From my personal experience I can share with all of you Ive felt really well taken care of by my Asr advisor ***She was the first person I had contact with when I called them for informationIts about to be year since I decided to take their help with my stdt loansEvery time Ive needed an update about my process ***s been there to answer or return my calls and reply to my emails as wellOff course its been a long process even tho this is only my first yr but for me its been worth itIve got the stuff they said I would get in the mail, I havent spotted anything off in my forgiveness process I got my (former) loans consolidated (still cant explain why how and when I ended up having so many) nad thank God interest is not building up the horrible way it used toI dont realy know about other peoples experience with Asr, all I can honestlly say is its been a blessing in my lifeIm truly grateful

They seemed a bit disorganized but after a few calls and emails, we are all set and ready to go

Started with them back in Oct/2015, paid a set up fee in the beginning, now I'm only paying $19/month to get everything taken care of and to get them update my program every yearAs long as they're doing what they promised and take good care of my loans and my whole process, I don't mind paying a small fee for their servicesBefore I chose this company I had a few more options, but they were charging me twice or three times more than what I'm currently paying, and on top of that, their customer service wasn't as good

This company is a rip offThey offer 100% money guaranteeNot only is that a lie but they continue to take money outEven though transaction cancelled in writing and by phone

These people made my year !! They qualified me for an income based repayment plan, pay only $monthly towards loans (compared to the $my previous servicers were charging me month to month for a regular repayment plan !) and now for the first time I manage to be current with my payments thank goodness

Here at Aiding Student Relief we believe in the highest quality of customer service and do everything in our power to make sure our clients get the best results available to themIn early the said client provided income information which was used to provide an estimated payment amount that reflects on the clients' agreementOnce Ms [redacted] electronically signed the agreement verifying all information was accurate, and returned it to her origination agent the file was transferred to the processing department.Our processors who are experts in the field immediately began the submission of the clients file to the Department of EducationThe income the client provided us was significantly less than the actual income reported to the IRSThe reported income to the IRS was $46,This is exactly $14,more than what the client verified before paying Aiding Student Relief any feeAt that point the client stated the income was still not accurate so we suggested she send her most recent paystubsThe paystubs did verify the gross income reported to the IRS was actually correct and the client had provided us with inaccurate income which lead to a difference in the payment she receivedThe timeline on the completion of the file is typically 60-days and we were able to get her file processed within that timeline.Ms [redacted] states that she never heard from our company after being chargedWe regret to hear she feels that way, however, Aiding Students keeps track of all calls, emails and any work done on a file in very specific time and date stamped format that cannot be tampered withThere were several attempts at reaching Ms [redacted] including voicemails and emails to her and we would love to provide her with this documentation.Last but not least, the complaint states client was already paying the $monthly which is also not the caseThe program Aiding Students was able to get the client enrolled in is a year term with a payment amount of $133.12, but prior to our service the client was on a standard term for years paying $Our system also shows the client would have qualified for a Public Service Forgiveness which would forgive the balance of her loan and any interest accrued after just qualifying paymentsAiding Student Relief would love to address the above information with client but unfortunately we have not been able to get her on the phone
