have attached a screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment
options, as seen in image 1. Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the fifth
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseCustomers who do
neither before the fifth are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time
Moreover, I
looked into the customer’s case, and it appears that they have reached us and were
unsubscribed as of 2013-**-**and
also received a full refund of the $
store credit from our Claims Department, on 2014-**-**, as
it can be seen in image (attached)

complaint ID ***.Unfortunately, there appears to have been a misunderstanding.Upon checking the information in the customer’s account, we see that that the customer has been unsubscribed from the membership on January ***, and received refunds for months’ worth of charges: January and December (see attached image #1), as we have a 30-day no questions asked refund policy for unwanted store credit.The customer had a remaining store credit of $that they intended to use towards order # *** on January *** However, it appears that the amount was unintentionally charged to the customer’s credit card We have refunded this amount to the customer’s bank account on January *** (see attached image #2).At the moment, the remaining credit of $is restored (see attached image #3)In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit charged beyond days, the customer must write a letter or send an email to our Claims department explaining the case and why they were not able to call within our day limit to request a refund All requests sent to the Claims department must be typed and mailed OR emailed to:*** *** ***

My main complaint was the confusion of the sale and they finally explained the reason why it didn't work (wrong color of sale item) but did not explain the poor marking and advertising that had me on a wild goose chase on their websiteThey didn't even acknowledge my request to change the items in order to take advantage of that sale
All things I put in my cart were in fact from the link they provided and there was no indication that changing the color of those items would make it not part of that saleEven when those final things were in my cart they were clearly still marked as sale items (Final Sale etc..) (I have attached pictures to prove it)These items had no disclaimer saying that they weren't part of that particular saleUsually just changing the color on an item (which is part of the selection process before putting it in the cart) does not change the sale that it's a part ofI saw no disclaimers on the sale's ad that said "Only select colors/styles" etcI know because I looked for the small print saying something like that
If I had seen somewhere that I had picked the wrong items, I would have changed them to items that were in the saleI tried changing my items around too but there was no clear indication of what the problem was so I was unable to figure it outSince they did not make this clear and customer service didn't get back to me in time, I missed out on this sale
I wasted a lot of time trying to make sure I had the right items and trying to resolve the issue on my own and all they can do is respond and tell me I had the wrong items? Sorry, but that doesn't explain the poor marking/advertising/informationI want to be able to change my items to correct sale items and still be able to use the sale but they never acknowledged that request

All my experiences with Adore Me have been greatAll the bras, underwear, lounge wear that I have purchased have seemed to be made with really good material and sewed wonderfullyThey have all washed really well alsoI have only had one fit issue and I believe it is more to do with my body shape not fitting well to the styleI have had to make a return which the operator helped me through patiently and I had no issues returning and receiving a new itemI highly recommend Adore Me to anyone who hates to shop for bras and who don't like paying insane prices for basic products
