I looked at the ticket online and you are asking me to return the items in a way that isn't possible. You specify to not ship via DHL, which is the shipping method by which I can get a tracking number. The regular mail option you require does not provide a tracking number. Both methods cost more than the value of the items I'm returning, which makes me a very unhappy customer. I would like a refund right away to resolve my issue. Please clarify how to do this.

 I have submitted all of this directly to rosegal if they pull up my account they can find the many many conversations and the proof that the echeck cleared on july [redacted]. This is why Im so frustrated because this is what they keep repeating this exact same message over and over instead of resolving the matter.
