I was contacted by Aidingstudentrelief last summer...I'd never heard about them beforeBut somehow they found me and contacted meBecause they got all my loans taken care of and I no longer have to worry about them

Student loans were my greatest pain and greatest paymentThey helped me lower my payments and got me on a more manageable repayment planSometimes I couldn't hear the rep over the phone very clearly but they still got the job doneI am happy with my outcome

Hello,This was all just a minor misunderstanding; after submitting the necessary paperwork it takes between 30-days before a Lender will recognize any adjustments that are being made, which often takes place before their automatic monthly mailing system sends the borrower a billAfter explaining
that to ***, I like to think we're back on the right track againAt ASR, we are committed to providing a hassle-free, risk-free service to our clients- in other words: satisfaction guaranteedIn this particular manner, we failed to inform *** of all the possible outcomes and we fully intend to learn from this experience and grow from itI thank *** for being so reasonable on the subject

I appreciate you suspending my account & not charging me any further, however, that is not sufficient for me. I was informed several things would take place during the duration of my time using your company & none of that happened. I have only recently started being contacted again once I made it known I wanted my account closed & I wanted a partial refund for most of the funds your company has received from me. I believe when you state you are going to do something you should honor that. I was informed I would be contacted on a consistent basis to keep me up-to-date with what was going on, after the first couple of months that stopped. I was informed your company would handle my recertification towards the end of the first year, that did not happen & in fact the deadline according to FedLoan had passed before anyone from the company bothered to contact me. I have made numerous attempts over these past 8-months to contact someone & phone numbers were no longer in service, I could not locate an accurate phone number, the number belonging to the initial person assigned to my case was incorrect & my emails were ignored up until I contacted the Revdex.com. Fortunate for me, FedLoan was able to get a hold of me in time & they assisted me with everything that I needed to do so at this point, being a dissatisfied customer, I no longer wish to use your company to service me & am asking my initial refund request in the amount indicated in my complaint be granted; otherwise I will contact my lawyer & fight for a full refund. I have been reading the reviews & it is so disheartening that this company is preying upon individuals simply trying to make paying back their student loans a little simpler & having to go through all of this trouble behind a company who has not stood behind what they promised, apparently to anyone according to the reviews. Peter has tried to reach me and we've corresponded through emailAccording to the response, it had been determined that I'd be paying $but today I received a bill frommfed loan and they are requesting so I'm guessing my application hasn't been approved even though staff at aiding students said I'd have a new bill sent Feb This is the issue I've been talking aboutI receive letter and bills and when I've called I can't reach Jessica and others are giving me information I've called several times for a refund for this reason because I'm still having to work with fed loans even thought I paid aiding students to do this This is why I'm frustrated and you can see why I cannot accept your response

After speaking to ***, I think this was just a simple misunderstandingWe assisted her in lowering her monthly payments all the way down to a zero dollar payment, her loans are in excellent standing, AND will eventually be forgivenEven still, with the new year came a few minor alterations and
we failed to notify her that we would be dropping a couple phone linesThis is a "coachable" moment for us, a mistake we'll do our best not to repeatBut all-in-all I believe *** is satisfied with our service, she has elected not to cancel and prefers to continue with the programPersonally, I appreciate her patience and understanding and I'm glad we get continue working with her

Amazing job consolidating my loans and getting me enrolled into the best loan repayment option available for me basing off my hardshipAfter months or so my wages were not getting garnished any longer and was all set to start over again with my brand new consolidated loansNow I'm on a beautiful $monthly payment towards my loans plan for the next monthsHoping my financial situation gets better and that after the enxt year my payments won't go up too muchSo far, so good!
