In lieu of money paid to said business I was told that my timeshare would be voided and null
For 2300.00 I hired this company to eliminate a time share in the month of Jan 2018.

I need to job finished or my money back.

I hired Aconsumercredit to help with cancelling a timeshare with*** on 4/17/17. The company took my money and I haven't heard from them since.

When I hired the company there were so promises they would first get my contract cancelled and then work on getting back money I had paid due to not using the time share. I made a down payment of $1500 on 8/17/18. I was told wait for 1-2 months and then I would be able to get an update. This is the amount of time it would take to get things started. Once the time was up I tried to contact the company and called the ladies cell phone I originally spoke to the number is disconnect and no emails are returned. The next thing I find out is the timeshare company has received no paperwork from anyone and it's been six months.

I Can't talk anybody to find out what is going and why I haven't I gotten anything in the mail telling me what is going on
I have not heard from them for over two months I have tried five different phone numbers and they all go to there mailbox saying that it is full and they can't except any messages please try again this has been going on for quite sometime the last time I heard from them was 8/7/18 I talked to Christine and she was going to send me some papers to sign for my timeshare that they were working on and heard that they file for chapter 11

Aconsumercredit did not provide the services promised and have made it impossible to contact to resolve this issue.
In January of 2018 I contracted with Aconsumercredit to cancel my timeshare with ***. The sales staff was friendly and responsive but since getting my money we have not heard from the company. Alter following their advice I am now in default with my timeshare provider and have incurred multiple fees because Aconsumercredit has not done what they have promised.

Not getting service that I paid for. I paid for a timeshare cancellation and am still getting timeshare bills
I paid this company about 2 years ago to get my timeshare cancelled. They said it would take 6 months. I am still getting timeshare Bill's and I cannot contact this company

Just filled my claim with the bankruptcy court and fingers crossed some monies will be refunded. FYI to my surprise I contacted my timeshare company directly and they transferred me to the foreclosure department. They advised me that if it goes into foreclosure the ONLY consequence is that I will no longer able to book with them. They do not report anything to my creditors and after 90 days after the account is listed into foreclosure, my account will be closed. I had them repeat it again just to make sure. I should have just contacted them in the first place instead of just paying $2,450 to these "Lawyers" who promised everything but did nothing. Additionally, the lost $2,450 was recuperated through my credit card company. I encourage everyone to do exactly what I did.

I am seeking a full refund of $2,450 which I paid to this company and they provided no service for me & I wasn't released from my timeshare contract.
I entered into a contract with this company on June 28,2018. I had contact with a member of their staff who assured me I would be 100% released from my timeshare contract. I paid the $2,450 up front and signed a contract with this company. I was advised to stop making payments to the timeshare company as we were in a contract already. I then faxed the documents of my contract that were needed and was told I didn't need to do anything else that they would handle everything and I would be contacted. I was also advised not to speak with or take calls from the timeshare company. It is stated in my contract that this company would assist me in cancellation of my timeshare contract or deed. If they were unsuccessful they will refund 100% of my monies back.

My friend, ***, and I hired and paid a fee of $ 2450.00 American Consumer Credit in Ormond Beach, Fl in January 2016 to help us get out of a timeshare contract with *** Resorts in Panama City, Fl. We were told it would take 4-6 months to complete the process. Then after the six months were up, we were told it could take longer to negotiate with ***. Over time different people were " assigned " to our case. Passing the buck, I guess! The last time I spoke with Madelin, was in early August 2018 and she told me or case would be settled August 27, 2018. I never heard anything to that effect!! I have continued to send copies of my statements from *** each month, as requested. I have made numerous phone calls, which went straight to voicemail, and numerous emails requesting some feedback on where we stood with our case. I received a letter today from *** Resorts informing me that American Consumer Credit had filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy!!

On August 24,2018 I contacted a lawyer by the name Michael S. I paid him $2480.00 to help me with my timeshare.
His secretary has explain things in detail over the phone. She said the fee was 2480.00. I paid her with my debit card. I called the lawyer in Sept 2018. I left him a message never called me back. On Nov 30 I was reading my contract to call in 90 days for an update. I did called, phone was disconnected. I try faxing them my bills from my time share n fax is disconnected. That's when I realize I was scam of my hard working money. Please any information let me know. So upset how they scam vulnerable people in need.

