I love Adoreme products. They fit like I want them to.
I'm surprised at the quality and great fit for the low price this company is able to deliver. I have purchased more than a few of their sets, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how nice they are. I wish their swim wear was sized like their lingerie is. I have a small band size and a large cup size, hard to find swim suit tops.
I love all the products I have gotten from Adore Me. I've always received them promptly and they've been in excellent condition.

I looked into the customer’s case, and see...
that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed as of 2/**/2014.
We are not trying by any means to force customers in a subscription program.
I have attached below a screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image #1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the fifth reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do neither before the fifth are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image#2):
The customer did not skip or make a purchase in August and was charged on 10/**/2013, 11/**/2013, 12/**/2013, but used their remaining store credit balance or $119.85 on 2/**/2014 (order #[redacted]

I have had nothing but a good experience with Adore Me. The merchandise is of good quality and I have received my orders in a timely manner.
I placed an order in January and its already May, I only received the first part of my order. I am still waiting on Adore Me to help me out with this issue. I am very upset!!

We regret the fact that it wasn’t made clear to the
customer that only the products presented on the sale page were, indeed, part
of the sale.
Unfortunately. as the sale is over at the moment, the
discount cannot be applied retroactively to the products in the customer’s
cart.
However,
we are happy to offer the customer 50% off the next purchase and $10 store credit. We
have already contacted the customer by e-mail with the details.

I either love how it looks but the size guide was wrong so I give it to my sister or I never even recieve it! Everything on here is really cute but it just sucks when you cant even use it.
Great clothes at what's actually a fair price even if it seems high. I've always had fast and accurate shipping and they allow free returns and exchanges if it doesn't fit.
Happy with the productsame and service.

I absolutely loved the most recent purchase I received from [redacted]. I've been a customer of there's for over a year and never had a problem. Great company and customer service.
The styles are really pretty and the bras fit perfect
I have had excellent business experience with this company. They have sent me exactly what I purchased and took back what I didn't want unless it was on sale. But I have always wanted their items. They have been very fair in dealing with me and I have been dealing with them for over 8 months now.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
When I called Adoreme.com to inquire about the unauthorized charge on my credit card, the representative told me she would cancel my membership, which I was not even aware of. I requested a credit to my credit card, which was refused. I was told I could have a store credit. In Adoreme.com's response to you, they note the following:
"Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image
#2):
To
request a credit refund, please contact our customer service department. All refunds are subject
to our Refund Policy. Please note: Credits resulting from the monthly charge on the [redacted] are only
eligible for a refund up to 30 days past the date of the charge. In order to be eligible for a refund
of store credit beyond 30 days, you must write a letter to our claims
department explaining the case and why you were not able to call within our 30
day limit to request a refund. Please include your email address in the letter".
The representative did not offer me the information to write a request to their claims department. I was never, ever offered that option. They are crooks and scammers and DO try to sign people up for their "membership" and hide it from you.
I have since disputed their unauthorized transaction with my credit card company and my credit card company has sided with me and deemed their transaction with unauthorized.
I want Adoreme.com to offer this information to other customers going forward, as I was never offered the option of writing their claims department for a refund.
