These guys are really helpful, they processed my application real quick and made the whole process painless. I hate dealing with all that official stuff, so a company like this is perfect for me, no hassle and reduced loan payments. Happy to recommend Aiding Student Relief to anyone struggling with student loan payments!

This is what I have to say about them from my own experience and my sister's:

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASR to all those who are having problems with student loans! I found ASR doing a deep research online on student loan forgiveness. My sister was the first one to try and eventually be benefited with their services, and from the very beginning it has worked greatly for her. Then, a few months after, I finally got my degree and was actually able to see wonderful results with my sister's process, and I got to join them, too. I thank God for finding out about this company and really appreciate what these people are doing to help us with our student loans.

I think there is some kindof mistake here. I am the office manager for Aiding Student Relief. We are a paper and office supplier for the greater Detroit Public School Community District, specifically K-8th Grade. We in no way, shape or form have anything todo with student loans. We bought this name is the first quarter of 2017. If you have any questions about this or need further conformation feel free to call our customer service line at 947-282-9344.

Thank You
John

Although I enrolled into the program I qualified for, I had to cancel my contract with ASR because my wife was skeptical about it. I did want to go on with the program but it was either putting up with my wife's paranoia for the next 120 months of the program or just making my life easier by admitting she was "right".

Now, after cancelling, I got a full refund in less than 72 hours which I think was very professional... It also proves they are reliable and that I should've not cancelled my process.

These guys really know their stuff! I was in default with my loan, every year they took my tax return, and I was too confused and afraid to try to deal with it. On a fluke, I made a single phone call and they explained everything to me. Now, I’m almost out of default and I won’t even have to pay back my whole loan. If you’re in hot water with the feds, I seriously can’t recommend these guys enough.

I've read some of the things that people have said about this company and it was kind of disheartening. However, I decided I had nothing to lose since I have tried to get help from my servicer and they refused to help. For months and months I tried to get into a repayment plan but every time I would contact the loan holder it was a different story. They never are on the same page and nobody ever knew what they were talking about. One minute they had what was needed to complete my repayment plan and I was told it would be a few weeks and the next I am getting a letter stating I was delinquent.

It is so rough dealing with people who simply don't care about your situation and are just sitting behind a desk doing the bare minimum to collect a check. When I spoke with the 1st person at Aiding Student Relief I got a sense of relief because he knew what he was talking about and I could tell the company had my best interest in mind. Also, the fact that he sat on the phone and actually asked questions about my situation made me feel extremely comfortable. Versus being rushed off the phone and getting attitude for asking questions which is what happens with my servicer. I couldn't help but take a leap of faith, especially since they 100% guarantee their contract (as long as you provide them with all accurate info you cant lose)

Long story short I am so happy I put a little faith into this company because less than 90 days from the day they drafted my 1st enrollment fee I received a letter stating I was approved for the $0 monthly payment and my Public Service Loan Forgiveness Application was also applied to my account. As long as I re-certify every 12 months after 120 payments my $120,000.00 loans will be discharged on top of any interest that I accrued.

I think that it is ridiculous that anybody would say this is a scam or fraud. These people were very up front and honest about everything from the beginning. The money spent was and is well worth it if you ask me being that I tried for months on my own. I now sleep stress free at night know these guys at ASR have my back!

I used Aidingstudentrelief.com in June 2015. They paid off my loan from Great Lakes and transfered it over to Navient. Since then, I haven't had to make a payment, but my interest on the loan is still accruing, not by much. They stated that they will charge me a fee of $85 a month for 4 months for using their services. I was ok with that only because I didn't know where else to go. After the 4 payments of $85 a month, I notice I was getting charged $19 a month from the 5th month and so on. I moved in November so I changed my bank information. I've been getting emails, phone calls and text messages notifying me that I need to update my bank information. So I called them back today, March 17 2016, and the first thing they ([redacted]) asked me was, "we need your updated bank account information." I told her that I need to ask her a question first, and she repeated, "i need your updated account information first." At this point, I was pretty upset cause all they wanted was my money, and didn't care about me, so it seemed. So I raised my voice a little and said, "I need to ask you a question first!" So I preceded to ask her why I was being charged $19 a month after my initial "SERVICE FEE" that I paid for. She then replied with a "oh, well im just going to suspend your payments from here on out, so you don't need to pay the monthly payment anymore." I was confused at this point and wanted to ask her why I was being charged monthly anyways. She then cut me off and just said "thank you, have a good day" and hung up on me.

I just wanted to share my experience and let everyone know what happened to me.

I found their information online, and I think it was a link from FB. I talked to [redacted] Franco, explained my situation that I was in Ch 13 bankruptcy and found out after the fact, that I wasn't making payments on my student loan; after a lengthy conversation, and him looking up all my studen loan info, he said that I would be forgiven most of the interest on my student loans and my payments would be greatly reduced. I would need to pay a $700 upfront fee for them to do this. I could made installments and the first installment of $249, with 4 more months of $150 payments. [redacted] (sp?) called and told me that I didn't qualify because of the bankruptcy and she would have [redacted] call me about this and how we would handle because she wasn't sure. He never called. I called again and got [redacted]. Both of these ladies seemed very sincere about it and wanted to help. With [redacted], she said the money would be refunded. I never got a refund, and found that a couple days ago they took another payment out of my checking account. I called the original number I had for [redacted], and it was disconnected. I found the phone number on my bank account from their deduction and left a message for a callback. [redacted] called me back and apologized and said they would refund the $150 immediately and would process a refund for additional $300. First of all, they are keeping $99 fee for 'all their work' and I explained my complete situation to [redacted] in our initial conversation before ANY money was deducted and was never told I didn't qualify. Now I'm told I don't qualify and they are keeping this $99. [redacted] told me the money would be immediately refunded to me, as I explained above, and to call her when I see it in my bank. This 'immediate' refund is still not back in my account. I have been very nice about this and feel I am being scammed. I want a FULL refund of any and all monies they took out of my bank account.

