I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. They have given me an address in NYC to send the package to who will then ship the package to them in China. Their response was that they will refund me $now and then in weeks the remaining balance of will be refunded. I only received a refund of $not $50.00. I am not willing to close the complaint at this timeI am in communication with Veda from their customer service department via their website email system
