from addresses within the U.S of any merchandise ordered through the Site or in
connection with your membership are subject to the Adore Me Shipping, Return and
Exchange Policies. Customers
with addresses outside of the U.S and are welcome to purchase alternative
shipping methods at their expense that allows tracking or insurance on the package. Please
note that Adore Me does is not responsible for packages sent without
tracking information. There is no exchange possible on any merchandise
given away for free during a promotional operation. All products returned
for a refund are subject to a $restocking fee per set, to be deducted from
the amount refunded to the card used for purchaseReturns for a credit will
not be charged the $restocking fee per set
Replacement
of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandises claimed as not
received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service
notificationWe will adjust your account at our discretionRepeated claims of

in reply to complaint #***.In regards to the membership, we would like to explain how it worksCustomers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmationemail and reminder emails before the *** reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseVIP members who do not shop or skip the *** day of each month (11:59:p.mEST), will be charged $39.95 and will receive the same amount in store creditMembers may redeem this credit on AdoreMe.com at any timeVIP members who do skip the month (before the *** day 11:59:p.m. EST) may change their minds and are free to shop any item in their showroom throughout the monthPlease note this is an automatic billing, and members who do not participate in the active membership may accumulate store creditsCredits expire months after the chargeEmails regardingmembership sent to the customer in question can be seen attached in image# 1.Upon further investigation, we can confirm that the customer was unsubscribed from the membership on November *** (see attached image #2) and November’s store credit of $was refunded to the customer’s bank account.Moreover, the customer contacted our Claims Department and was refunded $on November *** (see attached image #3)The customer has a remaining store credit of $that they are able to use towards a new purchaseThe customer needs to make sure to select the Pay As You Go Option during checkout when offered the two ways topay, should they decide going forward that they wish to make a purchase.If there are further comments questions or concerns, please let us know. Adore me is by far the best app I've ever purchased an item from ! Customer service is always fast to response , and getting everything done rightness

I never actually got my last orderI'm still waiting on itI think it was mistakenly shipped to my old addressOtherwise, I love what I have receivedIt beats Victoria's Secret by a long shot

Very happy with what I have got it feels good and makes you look great

My wife loves the sets I buy herShe likes the fits and the feelWhen she is happy I am happyThe prices are greatI had an incident where I did not receive an order an they shipped me another one with no problem

I love adore me, the only thing I would change would to be if I need to return something I shouldn't have to return the entire order just what I need exchanged

I adore the brasIt's difficult to find the less common sizes in pretty patterns and colorsHowever the panties are awfulI literally throw them straight into the trash upon receipt

Some how I was put on the VIP list for this site after taking advantage of the buy your first set for $promotionI did not know I was on this list till I noticed a monthly charge was being taken out of my accountI contacted the company to be taken off the VIP list and they talked me into staying as long as they only did the charge once every monthsI was OK with the sense I like to buy my wife new sets for holidays and her birthdayPlus the VIP allows you to get a free set after you buy sets
I ordered more sets for my wife's birthday a couple of weeks ago and I took advantage of there sale they had going on at the timeAfter purchasing these two sets I checked on my account to make sure I got credit towards my free setWith Christmas coming up I would of been planning on buying another set and in return get a free one as well
I noticed I did not get credit for the sets I boughtI contacted the company and they told me you only get credit if you buy sets at full priceI feel this is total garbage and something they put in the small printI blame myself for not reading EVER little line they haveI will be canceling my VIP account and not buying from them any more
Don't get me wrongThe wife likes the sets they have but because of the whole buy get one free issue we will go back to shopping at VS

I AM FRANKLY AMAZED that this business is not Revdex.com accredited....I have had over the last months a positive experience.....no trouble with quick fulfillment of orders or any problem financially satisfied with generally all merchandise

to apologize to the customer for any inconvenience caused.In regards to the membership, it is only one of two option offered to customers upon checkout with their first orderCustomers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email and reminder emails before the fifth reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseVIP members who do not shop or skip by the 6th day of each month (11:59:p.mEST), are charged $and receive the same amount in store creditMembers may redeem this credit on AdoreMe.com at any timeVIP members who do skip the month (before the *** 11:59:p.mEST) may change their minds and are free to shop any item in their showroom throughout the month.Please note this is an automatic billing, and members who do not participate in the active membership may accumulate store credits.That being said, we see that the customer was able to refund $via our online helpdesk (see below) and we now confirm that the customer has been unsubscribed from the membership (see below)When unsubscribing, it is stated that all unused credits will be forfeitedCustomer did have to select “I agree” to processes the un-subscriptionHowever, we see that the $Store Credit that was forfeited was refunded via our Claims Department on May ** (see attached image 1)If there are further comments, questions or concerns, please let us know.Best regards,Sandra N*** * *** ** *** *** *** ***
