I was very happy with my purchase from Adore Me. They were very helpful!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have requested via the Revdex.com, customer service phone calls, and emailing Adore Me, Inc. directly asking that they delete all account information and cancel my account subscription.  In [redacted]'s own reply to my first Revdex.com complaint, she gives contradictory information, saying in the beginning of her response -  "I looked into the customer’s case, and see that they have since reached us and been unsubscribed as of 9/**/2014."  She then closes her response with the contradictory statement that my account is not unsubscribed: "As previously stated this customer is not unsubscribed."
I went back to the site to check if this was simply a typo, but my account is still on file with all email contact information and billing information.  The credit card number has finally been removed, but the account itself is still active, as I was able to re-log in with my email address.  I am again requesting that the account be DELETED in its entirety with all of my information removed, as requested in all of my previous correspondence.  As of September **, 2014 this has still not been resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I still feel that the information in question was hidden far from the actual promotional advertisements, but I can see that the company has no intention of making it right or adjusting their advertising.  I don't intend to argue any further with them.

im not going to spend  another $ 10s of my hard earned money when I still have not received credit or refund for 70.90  items that eere returned unworn and in the condition they were received

I simply adore the Adore Me company. They have a huge selection to chose from. Not only panties and bras but nighties and lounge wear. My boyfriend and I love to order from them.

I lis company.. No matter the size or style I ALWAYS find something I love...

 1. The mobile version of their site is not adequately representative of the full access to my bank account that the VIP membership entails. In recreating the purchase process, there is one sentence about it.
2. They [Adore Me], without consulting me, made a deposit into my bank account in the amount of nearly $40 (after canceling my membership, again, without prior consultation); I did not approve or give consent (or even know about) this money being refunded. This is an unauthorized usage of my banking information and a direct violation of my personal banking account that is representative of a larger issue.
3. They are still unreachable by phone or email in order to resolve this issue. I have yet to speak to a real person that hasn't hung up because the phone line was "static-ey"; the number that I was given to call has a full voicemail inbox and is (apparently) not related to customer service.
4. The amount of un-used credit I have is something near $350; I will accept nothing less than a full refund. This is a ludicrous example of "small print" being used against me as a customer – combined with their unreachability and unauthorized usage of my bank account, it is a complete scam.
5. The response that was given to this email is, verbatim (excluding my personal information), the same response they have to the HUNDREDS of customers with the same complaint. If there is so much confusion regarding this "VIP membership," then a "better business" would clarify or alter the subscription with a personalized and direct email. This is not a "VIP membership," it is an attempt to confuse their consumers and get as much money from them as possible.

All the items I have purchased from Adore Me is as described and came in the time frame promised. The quality of the bras and underwear I purchased were of great quality, Prices are reasonable as well. Just a heads up - people need to be sure to "skip a month" if they do not want to order anything that month. Adore Me will send you a reminder, but if you do not skip the month, you will be charged $39.99, which will show up as a credit in your Adore Me account. So it is not like you get charged and have nothing to show for it.

Items are true to size, sometimes on the smaller size for bras. Detail is nice and everything I've ordered has been comfortable.

Impossible it seems to cancel my account. Once you click payment vacation you have to wait two months before being able to cancel account. The forum they refer you to does not lead to any information for canceling account. Watch out its a money scam!

neither before the [redacted] are charged $39.95, which turns to store credit
available for their use at any time.
Emails regarding membership sent to the customer in question (as seen in image
#2):
The customer did not skip the month in January
2013, February 2013, March 2013, May 2013, November 2013, December 2013, January
2014, February 2014, March 2014, April 2014,  and was refunded for April 2014 as well as
unsubscribed.

I love my products. Very good quality. Fast shipping. Never have had a problem.

They have a pretty good selection of cute and reasonably priced lingerie. Orders always come nicely wrapped AND on time!

Regarding the subscription program, we are not trying by any means to force customers to join it. I have attached below a screenshot of the shopping cart with the two payment options that all customers are given (as seen in image #1)
Moreover, I looked into the customer’s case, and see that they have reached us and were unsubscribed as of [redacted] (see attached image #2)
Regarding the charges, the $1 charge the customer noticed was a “pre-authorization” charge that is made before the full transaction as a way to verify that the card is active before authorizing the total. The $1 drops off the account automatically and is not charged by Adore Me! The customer is free to verify this information with their bank. The only amount charged by Adore Me is the $24.95 for the order (see attached image #3)

I am very frustrated with this company! I saw the advertisements and so I ordered something. I wear 2x but I'm case it fit small, I ordered a 4x. I may as well have been trying to fit in a medium.
THEN I returned the only item I bought, and they kept telling me my credit card info was wrong. They had no problem charging me the first time!
THEN I suddenly find out that I am on a membership plan!? When did I sign up for that? It said if I don't sign in and skip a month of ordering I Will be charged 39 dollars. This was NEVER a clear thing that I was signing up to pay for nothing.
I emailed them begging for a refund at this point. And they made me jump through hoops to cancel my membership. It asked me 6 Or 7 times in a row if I was sure I wanted to cancel.
They just emailed me and told me I had to call a number to get my money back. Why? Why is it so hard to get back what I am owed?
