[Your Answer ] The lies this company tells. All of sudden you don't have my information to process the refund when I was sent a message saying that it was refunded & to wait 30 days. It's been way longer than that! I'm tired of the run around & the lies. Nothing ever gets resolved. This company need to be flagged & investigated. I've been on your [redacted] as well & there's so many complaints it makes no sense. Why can't you guys just stop lies, give everyone their money back like a real company does

This company sent me clothes that were not what was stated on their website. They are using other high end magazines - pirating their pictures of clothes that are not anywhere similar to what is being sent out. This is complete and utter fraud. I didn't even receive a statement in the package. At this time, I have put more time and effort into trying to get this rectified and would like [redacted] to send me a CALL TAG from [redacted] or [redacted] so I can simply take these clothes, put them in a return package and send them along. If they can work this out with me then I am willing to close this, but if not, I am not. I want my full credit as well. Will wait to hear. Thanks,[redacted]
