I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

until money is received into my account which they've stated 7-25 days , I do not trust this company I've never waited to long for a refund .  Until I received the money back into my account my claim is open.  Since Novemeber I have been trying patiently to request assistance from this Rosegal.com support and until now Feb [redacted] almost 4 months with your help I finnaly feel that they are taking my situation seriously.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I am not certain if I am fully satisfied as I received a partial refund for an item that was misrepresented and that does not normally accept returns.  Every business should accept returns, even those that sell used items on Ebay accept returns. But I was granted a partial refund, and it has been deposited. I would definitely continue to have Rosegal on the radar as a business that is not for the consumer.

I did respond to the email, immediately. However, I have been told 15-30 business days before I get a refund. I am leaving my complaint until the issue is resolved and the money is returned.

Rosegal has offered to ship the remaining items, but I do not want them.I have asked for a refund of those 3 products and I would also like to return the 2 items I received for a full refund.I expect to be refunded the full amount of $84.84.I am awaiting their response to my response.
