their policy stated for No reason will a refund be issued. they will let you exchange it or charge you a 30% restock fee. I'm afraid if I return I will not see the money returned and I wont have any merchandise to show for it. I would like for them to agree once they receive the product, a full refund will be issued plus return shipping.
