means to force customers in a subscription program
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1:Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are
sent a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the fifth
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchaseCustomers who do
neither before the fifth are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image

The customer did not skip or make a purchase in August
and was charged on 11/**/2013, 12/**/2013, 1/**/2014, but contacted us on 2/**/and was
unsubscribed as well as refunded for the month of February
Please
note that all preferred recurring members that neither select a lingerie set
nor skip the month by clicking the Skip the Month button before the ***day of
the month (11:59:p.mEST), will be charged the monthly dues and will
receive a store creditAll store credits can be redeemed within months of

I have had only positive experiences with Adore Me Their lingerie and sleepwear are of excellent quality and very pretty, too!
When I had to return an item for a different size, it was quick and easy with no hassles at all!

Buyer beware! This online retailer *** offers lingerie at seemingly reduced costs by being a VIP member What they don't make clear is that you must place orders for lingerie EVERY MONTH or you are charged $ They store your cc information and don't allow you to delete it To refute a charge and receive credit they make you jump through extensive hoops requiring you wait for refund to post then log back in and remove your VIP membership Its never made entirely clear if unsubscribing means you won't be charged again Whole experience has been terrible and I believe the advertising is misleading consumers about what it means to be a member Caution to all those considering ordering from this online retailer, you may be signing your life away and not know it!

A little pricey, and the plus sizes are definitely nowhere near the "normal" sizesIt's a hit or miss whether your size garment will actually fit, based entirely on the cut and not the actual sizeReturns/exchanges are super easyI hate the fact that you can't combine any promotions

This company is terrible I ordered bathing suits from there and they were sold in sets (so you had to buy the bottoms with the top) as one price I did not like the bathing suit so I returned it On the site it say each return is subject to a $restocking fee, but they charge you TWO restocking fees even though the bathing suit was sold as one piece! They are stealing your money I've called numerous times and it says there is a wait so I wait and the phone eventually hangs up, customer service is impossible to get a hold of I then realize a month later there is a charge on my credit card for $for NO REASON I call multiple times again and find their customer service is terrible once again I finally get a hold of a girl, after many wasted hours, and she says EVERYONE is automatically signed up for a VIP membership that charges you every monthI did not sign any documents stating that it was OK to charge my credit card monthly and she agreed and proceeded to hang up the phone! On the site it is impossible to delete your credit card off the account- that should be illegal If I want to delete my card I should be able to This company is terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Please do not waste your time looking at this website

They have yet to disappointI particularly love that when you purchase swimwear, you can get whatever size top and bottom you needI need a small top and a medium bottom, most websites won't let you customize your sizeThis one does!

I ordered item from this company in AprilIt was advertised that your first purchase was only $The item was good quality and nicely packagedFollowing my purchase, without my consent or knowledge this company began to charge me a reoccurring charge of $per monthI did not notice the charge on my credit card until DecemberI asked to have the charges stopped through my credit card company, but they keep coming
This business seems very dishonest in their practiceAs soon as they get your credit card information, they will begin charging you without permission and it is very difficult to get the charges removed
I would never recommend this company to anyone based on there dishonest billing practices