Spoke with Aiding Student Debt Relief today. If I qualify, I will pay 19.00 per month for seven years. Presently, I pay over 500.00 per month. If I do not qualify, I know they keep 99.00 for the application fee.

If this is a scam, I'll have paid 99.00 and given out all my private information. Their ability to access my student loans, means they have access to databases that are not readily available. I'm assuming they are licensed to use a Federal database from the Department of Education.

If this is real, my student loan debt just went from 50 G to a little over 2 G. I'll come back and report on how this works out.

Signed up with this company..... Had a guy feeling it was too good to be true.... Had my attorney look over paperwork and realized that instead of paying 24% of my loan back I'm actually paying THEM 24% extra to find a better lender..... Cancelled immediately.... When I called the girl Sandy back.... She was completely rude and tried to convince me that I was making a bad decision...... COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.......MAD BECAUSE I DIDNT FALL INTO THEIR SCAM..... MAD SHE DIDNT MAKE HER COMMISION ON ME...... MAD BECAUSE HER LIES DIDNT WORK.......SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE. Buyers beware.

From my personal experience I can share with all of you Ive felt really well taken care of by my Asr advisor [redacted]. She was the first person I had contact with when I called them for information. Its about to be 1 year since I decided to take their help with my stdt loans. Every time Ive needed an update about my process [redacted]s been there to answer or return my calls and reply to my emails as well. Off course its been a long process even tho this is only my first yr but for me its been worth it.. Ive got the stuff they said I would get in the mail, I havent spotted anything off in my forgiveness process.

I got my (former) 14 loans consolidated (still cant explain why how and when I ended up having so many) nad thank God interest is not building up the horrible way it used to. I dont realy know about other peoples experience with Asr, all I can honestlly say is its been a blessing in my life. Im truly grateful

Being disabled didn0t really help me much get a well-paid job and therefore stay current with my loans. Still whenever I gotta chance to make a payment to my lenders, nothing was actually going towards principles but INTERESTS! It was just too frustrating and overwhelming. I’m happy and grateful with what ASR has been doing for me and do recommend it to all those who are struggling to pay off student loans. This is my second year with them, got recertified and still qualified for the same program they placed me at in the beginning. Even if I got a better paid job I wouldn’t mind paying a little bit more.

Review: this company alleged they could get my student loan forgiven with low monthly payments of about $12 dollars a month (payment based on my income submitted) after paying for so long without any late payments the debt would be forgiven, the start up fee to get the application started was $350.00 which was paid in installments. Once the fee was paid I was to start paying the low payments on my student loan. I then began getting charged $20 a month, the company told me I had to pay that monthly along with my student loan repayment. I got my first bill from fed loan in the amount of $133 I then contacted the company explain this was not the info I rec'd when I agreed to hire them for loan consolidation and that the $133 was my initial repayment before I paid them for lower payments the rep which I was not familiar with was not able to answer my questions on the high repayment and told me she would look into my account and get back with me at the end of the week, I since then have not heard from the company they took my money and did not do what was promisedDesired Settlement: I want a refund they promised to get my payments low so I can start repayment of my student loan all they did was something I could have done myself for free

Response:

Here at Aiding Student Relief we believe in the highest quality of customer service and do everything in our power to make sure our clients get the best results available to them. In early 2015 the said client provided income information which was used to provide an estimated payment amount that reflects on the clients' agreement. Once Ms. [redacted] electronically signed the agreement verifying all information was accurate, and returned it to her origination agent the file was transferred to the processing department. Our processors who are experts in the field immediately began the submission of the clients file to the Department of Education. The income the client provided us was significantly less than the actual income reported to the IRS. The reported income to the IRS was $46,109. This is exactly $14,909 more than what the client verified before paying Aiding Student Relief any fee. At that point the client stated the income was still not accurate so we suggested she send her most recent paystubs. The paystubs did verify the gross income reported to the IRS was actually correct and the client had provided us with inaccurate income which lead to a difference in the payment she received. The timeline on the completion of the file is typically 60-90 days and we were able to get her file processed within that timeline.Ms. [redacted] states that she never heard from our company after being charged. We regret to hear she feels that way, however, Aiding Students keeps track of all calls, emails and any work done on a file in very specific time and date stamped format that cannot be tampered with. There were several attempts at reaching Ms. [redacted] including voicemails and emails to her and we would love to provide her with this documentation.Last but not least, the complaint states client was already paying the $133.00 monthly which is also not the case. The program Aiding Students was able to get the client enrolled in is a 20 year term with a payment amount of $133.12, but prior to our service the client was on a standard term for 30 years paying $284.36. Our system also shows the client would have qualified for a Public Service Forgiveness which would forgive the balance of her loan and any interest accrued after just 120 qualifying payments. Aiding Student Relief would love to address the above information with client but unfortunately we have not been able to get her on the phone.

I graduated 12 years ago, and my loan debt was really hight.

I contacted them and I was able to receive great advice from them. This is not a scam and they need your information to verify your loans - I see no problem with that. I did call them and spent over an hour on the phone enquiring about every single detail, their fees, terms, processes, ETC. I'm pretty much pleased with the answers I got.

Also I told my friend about ASR, he qualified for loan forgiveness and instead of paying 50 grand, he'll have to pay 5 grands.
