Adore me undergarments are really nice, this is my 3rd order and I have never had any issues

They did respond via email telling me if I called again I
could unsubscribe and it must have been a misunderstanding After calling again they did inform me I would be removed from their subscription I will notify you if I am charged further by their company as they no longer have grounds to make charges to my credit card and have agreed to stop

I love AdoreMe.com I've always had fast service I've never had an issue with them The quality of their product is wonderful And to get an entire set of lingerie, or PJ's for $is a steal I have recommended the to others, who have in turn ordered from them and have themselves become regular customers They are definitely a favorite and a for me!

Usually don't have a problem with receiving my orders, this time however I put in my order 7/* and there has been no tracking info since 7/*! Should have been delivered by yesterday, 7/**/16, but nothing I emailed Adore Me but all I was told was that if I don't get any tracking info by 7/** to let them know Not pleased with this experience at all!!

I love everything that I have received from Adore Me! I have to say everything except one item I have loved and wore over and over again and husband loved them alsoI would highly recommend their products
The only compliant I have is the shippingIt takes forever to get to me and occasionally have to go to the post office to pick up shipments, which out of my way and the hours don't work with my work scheduleSo it's a hassleRather pay more and just have *** ship direct and I'd get it quicker and faster

First of all, I did request my refund within the day window; my request was not granted I have also filed a claim with the claims department and it has been WELL past days; I have as yet heard NOTHING from them at allI filed a complaint with my credit card since I was not getting anywhere with the company I gave them MANY chances and QUITE A BIT of time to resolve the issue before taking it to the credit card company
In regards to the response that my credit is 'frozen' because of the complaint to the credit cardwhat does that even mean? I understand I can't use the credit; I do not WANT to use the credit I want it refunded Can you not refund the money because I told the credit card company you charged without my consent? That is ludicrous How can we resolve the issue so that my money can be refunded as soon as possible This company is the WORST I have ever dealt with in regards to customer service
