This website has the worst service of any lingerie site I have ever used regarding their sales and shipping of items

I was unknowingly enrolled in Adore Me's VIP Membership program and did not realize I was being charged $a monthI called customer service, and after a +minute hold, spoke to a representative who cancelled my VIP membership but was unable to refund the nearly $credit that had been applied to my accountShe assured me a *** would call within business days I never received a call from a *** and rather than wasting another hour on the phone, decided to simply use up the credit As soon as I placed my order, I received an email that indicated I was again enrolled as a VIP member, for $a month I called once again to cancel my membership, waited on hold for exactly minutes and seconds, and was told they were unable to cancel my membership until the products arrived When the products arrived, I called again to cancel my membership, but the office was closed due to a winter storm Instead, I sent an email, but received a response that cancellations need to be completed over the phone Several days later I called again to cancel and was surprised that the wait time was only "minutes"; however, I was on hold for minutes before somebody answered and accidentally (?) hung up on me Terrible customer service

Made the mistake of buying something from this company and found that they were billing me a month without my knowledge or authorizationCannot contact customer service - 45+ minute wait times when calling their CS# -and get no timely response using e-mail
Received an e-mail in my promotions tab telling me I had a $"credit"Checked my bank account and found that I had a "credit" because they had charged my card for $39.95!! Have had to cancel my card but am unable to contact Adore Me to delete my account info
The place is running a scam

*** *** Has a deceptive business model of billing you monthly for lingerie sets as a "VIP" memberThey advertise you can make a one time purchase, which we did only to find they continued billing our charge card $per month which they call a 'store credit.' Contacting them via email and phone is nearly impossible as they never acknowledge receipt of your email/complaint and making this abundantly clear if a phone call to a 'ditzy' operator also proved fruitlessWe finally engaged our bank to stop these unauthorized charges against our cardAdore Me continued to charge against the card even after contacted by the bankDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the ***
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseCustomers who do
neither before the *** are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image

The customer made a purchase for the month of
June and was not charged the monthly auto chargeHowever, Canadian order may
be subjected to custom fees as stated in the shipping information listed on our
website (as seen in image #3):

Some of the products fit really well and some are too small but all labeled the same size

I love all the items I've bought and Adore me always has a great selection of items to choose from
