I purchased items from themBoth turned out to be fake because my suspicions led me to bring them into the store to have them authenticatedI was furious at the fact that the sell counterfeit things under advertisement! I left a negative review and they threatened to bill me $if I didn't remove itThen they threatened to bill me $because I would not remove it fast enoughThen they threatened to bill me more money because my bank was investigating the transactionNow that I see that there are many more negative reviews with experiences that are similar to mine, I am determined to post my experience with this business so that nobody else will have to deal with the problems that had I encounteredThey are bullies and their customer service gets an FExtremely unprofessional! I even had *** * news station investigate into the matter as wellAlso, I think it's highly suspicious that when you post a negative review on a product, there will be a positive review on that same product almost an hour later

Revdex.com:Since the last update I provided to the Revdex.com,, I have not been contacted by Accessory Bargains regarding complaint ID ***.As previously reported, company eventually sent me a fake Lifeproof case- I ordered a real Lifeproof case.Company has NOT responded to numerous requests to return the item.My charge card company refunded my chargeSo I am whole financially, but not due to any efforts by the company.The company website closed down and they are operating under a different name. I made the mistake of ordering something from Accessory Bargains on December **They "generated a label" to ship the products with *** on December **The tracking was never updatedI began contacting them on December ** after becoming suspicious and reading reports hereThey will not return communications via emails--at least The phone number they list says to leave a message but only if you are a wholesale retailerI left messages on occasions anyway The *** tracking says the label was generated in *** NYAfter doing research, I found that they previously listed a *** addressI believe that they are defrauding people and am seriously concerned that they have my credit card number Is there any recourse for customers particularly since this is interstate commerce and the *** is being used as a shield in the perpetration of this theft?

Company printed shipping label but according to tracking number, the package wasn't physically shipped for another days I didn't receive what was ordered but got a different color insteadI now have the dubious task of repackaging and returning this order and perhaps chasing them for a refund
I regret this purchase and after receiving consumer complaints, I will monitor my credit card charges closely I do not recommend Accessory Bargains

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Accessory Bargains has lied. Accessory Bargains responded on Nov**, stating "She will not send back the merchandise." However, I did in fact send back the merchandise and received an email from them on November *So they LIEDI sent pictures to the company on the very first day I received the products showing them they were all broken (as to why I asked for the refund to begin with)In the email, I received on Nov*, it states "I have noted here, no damage to the items." So, this means they had to have received the products back PRIOR to sending you that message on the ***We had to agree that all information is true and honest with Revdex.com, they lied to youAlso, I was told I would be issued a REFUNDI next got an email that said, "Change of Status to Store Credit." So, they would not REFUND after saying they would, they gave store creditThey have since returned the items that were broken to me, but they are COUNTERFEIT items.
So, 1) they threatened to sue me if I made a negative review about the business 2) they changed my status from REFUND to STORE CREDIT 3) they sold me COUNTERFEIT products in which they did not disclose on their website that the products are counterfeit.
