Review: On January [redacted] of 2015, I ordered some eye make-up, Urban Dekay's Naked eye palette. I never received it. I tried contacting them, but to no avail. I wrote on their website, and still no response. The total was 33.94, which they charged me. I finally canceled my credit card and they are sending me a new one, so not sure if they refund me, will it make it to my new card? Anyway, we'll see. It's nice there's a place such as the Revdex.com to turn to. It gives some satisfaction, just glad I only lost 33.94.Desired Settlement: I would like to think that there was a big mistake and that they really are not thieves. I hate to think that this was done purposely. An apology with the merchandise would be nice, though I doubt that will happen. From everything I've read, even if the product does get delivered, it's never as described, or in bad shape. A refund to answer the question.
Review: I ordered two items on December *, 2014 for Christmas presents. I emailed them on Dec. ** to tell them I still had not received my package. The emailed me back two days later with the following message: . If there is any delivery problem, we can assure you that out policy is to replace the shipment or refund the customer plus give an additional $10 store credit. Please follow up with us to let us know the package arrived as expected so that we know the order was completed successfully and that you are happy with the order. Thank you.
On Dec. ** I emailed them saying that I still had not received my package and if I did not receive it before Christmas I would like a refund. They replied back two days later with the following
message: We refunded the order today. You will still receive the merchandise, it is in transit and will arrive, although later than expected.
I did not see in my account that I was refunded and still have not been refunded as they stated. I finally received the merchandise on Dec. [redacted]. I emailed them again on Dec, ** asking if I had store credit or had they refunded my account. Their reply on Dec. ** was: No you were credited to your card and now owe us the merchandise returned at your expense or else you will have to have your personal information sent to a collections agency for the order total plus $50-100 in additional fees if we do not receive it back within a week.
I sent them an email on Dec. ** to try to clear this up and have yet to hear from them. I have tried to contact them by phone but get an automated message. I have left messages asking them to return my calls but have not received any phone calls from them.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to honor what they told me they would originally do. Allow me to keep the merchandise like they said I could and since I have already given it to my daughters. Also, I would like a full refund credited to my account like they assured me they did. I feel that I should not be responsible for paying for the shipping charges for my package to get to me since it took 26 days to get here. I do not want store credit because I will NOT be shopping from their website again.

Review: I ordered 4 cases for iPhones. I knew they were reconditioned/refurbished, yet the company stated in an email that a headphone adapter was part of the purchase. I have not recieved these 4 headphone adapters or a response as to my request. I have since sent 2 other emails asking for information regarding my purchase with no response from them. There is no number to call, just an email.Desired Settlement: I would like the whole product that I purchased delivered to me. If not I want a refund.

Review: yes I ordered from accessory bargain on dec **,2014 I ordered 2-naked eye makeup and paid 64.04 total one was 27.95 and one was 26.95 and I paid 12.99 shipping.I got a email and saided it was shipped on dec **,2014 I got a tracking number and still have not got it.I called usps with the tracking number and they said they only got the shipping label but the package they dont have they said the company hasnt sent it in yet.I have made several contacts on there web sight and all they tell me is that it is in the mail.half the time they dont email you back.I tried calling them but it says if your not a business dont leave a message.all I want is to get what I ordered or my money back.my order number with them is [redacted] and my shipping number is xxx and it says 2 day mail.please help me get this settleedDesired Settlement: I just want what I ordered or my money back

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY. It's been almost two weeks and I still haven't received my orders. Unfortunately I looked at their reviews after I had made my purchases. Their products are fake, if you even receive them at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE. There is a reason this company has an F rating. Don't make the same mistake I did. Buyer beware!!!
Review: After receiving my order On December **, 2014 I sent a return request for a damaged product. They then sent me back a return request very shortly after through e-mail. I packaged back up the damaged eye shadow and sent it back through fed-ex. Even with the holiday they received the return package on December [redacted]. I waited over a week for a respone or exchange information and never received anything. I then contacted them through the website. I have dice sent 6 emails regarding this issue and have received no exchange , refund or respone from this company. I logged back on several days ago and it showed the name of the company changed to NYACCESSORY. I went back again today and the website it down for maintenance. It gave support email so I sent another requesting status of order. Today they showed up on website as AccTown Accessory Bargains.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted about my return and have my exchange completed.

Review: I ordered an Otterbox iphone case and it has not arrived. I received an email from the company saying they anticipate that the phone case will arrive next week. I hope it does. The big problem is that when sending out this email, they sent out the email to everyone who ordered a similar product, and ALL of the emails were PUBLICLY displayed. This is not professional and I feel that now all of the people on the list have my email to do with as they please.Desired Settlement: This company made a huge breach of privacy and trust by listing everyone's email publicly. They need to apologize if they want to appear to be a legitimate website. I would love to order from them again if indeed my product does arrive next week and they apologize for this breach of trust.

