 They claim to have sent my items, the one item I received is of such low quality, I brought it to the store and they assured me it was not real. it is a bait and switch counterfeit and all three items did not come.

resolved because:
They have emailed me more than once saying they are going to get a collection company to go after me and ruin my credit. I have sent the items back to them but they still are threatening me. Here are some of the emails
 arbitration clause. All are legally binding and enforceable. If you received incorrect merchandise or defective goods, you need to return the merchandise to us. Instructions have been provided. You can cooperate and return the merchandise as needed, to resolve this problem, or else we will be unable to help you with this issue. Further, you may contact whomever you wish, but no one will be able to assist you with the collections agency action and/or wage You signed a contact agreeing to the $150 penalty. We have your digital signature and the contract is legally binding. You may speak to whomever you wish but the contract is enforceable and we can bill you these fees and additional damages and can use any means necessary to collect within our legal rights. Thank you. garnishment action which will be quickly and easily filed electronically, with your personal information as has been done to others who have chosen to violate the arbitration clause in the past.

My original order was processed Jan. **,2015.  After several attempts to email the company as to the where my order was, I emailed the Revdex.com.  Then on Feb. **,2015 I received an email from the company stating my order was on its way.  I was totally amazed that I was getting anything. Then received another email from company on Feb. **,2015 stating my order had been delivered.  Yes the order was delivered but it is absolutely not what I ordered.  I replied to the last email I received from the company and explained that this is not what I order and I never received a response.

the product was going to be delivered late and they at that time did not know when it would be delivered, they sent an email to everyone who purchased this product and all of the emails were publicly displayed. In this era of companies trying to protect consumers' private information, I was unhappy with this unprofessional manner of handling the situation. I also was worried that my email could have been accessed for spam purposes. I had only wanted an apology or an explanation, but did not receive one. Sincerely,[redacted]

had been initiated regarding my order.  Though I received a product, it was a clip for a different phone model and did not fit my model.  The company has not been (nor will be) contacted at any future time for any reason.  I learned a valuable lesson regarding this company, enough to want no further contact and things to look for prior to ordering from internet companies in general.
