I have enjoyed all products purchased from this company. I joined as a VIP and have found them to be fair and true to their word. I would highly recommend this company. As long as you follow the rules they do as well.
My orders through Adore Me are always smooth and flawless! There are so many different styles to choose from and my packages always arrive neat and on time. Adore Me really values me as a customer and I always feel appreciated. Anyone who has not ordered through Adore Me definitely needs to do so, ASAP!

I looked into the
customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed as
of 9/**/2014.
We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program.
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted]
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image
#2):
The customer did not did not receive any charges
other than her first purchase. At this time the customer’s credit card
information has been removed and she has no store credit in her account. As
previously stated this customer is not unsubscribed.

This is in reply to the customer’s rejection of our answer to complaint # [redacted]
Upon further investigation, we see that the customer was unsubscribed from the membership on October [redacted] 2014 (see attached image #1).
The customer also received a refund on the same day (October [redacted]), for the charge that occurred on October [redacted] 2014 (image #2). As the customer was unsubscribed from the VIP membership, there will be no further charges for store credit.
For the remaining $199.75 store credit, the customer is welcome to contact our Claims department.
In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit charged beyond 30 days, the customer must write a letter or send an email to our Claims department explaining the case and why they were not able to call within our 30 day limit to request a refund. All requests sent to the Claims department must be typed and mailed or emailed to:

I have tried to cancel my account numerous times. I keep getting charged and just want nothing to do with this company ever again. I wish I would have never subscribed to adore me. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!

Credits
resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th are only eligible for a refund up
to 30 days past the date of the charge. In order to be eligible for a refund of
store credit charged beyond 30 days, the customer must write a letter to our claims
department explaining the case and why they were not able to call within our 30
day limit to request a refund. Please include your email address in the letter.
All requests sent to the claims department must be typed and mailed to:

Great fit! Always love the styles and amazing deals. Recommend these styles to everyone.
Adore Me uses unethical if not illegal sales practices. When you think you are ordering a one time purchase offerred at an introductory price you arethen automatically signed up, without your knowledge, for a monthly subscription of $39.95 per month even when you do not order any merchandise. This is becoming a normal sales practice of these scaming vendors. I was billed on * Sep and then again on * Oct before I realized the charges were bogus. I am waiting for a refund after talking to the company customer servics number.
Very impressed with quality and fit. Exactly what was expected of the products ordered. Would highly recommend to anyone as is a great price for what you expect and want.
I buy a lot of things for my wife, and she absolutely loves everything ! She said she will never buy anything from your competitors ever again. She couldn't be happier with your lingerie !

The membership confirmation email was sent to the customer on 2014-04-** (as seen in image #2). Unfortunately, it appears that the customer did not openthis email. VIP members who do not shop or skip by the [redacted] day ofeach month (11:59:59 p.m. EST), are charged $39.95 and receive the sameamount in store credit. VIP members who do skip the month (before the [redacted]day 11:59:59 p.m. EST) may change their minds and are free to shopany item in their showroom throughout the month. Please note this is anautomatic billing, and members who do not participate in the activemembership may accumulate store credits. Customers are able to request a refund directly, here: [redacted],within 30 days of the charge.Upon further investigation, we see that the customer didrequest a refund of February’s $39.95 store credit directly from the website.From the remaining $199.75, the customer used $169.80 for order#[redacted] (see attached image #3).Moreover, we confirm that, as per their request, we have now unsubscribed the customer from the membership (see attached image #4) .If there are further comments, questions or concerns, please let us know.