My problem was that when the company reached out to me to let me know that the product was going to be delivered late and they at that time did not know when it would be delivered, they sent an email to everyone who purchased this product and all of the emails were publicly displayed. In this era of companies trying to protect consumers' private information, I was unhappy with this unprofessional manner of handling the situation. AWFUL!! Do not order from them!! They sold me something a) fake and b) broken. They do not accept returns or refunds, all they could give me was store credit and only because I threatened to sue them over selling me something fake which is illegal. Good luck getting a hold of them and their site has been down for weeks now, I am hoping they went out of business.
Review: I ordered an otterbox phone case on December **, 2014. I was charged on my credit card. On January *, 2015 I checked on the tracking of this item and it was in [redacted]. Two days later tracking showed it was still in [redacted]. I called the postal service and filed a claim. I received a call from my post office in [redacted] stating that they never received the package and have no record of it ever making it here. The postal service still has a claim. I have emailed customer service several times at Accessory Bargains and have received no response of any kind. I will continue to try to contact this business.Desired Settlement: My phone case or my money back
Review: On 1/*/15 I ordered an otterbox defender for my iphone 5s at the accessory bargains website. I also ordered a belt holster. The website itself had Accessory Bargains on it but also had NY Accessories at the top, like they were the same company. The merchandise total was $29.69 and I paid by credit card. I received a confirmation email on 1/*/15, then one when it supposedly shipped (1/*/15). The email stated not to contact them unless the item was not received in 10 business days. I tried to contact them today but the website is down "for maintenance". None of the emails received from them had a phone number to call. Too late, I saw many complaints on the [redacted] website for people who had ordered, paid, and not received the ordered products.Desired Settlement: Considering the number of complaints I saw on the [redacted] website, they should be shut down. I would like the charged total refunded to my credit card.

Review: I purchase a Naked 2 palette from urban decay and also a set of MAC brushes. It took more than two weeks to get my stuff when it arrived it was completely counterfeit it came in the original package for the Naked 2 palette but when I opened it the colors were not pigmented and my brushes that I got from Mac would not even pick up the product. I have a Mac brush and I also have the Naked 3 palette that I purchased from ulta.. So I know what Urban Decay eyeshadows are supposed to be like how they're supposed to look and how they're supposed to feel. These were completely counterfeit they are taking cheap stuff and putting names of top makeup sellers on there items. After I purchased from this website I thought it was weird I did not receive a conformation email. So I checked reviews on the site for the item I bought they were all great! Then I decided to [redacted] reviews on the website itself. What I found was horrible alerts from all people saying what they received was fake. Everything on the website was fake! So I waited waited and waited. Sure enough was fake. They only offer store credit. I will not be returning the items to get store credit for more fake merchandise. Please stop this website its wrote g and illegal. Thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: I want to see this website shutdown completely. And give people there back money from ripping them off.

I also left a message on the only phone number I could find for the business; however, a message at the number claims that it is a business-to-business only line. Review: On 12/**/14 I placed an order for a TRX Home Suspension training kit on [redacted] On 12/**/14 I received an e-mail from them stating that the package had been shipped and listing a tracking number with [redacted]. On 12/**/14 the [redacted] website also shows that a shipping label was created in [redacted]; however, no additional movement or action is shown beyond that date. As of 1/**/15 the recipient of the order has yet to receive it and I have not received any correspondence from the company in regards to the status of my order. After extensive research into this company I have discovered that multiple consumers have encountered the same problem and still did not receive a refund or delivery of product from the company after filing complaints and making multiple attmepts to contact the company directly. No working telephone number is available to contact a representative of the company and e-mails go unanswered.Desired Settlement: I wish for my order to be expedited to the receiver immediately or a refund offered if the product is not in stock.

Review: I ordered an item from this company on 12/**/14 for a Christmas present, I paid expedited shipping costs to assure it would be received by 12/**/14. It is now 12/**/14 and no package. When I check on the tracking number with [redacted] is shows label created 12/**/14 and that is what it has shown and never updated to this point. I have tried to call and you can not leave a message. Initially they were answering my emails telling me to hold tight, the package should be there any day now. But now they just aren't answering my emails. This item was to be a X-mas present for my daughter. From what I am now reading on line, this is a common complaint about this company. I do not even know if they are a legitimate business or not. I hope to get all my money back so I can re-order from a "real" company.Desired Settlement: I want my package delivered and I should be reimbursed for the "expedited delivery" charges! They did take money from my account on January *, 2015. Review: ordered merchandise on 11/** and revd email confirmation of package being shipped 12/*/14, on 12/**/14 I tracked package to find it had not left NY. tried to reach accessory bargains to find out why, contacted the [redacted] to find out what happend, told the label printed by accessory bargains but never shipped. Also told this is a common way companies commit fraud. Making consumer believe product is coming... Tried again to reach Accessory bargains via phone and email.
12/**/14 got a response that my purchase was delayed due to back order. I asked when it would be shipped and was told it will arrive this week. Checked tracking on Monday 12/**/14 package has not shipped. emailed Accessory bargains asking for the current tracking number. response did not include a tracking number only that my purchase was on back order. I do not believe they intend on shipping order and was told I can not cancel without paying 30% restocking fee.
If they don't have the product what is there to restock? I think they make money by charging 30% and never send you a product...Desired Settlement: deliver the order as promised by 12/**/14 or cancel and give me 100% refund.
