I absolutely love this company, I signed up as a VIP memeber to get my wife items to make her feel sexy. The selection and quality are amazing. The exchange and return policy are excellent and very easy.
I ordered 6 panties from Adore Me this time, I have order more in the past, and I have to say I would rather wait the time it takes to get to Canada than go to a store in my city and get a cheaper product. I absolutely love my out fits and panties ( so does my man)

Have bought from this company several times. Very pleased with product, shipping time and easy returns. Only problem I have had is I don't feel they give you enough time to respond to the emails they send for your monthly purchase. You always have the option to skip the month, but if you don't respond in their timely manner, which I feel is less than 24 hours, then they bill you and put a credit on your account for future purchase. I say they should give you at least 3 days to reply. I complained and they allowed me to be put on a vacation from purchase, which is 3 months without them sending an email for your monthly purchase. Even though I have been on vacation so to speak, I have still bought from them, I just like having the option of purchasing when I want and them not charging me until I actually order.
An amazing site, excellent customer service, fast shipping, returns and refunds and there are so many sure things on the site I never know what to get. More options in the swim suit sections for petite girls with bigger bust is needed, but all in all I live shopping at adore.
This company steals money from their customers. They force you to make an account in order to purchase anything and then use your credit card information to continue charging you on a monthly basis for items you didn't order. They are a scam and a very dishonest company. Will never order from them again. Beware of so called "VIP" membership...this is just a sneaky way for them to charge your credit card recurrently. They will sign you up for it automatically after your first purchase without your knowledge. Disgraceful and appalling business tactics. They should undergo federal investigation and be shut down!

I looked into the
customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been refunded for
their May store credit ($39.95) as well as unsubscribed from our VIP
membership.
We are not trying by any
means to force customers in a subscription program.
I have attached below a
screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options (as seen in image
#1):
Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent
a membership confirmation email, then two reminder emails before the [redacted]
reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase. Customers who do
neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in
image #2):
The customer did not skip or make a purchase in August
and was charged on 3/**/2014, 4/*/2014, and 5/*/2014. This customer was only
refunded for their last sore credit amount for 5/*/2014 because we do have a 30
day refund policy *see terms and conditions for more information*

Membership Payment Option
Selecting the VIP membership during checkout enrolls you into a
flexible, active membership with many benefits. Members enjoy a special
in-house price in addition to exclusive deals and sales, reward points and free
shipping and exchanges in the U.S. Benefits of joining the VIP membership
are detailed during checkout. Your only obligation as a VIP member is to visit
the site between the [redacted] and [redacted] of each month, then decide if you want
to shop an item or skip that given month. Customers may skip an unlimited
amount of months (consecutive or not).
VIP members who do not shop or
skip the [redacted] day of each month (11:59:59 p.m. EST), will be charged $39.95 and will receive the same amount in
store credit. Members may redeem this credit on Adore Me.com at any time. VIP

VIP members may enroll in our Payment

where they grow familiar with the perks of membership over a period of three
months, but do not need to visit the site and shop or skip each month. They
enjoy all the benefits, obligation-free, and will receive an email notification
towards the end of the vacation indicating their Payment Vacation is ending.
Customers will automatically rejoin the active membership after this period.

To request a credit refund, please contact our customer service
department. All refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Please note:

department explaining the case and why you were not able to call within our 30

(from the postmarked date) if you are from the U.S. or 1 month (from the

receive a refund for orders placed with a Groupon, is to return the entire

Adore me is great for people like myself, who are looking for cute items without breaking the bank. If you wash and take care of the items properly then they hold up nicely!
I love shopping with AdoreMe. They have amazing bra sets that fit my cup and band size that I can't never find anywhere else and they look amazing. I also love how with the purchase of a bra they give you a bottom to match in the sizing you choose. They have free return shipping and an easy return process that doesn't take long and they give you an immediate code so you can shop and order something else while your package is be returned. The only thing I don't like is when I have to call and speak to a customer service rep it takes a long time before my call is retrieved. But over all I love it.
Terrible, was surprised with a $40 shipping fee when it was dropped off. Will not order again.

As we previously mentioned, the customer was unsubscribed from the membership. The credit was unfrozen, as a result of the chargeback being concluded. I've been extremely pleased with Adore Me. It's hard to find really cute bras and panties in Plus size and bigger cup sizes. They've really got a great selection!
Shipping is free for VIPs and returns are easy. Wait time for returns is slower than some companies, but true their quoted time frame.
(Band sizes run a little smaller than Dept store brands, but once you find your size, you're set.)
P.S. the sexy items have little support for a full figure, but they definitely are fun to wear...and to see the reaction. ;)

some miscommunication on the phone – for security reasons, any shopper wishing
to request a refund or to unsubscribe must call in and speak with a
representative.
New VIP members who forget to shop or skip between the [redacted] and [redacted] of the
month are given the option to request a refund online for the [redacted] month –
though this does not apply to this shopper’s case as they had shopped with us
While we regret the shopper’s frustration, we offer a no-questions asked 30 day
refund policy for unwanted store credit. When this customer called in to
unsubscribe and request a refund on 10 / ** / 2014, we unsubscribed one credit but
were unable to refund the remaining credit that fell beyond this time frame, as
per store policy.
I have attached below a screen shot of our Refund Policy.
Attached is a screenshot
showing the credit this shopper has successfully used in the past, the refunded
amount and the amount remaining on their account.
The shopper is welcome to contact our claims department for more assistance

Had very high hopes for this site as everything looks so beautiful. I placed my first 36DDD order from the plus size section and it fit perfectly. The next order I placed was for the same size (36DDD) but from the regular size section and it was easily two cup sizes too small. By the time I read the rules for exchanges (I had to send the whole set back even though I pick the bra and panty sizes separately and they come in completely separate packages), I had already worn the panties so now I'm stuck with the bras. Doesn't make sense to me and since the sizing is inconsistent, I don't trust that it will work for me.
I LOVE and I'm obsessed with this amazing store.. I order from here all the time very pleased
I am glad I unsubscribed because it is really too much hassle. The quality is very poor. They make you think you are getting good quality product but Ive gotten better lingerie at [redacted]. I will not recommend them to anybody. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.
Do not buy from this site. They hide the fact that you agree to a monthly fee and make it difficult to cancel it. We will also file with the [redacted]. This is exactly whaat that entity should be focused on.
I love getting my packages from Adore Me. Always something beautiful and sexy inside!!
