I had sent several emails wondering where my refund was. I was just told it wasnt processed yet. I called on 12/**spoke to rep who said it was processed on 12/**/ As of 1/**I have not got my refund. I called today and was told it could take up to another 30 days due to the holiday returns. This was returned before the holidays. I should be give interest on my money that I should be getting back.
