I would rather not close my complaint until I have received my full refund as promised.  I do not trust this company and do not know if it will take 45 days or when the refund will come - if at all.  I am not confident I will receive the refund that was offered.

 They are not telling the truth. There is no ticket number because it never would let me submit a claim. All they send is a form to electronically fill out but there is no way to submit it. No email address. No phone number. And it looked like they had a way of getting my passwords when I tried to fill it out. My passwords that no one knows came up in text. They are criminals. Identity their. I looked at online reviews and many others are having the same experience. Total scam. If they are leget they should send me the size I ordered. They sent an XS instead of a XL. I only ordered that size because reviews said they run so small. There is no size on the garnet. It's purposely done. Just to get my credit card information. The form they want you to fill out is so complex. They want you to download pictures of the garnet. They were showing my files on my computer when I clicked on it.