We paid them over $3500.00 to get us out of our timeshare with Westgate Cruise and Travel and we haven't heard anything from them since 12/1/17
September 15/2017 entered into contract with this company and paid them over $3500.00 to get us out of our timeshare. We haven't heard anything from them since December 1/2017. On April 16, 2018 I signed a contract with Aconsumercredit. I paid them $2,700, from my debit card to get me out of a timeshare from Diamond Resorts.
Michael S was the attorney that signed the contract. MY case number is ***.
I was instructed not to talk to anyone from Diamond Resorts, Sarah informed me that a cease and desist order was going out the same day.She specifically instructed me not to answer the phone when they call, and was told it would take a few months for Aconsumercredit to get any results and not to call them.
I kept getting calls from diamond resorts, I called and left messages with Aconsumer credit, no one has ever called me back.
I called the attorney in June, it was a weekend he answered the phone, I explained who I was and he told me someone would be in contact with me on the following Monday. No one called. I left messages with no answers,or return calls.
My credit rating is suffering,I had good credit prior to this.

we were promised the exit of my time share with in a 6 month to a year window. we paid 2300 and nothing cant get ahold of.
we made this purchase for there services back in 12-5-2017. in there contract states 100% money back. well they also promised that they would clear my Timeshare and wart off any debt collectors as they try to investigate and terminate my timeshare well they lied to me. they only stayed in contact with me until august 2018 then they decided to not answer my calls non of the emails worked non of there phone numbers work. there a total and complete scam. they lied to us and stole are money. we want are money back like it states in my contract. they told us they get us out of my timeshare and now my credit is being affected and they are ruining my life.

Paid for timeshare cancellation and company is now completely nonresponsive as they declared bankruptcy.
We paid $2200 for services for timeshare cancellation. About a year into the process, we were contacted to submit documentation for the final leg of the claim, which we did. We found on that the business has declared bankruptcy without any contact from them. Now their voicemail is full and we are not able to contact them.

We got another collection letter today from the resort and tried to email to them but bounced. tried to call but it says the box is full. Found out from Revdex.com that they have filed for bankruptcy on September

I side a contract for ACC to assist me in getting out of the timeshare I was in. They charged me over $2000. I am now in the process of attempting to obtain a mortgage loan and this is showing on my credit has being disputed. I have reached out to the company, by phone and email and have been unsuccessful.

I signed with these in September of 2017. I hired them to get me out of my Divi Time share. I signed all these DOCs and they sent me a contact. I emailed and spoke with someone named Vicky G, Sr. Timeshare Cancellation Advocate
Call me Direct***, that's her info. I was told that it takes time and for me to send them anything I got. I kept asking if I should just pay the Timeshare because I didn't want anything to happen to my credit. I have emails to prove that I was directed to not contact or pay anything. Over a year later no updates nothing at all from the company. All emails bounce back and all phone mail boxes are full. No letters in the mail just nothing. I paid them and they couldn't even write my or email me with an update. I feel I have been scammed and I'm just very worried about my credit I worked so hard to stay ahead and now my life is ruined because they scammed me the way the timeshare company has scammed me.

A Consumer Credit was to take care of the cancellation of my timeshare contract.
I tried to call A Consumer Credit 11/14/18 1-800-611-0631 and found mailbox full. I last talked to them in July and was told the matter would be completed in August. I kind of forgot about until yesterday. This started I 01/04/2018 when I talked to Kristen S (Senior Release Advisor) I still have several emails from her and a PandaDoc from Devin A (lawyer) which I can no longer access. Payment of $2300 was made at this time. I was given a Case# *** and told to not contact Club Wyndham (Member #***) and make no further payments to them. A yearly payment of $561.50 for 2018 and collection fees were sent to Pinnacle Recovery Inc. which will probably ruin my credit rating. Since the completion of the timeshare with Club Wyndham was not completed, I would like a refund, the dues do to Club Wyndham and any collection fees due!

Company failed to alert as to any status of my case. Company made no attempts to contact me to inform me of any progress being made.
After completing the contract, the company never again made contact with me, without me initiating. The never gave any progress reports, nor did indicate at what state they were in as far as negotiating on my behalf regarding my contract. The company also failed to indicate to me, as a customer that they were in the process of filing for bankruptcy at any point. Their business practices are deceptive and given the lack of communication, border on theft. Even after calling several times, regarding what was happening, they merely wanted more information, which I sent, but received no reply, except when I initiated contact regarding that I had done what they requested of me. Their lack of performing their obligation under the contract and, or, informing me of anything regarding my contracts progress, has now left me with what appears to be the theft of my money, and an increased financial burden, due to my following their instructions.
