I did not receive any return info but the products were falsely advertised and they only give a store credit and not shipping back for a product advertised as authentic ! It was falsely advertised or I would not have even purchased ..

I bought an item from these people and they also sent me an email with a tracking number.. This has been over a month tthat I have waited. Terrible all the way around.

This company is [redacted]!!!! I ordered an otterbox for my wifes iphone 5c and guess what? NOTHING. And my bank was too stupid to do a thourough investigation of these [redacted] - perhaps because they can't be contacted by phone and don't respond to emails. DO NOT buy anything from this company. They keep changing their name and #'s and are able to generate fake [redacted] tracking numbers and will try to say the package IS delivered. The last thing you need is for these [redacted] to get your bank / debit info. This company is obviously a front for cyber thieves to steal peoples hard earned money. It's bad enough that our government takes what they do. Hey [redacted], why the [redacted] are you not doing something about this company? You can peep in my back yard from outer space but you can't catch these cyber criminals??? What a joke!!!! People be warned!!!!

All refurbished, reconditioned, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange and are sold as-is without eligibility for exchange - this shall include cases where the merchandise is found to be defective or non working at any time.[redacted]This is what their return policy states. The product that was sent to me was definitely refurbished. There were small finger prints already in the eye shadow and the makeup brushes where dusty as if someone had already used it. I would want nothing more than to return these three items and receive a full refund. I am afraid that when I send it back, I will be out even more money due to shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee and whatever else they want to charge me for. With the way this company is I would not be surprised if they received it and then decided not to refund me at all. There was no return label or receipt in my package. AND, the only reason why I contacted the Revdex.com was only because there is no customer service help with ACCESSORYBARGAIN.COM and when I did send you a message you only responded to one of my messages.

contacted directly by Accessory Bargains regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[I inquired about the authenticity of the products sold and shipped and they refused to acknowledge the question.   They merely stated that the would refer my purchase to a collections agency if payment was not made for the item.  The items (cosmetics) were listed on the internet was authentic.  However, after a cosmetic's professional viewed the items they determined that they were in fact fraudulent and not the items portrayed on the internet.

filing my initial claim against Accessory Bargains, the company has changed its online retail name to New York Accessories.  The telephone number listed for both Accessory Bargains and New York Accessories is a non-working number.Sincerely,[redacted]

After I emailed the company that I had filed a complaint with you and also contested the charge with my charge card company, they sent me an item, however, the item they shipped was not what I ordered.I ordered a Lifeproof iphone5 case.The item they shipped was a fake- it did not even come in a box, had no lifeproof paperwork with it and was shipped in an envelope with no padding. They mailed me a cheap case with a copy of the Lifeproof logo. It is not waterproof. The company has not responded to my request for a return shipping label.  My charge card company has reversed the charge.
