I love how easy this is to navigate. I rarely have problems with the fit of any sets I buy; the measuring guide is very helpful with the bras in the regular sizes. Being able to enter in your measurements and, the site giving you the suggested size for the way Adore Me'a fit gives me a lot more assurance when I buy. One of my only wishes is that they did that with the corsets and bustiers. They do have a chart but, it's not as helpful. A guide chart of measurements in plus sizes would be most helpful too. Just seeing 0X and the like for those not used to it doesn't tell us if that's the correct sizing for us.

I ordered something off of this site, not knowing they 1) automatically sign me up for their monthly membership, which takes money from my credit card every month, 2) will refund only up to 30 days of taking this money, and 3) will not allow me to remove my credit card information from their site.
This is a scheme-y business model and I do not appreciate doing business with them. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Wait times usually average between 3-6 minutes, though there is a  peak in the early mornings and afternoons. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.In regards to the membership, we would  like to explain how it works. We have attached a screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options offered to the customers at checkout (as seen in image #1).Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a  membership confirmation email and reminder emails before the [redacted] reminding them to either skipthe month or make a purchase. VIP members who do not shop or skip by the [redacted] day of each month (11:59:59 p.m. EST), are charged $39.95 and receive the same amount in store credit. Members may redeem this credit on AdoreMe.com at any time. VIP members who do skip the month (before the [redacted] day 11:59:59 p.m. EST) may change their minds and are free to shop any item in their showroom throughout the month. Please note this is an automatic billing, and members who do not participate in the active membership may accumulate store credits.  Customers are able to request a refund directly, here: [redacted], within 30 days of the charge.Upon further investigation, we see that the customer  did request refunds for each month, except for the month of  May (see attached image #2). The shopper is welcome to use this $39.95 store credit like cash on our site at any time (within 12 months of the original charge) or contact our Claims Department directly. In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit charged beyond 30 days, the customer must write a letter or send an email to our Claims department explaining the case and why they were not able to call within our 30 day limit to request a refund. All requests sent to the Claims department must be typed and mailed OR emailed to:[redacted]

I absolutely love Adore Me products. The only issue for me, as a Canadian, is the currency difference. Unfortunately, it is the main reason why I don't buy more of the products, because the exchange rates are too high. That's why I always make sure to take advantage when there's a sale or when shipping is free.

I was signed up for a subscription service without realizing it – I get dozens of emails a day and so I didn't notice when they automatically signed me up for this stupid service.

The worst part of it is that the only way you can cancel is if you call them up and their line is busy so I can't even do that! Ridiculous. Never shopping with them again.

Great experience with this business. Great quality and customer service.

The website offers a wide variety of clothing, even for plus sized women.
However. What they DO NOT make known when you make a purchase is that they sign you up for their monthly subscription or "VIP" memebrship.
when I made my purchase, there was no asking if this was OK. There was no popups telling me this was going to happen. I made my purchase on 12/02/15. I saw the new charge they took out for my "Monthly subscription" on 1/10/16; Thank goodness I caught it NOW.

Their phone number, when called does NOT give you the option to talk to a Rep about refunds or sales- simply tries to negate you back to their website, where CONVENIENTLY it DOES NOT have it blatantly posted where you can get a refund. (you have to jump through hoops to 'log in' and go through your profile-dashboard and literally HUNT it down.)
After fighting to get a hold of a Representative, they were very rude. claimed the refund is going through, will take 3-5 business days (I'm watching like a hawk right now)
And then, and I quote: "I'll send you an email with the link to unsubscribe, you actually have to read the information in the email."
VERY RUDE.

then, as if all of that isn't problematic enough. When I finally get to where I can unsubscribe, they make you take a test asking if you understand what their VIP is-- I don't know what happens if you "Fail" their quiz"
But I know after thatm, they ask a bunch of times "Are you SURE you don't want to be a VIP? you get ____ and ____"

"click the checkbox understanding out terms and conditions, are you sure you do not want to be a VIP?"

YES! I DO NOT WANT TO BE A VIP, OR SUBSCRIBED. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY NO?!?

This site is misleading, conniving, and sneaky.

I have received a voicemail from Adore Me  two days prior to them canceling my membership (9/**/14) stating they can't help me because they have a proof I called and requested this payment vacation. Which is a lie! All of these communications from them are always via phone call so one can't prove the deceitful ways they do business. I had to cancel my credit card. It's a shame, they force unsuspecting customers to  skip or purchase and the only way they will cancel is via Revdex.com complaint! Thank you Revdex.com for being there and standing up for customers, we TRULY APPRECIATE it!

I bought several things from Adore Me in the fast year and only once did I need to send it back because it didn't fit me right. The return process was extremely simple and free. Adore Me is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Extremely good products, customer service, and fast delivery.

Love their products!!!! Bras & panties are a perfect fit every time.

to 30 days past the date of the charge. In order to be eligible for a refund
of store credit beyond 30 days, you must write a letter to our claims
department explaining the case and why you were not able to call within our 30
