I absolutely love the bras and underwear. It has taken me years to find bras that work for me. When I was a teenager I could buy them any where, but after having my daughter that was no longer the case. She is 15 and it took me that long to find bras in my size that not only fit, but have various styles, patterns and colors. I used to only find my size in nude, black or white...boring. But now, thanks to adore me I get to choose from all types and feel sexy again. Thank you!!! And, my husband thanks you, too.
Not impressed that every time I wanted to order something most of the sizes were sold out. Very frustrating and I am stony thinking of cancelling my membership.
Everything I ordered were the exact size
Awesome experience since beginning using Adore Me. I've only had one hiccup so far and it was eventually resolved. Have recommended them to several others already.

Went through a ridiculous process to cancel VIP membership. you have to submit a request and wait for email instructions from them. Impossible to find the link on their web sit, went back to the email. You have to go through repeated questionnaires about their services. You hit cancel me and you get another questionnaire! When it's done you get an email confirmation. Then, I went to their site to cancel my private information, only to find out that you cannot do this; including removing the credit cad on file. Sent another request through their question board for some assistance with this. Hopefully I can do this soon. They have limited product for full busted women. They add a"new style", but it's usually just an additional color. They buy product from outside vendors, but their site says that all product is designed in house. To their credit- they offer free delivery and returns, nut if the product doesn't fit and you return it, you hav to pay a restocking fee. Nothing is "free"!

as of 6/**/2014 as well as refunded in the amount of $39.95 for the month of

We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program.

screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted]
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image

The customer did not skip or make a purchase in May
and was charged on 05/*/2014, 06/[redacted]/2014 but contacted us on 06/**/2014 and
was refunded as well as unsubscribed at the time she called. As previously
stated she has been refunded and, unsubscribed.
For any remaining store credit that exceeds our
30 day refund policy please contact our claims department:
To
request a credit refund, please contact our customer service
department. All refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Please note:
Credits resulting from the monthly charge on the [redacted] are only eligible for a
refund up to 30 days past the date of the charge. In order to be eligible for a refund
of store credit beyond 30 days, you must write a letter to our claims
department explaining the case and why you were not able to call within our 30
day limit to request a refund. Please include your email address in the letter.

I've been shopping with Adore Me for the past 2 years and I absolutely love it! The shipping and delivery process is extremely fast and they always offer the best promotions to save you money. All of their products fit much better than expected and now I don't shop anywhere else for my lingerie and underwear.

It is a great company to do business with. Their products are of excellent quality, clean and exactly sized to what you ordered. Their shipping is on time and very reliable.
