We do apologize for this inconvenience, we have no idea how this could have happenedWe only respond to people who had originally inquired about our services I don't know how you ended up in our directoryIn addition to that, with every attempt to reach out to our clients, built in to our system
is the ability to manually "opt out" of our messaging service, either by pressing number or texting "Stop" in replyI do see that you did call in to our company January 5th, and after expressing that you want no further contact, our agent have placed you on a Do Not Call List and I am confident that you have not received any more unwanted messages from us since then and that will continue to be the case.Regardless of that, we do apologize for any unwanted contact from us in the first place.Thank you

research, ASR would like to apologize for the inconvenience if an unwanted call was placed.  After thorough research, the Telemarketing Department has no recollection of contacting the client in 2014 and 2015 as new development in communication expansion has been introduced and implemented beginning in 2016.  ASR has attempted to contact the consumer to help resolve any pending questions or concerns regarding the consumer's inquiry. ASR requests for the consumer to contact the program to resolve any pending matter.

Aiding Student Relief was a life saver! Customer service has be great, and they provide all the necessary information I needed!

Hello,             I am surprised to hear this complaint despite all the effort we’ve put into your account which includes managers, our customer service department, and myself. You really are the perfect candidate for the program you chose-...

as it stands this program would take you out default, potentially improve your credit, and might even save you tens of thousands of dollars. If you want to revisit the matter again, I would be happy to go over terms with you, as well provide any documentation you want to make you feel better about the program. However, if you prefer not to, we have no problem refunding you, although I do want to make one thing clear: Your service agreement isn’t even close to $2,200 and we actually never received $400 from you either, but we will fully refund what we have received from you. As a call-center, we are not really set up for visitors but next time you make a trip out here call me and I will be happy to give you a small tour of the facilities. Our whole business is about saving clients time, money, and frustration and if we can’t do that for you then, we’ll do whatever we can to resolve this and part ways on good terms. Thank you.

I graduated 12 years ago, and my loan debt was really hight.
I contacted them and I was able to receive great advice from them. This is not a scam and they need your information to verify your loans - I see no problem with that. I did call them and spent over an hour on the phone enquiring about every single detail, their fees, terms, processes, ETC. I'm pretty much pleased with the answers I got.
Also I told my friend about ASR, he qualified for loan forgiveness and instead of paying 50 grand, he'll have to pay 5 grands.

Hello,Thank you for reaching out to me over e-mail, I understand circumstances have made it difficult for you to find the time to contact us.Allow me to explain your situation:The total amount of loans you have acquired from your career in school is 15 loans, totaling approximately $110,000. We do...

not add to a person’s debt, however in order to enroll you into this program we needed to consolidate your debt. In that way, the 15 loans were “paid off” and in its place two new loans (totaling $110,000) were created. It could be that it appears that we added two new loans, but I assure you that is not the case. The payments you made were for our company to enroll you into a program, which when you weigh the benefits of this program to the cost, I believe you are in a much better position now.Allow me to draw a comparison:Originally, owing $110,000 meant you would have to pay $692 a month for thirty years to pay back the loan. In addition to that, you were accruing hundreds of dollars in interest every month. By the end of 30 years you will have paid back $249,168… More than twice what you owe.You have been enrolled into an income driven repayment, which meansYour payment is based on your income & family size – You currently have a zero dollar payment Your term has been lowered from 30 years to 25 years, which is of course 5 years less The interest of most of your loans were lowered between 0.3 and 0.5 percent, saving you in addition  And most importantly, after you have completed your term, if you have not already paid back the student loan by then, the remaining balance of your loans will all be forgiven.I understand this is a lot of information to review and I welcome the opportunity to explain it to you over the phone. Honestly, you have the opportunity to potentially save hundreds of thousands of dollars and I would recommend this program to anyone with student loans, even if they weren’t struggling to pay it. Just by being on the program we have cut the time to pay off the student loan by 5 years, which is a total of 60 payments.I hope you will find the details of your enrollment helpful in considering your next plan of action.Thank you.

I am happy to have my loans consolidated and reduced through this program.

Full consolidation and brand new reoriginated federal student loans + enrollment into best student loan relief program according to my current financial situation + rehab for my defaulted loans + peace of mind :) Extremely grateful.

Started with them back in Oct/2015, paid a set up fee in the beginning, now I'm only paying $19/month to get everything taken care of and to get them update my program every year. As long as they're doing what they promised and take good care of my loans and my whole process, I don't mind paying a small fee for their services. Before I chose this company I had a few more options, but they were charging me twice or three times more than what I'm currently paying, and on top of that, their customer service wasn't as good.

This company is a rip off. They offer 100% money guarantee. Not only is that a lie but they continue to take money out. Even though transaction cancelled in writing and by phone.

I have attempted to answer their calls, however they do not call back at the times I stated I will be available to speak to them.

I haven't been able to connect anyone about my student loan. I asked to push back a payment one day. Now realize that haven't took any of my payments since two months ago been trying to reach them but number is not in service. Very confused at this point.

Aiding Student Relief has been calling me for months, saying they can possibly reduce $15,000 of my $45,000 loans even though they have no information on me. I had to hound them for any kind of company information in the slim hope that it could be a legitimate offer. At one point when they called a few months ago, they mentioned they were working with Obama's loan forgiveness program. That's not accurate according to an article I read on nbc saying this was a common strategy for fraudulent companies to try and gain your trust. They then told me that they needed access to my FSA ID which is the ID you use when signing into your federal student loan account. #RED FLAG!! No one should have access to that, but yourself and your giant loan you're trying to conquer. They said they needed to know my exact loan balance. Then I received an email saying "forgot my password" from FSA ID. Aiding Student Relief created this by entering in my email on the studentloans.gov website login and then clicked "forgot my password." The email I received says to enter their "secure code" in order to reset my password so I can give the information to this Aiding Student Relief company who will ask you for your password. Then they receive all my information (ssn, full name, address, phone number...everything). I stopped before giving them my login info. It is too good to be true and their website looks pretty fake. If they are such an amazing consolidation company, there would be much more info out there about them. It's sickening to hear about these kind of companies and to experience being taken advantage of when I'm working hard to pay of my debt after furthering my education. I don't know if they are legit or not, but I lean heavily on saying "No." You can utilize free loan consolidation though studentloans.gov

They have helped me from the first phone call through in which everything was explained in black and white. They worked with all my creditors and refinanced my student loans to a manageable amount.
Thank you for the fast and professional service.
