The products quality were poor, the customer service was terrible, and they refused to refund an item I tried on once and returned. They claimed it was dirty but that is literally impossible. I had two different sets and returned both of them (I did not receive refund for one set). I am furious at myself for not checking to see if AdoreMe was Revdex.com accredited.

I love my Adore me bras and panties! They are well built and fit perfect.

Every item I get from Adoreme.com is always comfortable and of good quality. I enjoy wearing them all.

The products are decent quality (not top notch, but you get what you pay for), they're great with customer service, returns are pretty easy. As of yet I have nothing to complain about :D

Adore me is a great place to buy all of your intimate needs. I'm a busy girl and it is nice to avoid lines in the store and get my size which is available(yay).

great product, not true to size.

I just love Adore Me, in the past I have not been able to find such a variety of feminine and sexy bras and panties for women of my size (40 DD). I usually shopped at department stores where there wasn't more of a variety for my size, just the plain white, tan, and black bras. I have been so happy with every purchase thus far, and I will no longer shop at department stores for these items - Adore Me has been a godsend!!!

complaint ID # [redacted]In regards to the membership, we would  like to explain how it works. We have attached a screen shot of the shopping cart with the two payment options offered to the customers at checkout (as seen in image #1).Customers who select the VIP Membership option during checkout are sent a membership confirmation email and reminder emails before the fifth reminding them to either skip the month or make a purchase (as seen in image #2).VIP members who do not shop or skip by the [redacted] day of each month (11:59:59 p.m. EST), are charged $39.95 and receive the same amount in store credit. Members may redeem this credit on AdoreMe.com at any time. VIP members who do skip the month (before the [redacted] day 11:59:59 p.m. EST) may change their minds and are free to shop any item in their showroom throughout the month. Please note this is an automatic billing, and members who do not participate in the active membership may accumulate store credits.  Customers are able to request a refund directly, within 30 days of the charge. Upon further investigation, it appears that the customer has been unsubscribed  from the membership on April [redacted], 2014 and was refunded the store credit for April  (see attached image #3).Moreover, we see that the customer initiated a chargeback with their bank for the remaining store credit,  and the said credit was frozen (see attached image #4).
