Aiding Student Relief Reviews (182)

I started to hate my Masters Degree because of the amount of my student loans monthly payment. Aiding Student Relief helped me consolidate my student loans of over $55,000! My payments went from $900 a month (which was completely impossible to afford) to a little over $100. Now my family and I do not have to struggle financially! And my degree looks more appealing. The process was easy. I just answered a few questions and they did all of the hard work.

I was contacted by [redacted] from Aiding Student Relief regarding my complaint. They are going to give me a full...

refund in exchange for me notifying you that the dispute has been resolved satisfactorily.
Thank you for your help.

At first, I was doubtful after reading some of the negative reviews on Facebook initially. Nevertheless, I picked up the phone, I listened the. Asked questions and so far I was approved and off to a great start. I am paying just $19 a month and will have nearly half of my loan forgiven.

It has been wonderful to work with Aiding Student Relief consolidation programs. The customer service has always been the best and I am convinced that this program will allow me to have a better life style free or worryings. Thank you ASR.

I'm so glad I contacted ASR. My loan was almost cut in half on the overall amount due. My payments were reduced making my payments easier to manage. The customer representatives were friendly and helpful. I only wished that I had contacted them soon. I also hope that the people I have recommended them to made that call and didn't wait a year like I did.

Aiding Student Relief, apologizes for the inconvenience that has taken place.  ASR respected the consumers request by ensuring that the client is not to be contacted in the future and that the client’s contact number be placed on the “Do Not Call List.” The consumer is welcomed to contact the program for any questions or concerns that may arise. ASR has ensured that all contact with the consumer will remain obsolete.

They seemed a bit disorganized but after a few calls and emails, we are all set and ready to go.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I...

will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Hello, We have contacted the client and given her our updated contact information. She has assured me we will be in contact next week.

I really thought that this was a scam at first but I have been totally forgiven of most of my student debt!! They are very helpful and have always been there to answer all my questions. I am so glad to get some relief from having to pay hundreds. So glad I made the call!

I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm really glad that I took the chance, they have helped me so far get income deferment, now I'm just waiting on the loan forgiveness to go through, overall they are legit

Hello,

There seems to be a small misunderstanding; we guarantee our services and since [redacted] has elected to back out of the program before he was ever enrolled, of course we will be refunding him. I spoke to him earlier this week and I believe we are back on the same page.

Hello [redacted], Considering we guarantee your satisfaction, it comes as a shock to us that despite multiple attempts, we were not able to deliver that to you. I can only hope that a full refund and an open invitation to speak with any of our consultants free of charge will be of some consolation to you. Thank you.

Thank you.

Been over a yr with these guys, my loans got consolidated, got me out of default and stopped a 2-yr garnishment, helped me getting into this pay as you earn, and all of this also helped boosting my credit score. What I had to do was minimum after they told me I qualified: pay low 1 time set up fee to get them do all the paperwork, submissions, etc for me and then a really low monthly fee to keep monitoring my loans for the rest of the program. I've been super patient and I've put so much faith in this process and I can see the results at this point, really good ones.

I had a great experience! Very simple, easy and worry free process.

Here at Aiding Student Relief we believe in the highest quality of customer service and do everything in our power to make sure our clients get the best results available to them. In early 2015 the said client provided income information which was used to provide an estimated payment amount that...

reflects on the clients' agreement. Once Ms. [redacted] electronically signed the agreement verifying all information was accurate, and returned it to her origination agent the file was transferred to the processing department. Our processors who are experts in the field immediately began the submission of the clients file to the Department of Education. The income the client provided us was significantly less than the actual income reported to the IRS. The reported income to the IRS was $46,109. This is exactly $14,909 more than what the client verified before paying Aiding Student Relief any fee. At that point the client stated the income was still not accurate so we suggested she send her most recent paystubs. The paystubs did verify the gross income reported to the IRS was actually correct and the client had provided us with inaccurate income which lead to a difference in the payment she received. The timeline on the completion of the file is typically 60-90 days and we were able to get her file processed within that timeline.Ms. [redacted] states that she never heard from our company after being charged. We regret to hear she feels that way, however, Aiding Students keeps track of all calls, emails and any work done on a file in very specific time and date stamped format that cannot be tampered with. There were several attempts at reaching Ms. [redacted] including voicemails and emails to her and we would love to provide her with this documentation.Last but not least, the complaint states client was already paying the $133.00 monthly which is also not the case. The program Aiding Students was able to get the client enrolled in is a 20 year term with a payment amount of $133.12, but prior to our service the client was on a standard term for 30 years paying $284.36. Our system also shows the client would have qualified for a Public Service Forgiveness which would forgive the balance of her loan and any interest accrued after just 120 qualifying payments. Aiding Student Relief would love to address the above information with client but unfortunately we have not been able to get her on the phone.

Spoke with Aiding Student Debt Relief today. If I qualify, I will pay 19.00 per month for seven years. Presently, I pay over 500.00 per month. If I do not qualify, I know they keep 99.00 for the application fee.
If this is a scam, I'll have paid 99.00 and given out all my private information. Their ability to access my student loans, means they have access to databases that are not readily available. I'm assuming they are licensed to use a Federal database from the Department of Education.
If this is real, my student loan debt just went from 50 G to a little over 2 G. I'll come back and report on how this works out.

Although I enrolled into the program I qualified for, I had to cancel my contract with ASR because my wife was skeptical about it. I did want to go on with the program but it was either putting up with my wife's paranoia for the next 120 months of the program or just making my life easier by admitting she was "right".
Now, after cancelling, I got a full refund in less than 72 hours which I think was very professional... It also proves they are reliable and that I should've not cancelled my process.

I believe I qualified like for 5 different plans, my case manager broke them all down for me so I could understand the cons and pros of each one of them and then choose whatever I thought was more convenient and comfortable for me. He is very professional, funny, kind and I highly recommend you contacting him. His name is [redacted], ext. [redacted] :}
