Great products, high quality. This company is service driven.

I have been a customer for over a year now. Have no complaints. Much the contrary. Every order always exceeds my expectations. Prices are better than those of the competition and quality is not lacking.

Since there isn't 24hour phone customer service I wrote an email as I made a purchase after hours and did not realize till later I forgot to update my address. Was not able to get address changed first thing in the morning which was quite disappointing. I understand that due to their quick shipping they only have a 30 minute window to change. Felt like someone could have attempted to go above and beyond. Instead of just this is policy and the way it is since the package wasn't shipped yet.

I ordered a size [redacted] bra. I waited a week to receive which wasn't bad. However, when I received it, it did not fit at all. Their [redacted] fits like [redacted]. It also was not the same color as pictured. When I called to see about returning it. They said it will cost $6 because it was removed from original packaging. When I asked them to waive the fee because I ordered the correct size it was just made too small. They told me that I knew what I was signing up for and I can either keep the one that is too small or "deal with it". Awful customer service, innaccurately pictured sets and incorrect sizing.

Excellent price, quality and delivery times. Everything is as advertised.

Love the cute styles (plus size)! But the quality of the product does not hold up. I wash them on hand wash cycle and hand dry them. Many of the sets have unraveled and the underwires boast through.

I do like the styles of everything but the bras never seem to fit correctly.

We are sorry to hear that the customer encountered difficulties upon contacting us by telephone. I wasn't completely unsatisfied with Adore Me at first. I got used to skipping each month because I realized how hard it was to cancel my subscription. (I was trying each month and each month they had another reason why they couldn't cancel it) So then I found a "Payment Vacation" button. It said if I click this button I wouldn't have to skip for two months. On the [redacted] of this month (they charge on the [redacted] of every month giving you the first five days of the month to skip) there was no charge. But then on the [redacted]!!! There is another 39.95 charge!!! Someone needs to shut this place down.

be unsubscribed from their account.
We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program.
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the fifth
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the fifth are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
E-Mails regarding membership are sent to the customer as well.

I love the products I receive from adore me. I am having an issue trying to buy my last product on the buy 5 get 1 free promotion. Each item I try to order that is less than $49.95 doesn't qualify for that promotion. I am not satisfied that I have to buy a bra/panty set at $49.95 or higher in order for me to get my free set. Especially, since I have purchased multiple pieces, including pajamas.

complaint  # [redacted]First of all, we would like to apologize to the customer for the dissatisfying service they received. In regards to the membership, we would  like to explain how it works. Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmationemail and reminder emails before the [redacted] reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. VIP members who do not shop or skip the [redacted] day of each month (11:59:59 p.m. EST), will be charged $39.95 and will receive the same amount in store credit. Members may redeem this credit on AdoreMe.com at any time. VIP members who do skip the month (before the [redacted] day 11:59:59 p.m. EST) may change their minds and are free to shop any item in their showroom throughout the month. Please note this is an automatic billing, and members who do not participate in the active membership may accumulate store credits. Credits expire 12 months after the charge.Upon further investigation, we can confirm that the customer was unsubscribed from the membership on November [redacted] (see attached image #1).Regarding store credit, the customer was charged in September, October and November, and accumulated $119.85 in store credit. The customer placed two orders using store credit, on October [redacted] and November [redacted], for a total of  $99.90. Therefore, the customer has a remaining store credit of $19.95 (see attached image #2). I love Adore Me! They have such cute bras and underwear.

I feel I was tricked into joining a monthly service instead of simply ordering the product I wanted. Now I'm obligated to contact them monthly within a 5 day window or be charged $40 for who knows how long. When I complained to them, they blamed me for not checking the right box during checkout. I've also e-mailed them to try and cancel the service but haven't heard back. I feel like I'm being blackmailed.

I'm not very happy right now!!!!!
I ordered a bra/panty set under my VIP status on the 2 nd of the month. It asked me if I wanted to use my credit I had? I hit yes so my order was a .1 A few days later my checking account was charged for the entire amount!!!
When I contacted them I go no where!!
No refund or anything!!
