They are lying, I just logged in my Rosegal.com online account and there is no reply message to the "claim ticket" I submitted. If they want to resolve this they need to credit my card back and REPLY HERE that they have done so and provide some kind of confirmation. Otherwise they will continue to lie, as I said my account does not even show an order being placed but my credit card clearly shows that Rosegal charged it.

Nice company. I'm not going to be out of pocket for more money when the refund now stands at about $  45 . Thanks for nothing and I remain dissatisfied but I no longer have any time to deal with you or them and flop needles**mails back and forth for no apparent reason. **

I can not get onto their  system to send them a message about the product like they asked for. I am not able to reach them at all. At this time, I have a late poorly made product and no way to contact them.

[Your Answer Here]I have gotten the same response from them multiple times.  Every time they ask me to "visit them in the ticket"  you have to log in and when I try, they say that I have to enter a valid email.   Ironically, that is the same email that they send me their correspondence.   This same thing has happened multiple times.  When I've read many other customers complaints they are exactly the same.  They do not want to communicate with you at all.
