Aiding Student Relief is a relatively new company and I have been working with them essentially since the beginning. They have made giant strides in their customer service from day 1 until now. I'm looking forward to continuing utilizing their services.

Signed up with this company..... Had a guy feeling it was too good to be true.... Had my attorney look over paperwork and realized that instead of paying 24% of my loan back I'm actually paying THEM 24% extra to find a better lender..... Cancelled immediately.... When I called the girl [redacted] back.... She was completely rude and tried to convince me that I was making a bad decision...... COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.......MAD BECAUSE I DIDNT FALL INTO THEIR SCAM..... MAD SHE DIDNT MAKE HER COMMISION ON ME...... MAD BECAUSE HER LIES DIDNT WORK.......SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE. Buyers beware.

From my personal experience I can share with all of you Ive felt really well taken care of by my Asr advisor [redacted]. She was the first person I had contact with when I called them for information. Its about to be 1 year since I decided to take their help with my stdt loans. Every time Ive needed an update about my process [redacted]s been there to answer or return my calls and reply to my emails as well. Off course its been a long process even tho this is only my first yr but for me its been worth it.. Ive got the stuff they said I would get in the mail, I havent spotted anything off in my forgiveness process.
I got my (former) 14 loans consolidated (still cant explain why how and when I ended up having so many) nad thank God interest is not building up the horrible way it used to. I dont realy know about other peoples experience with Asr, all I can honestlly say is its been a blessing in my life. Im truly grateful

After speaking with our client, who has decided to give us more time to package everything perfectly for her, I am pleased to report that her payments have been officially reduced to $102.41, less than 10 percent of what she was due to pay before and even more importantly, the term of her loan was reduced by 20 years! I have confirmed the terms of her repayment myself and I very excited to relay the information to her. I have attempted to communicate this fact to her but I have not heard a response yet. However, I am hopeful that she will be pleased with the results and wish to continue with the offered program.

Its friendly helpful and gets the job done

I am starting my second year since I started working with Student Aiding to manage my students loans. I can only say I am so happy I ever made this decision. This people deliver what they say and when they said it. I feel confident this people are out to help first the many people like me under tremendous stress due to the high levels of debt. I think these people are best thing I have happen to me in a long time.

I'd like a refund. I can provide a review on Revdex.com as well.  I want them to know they can't continue pretending to help when they are taking peoples money and its a repayment plan that anyone can file.

Their answering service, content of text messages (SMS) and the persons who I speak with identify themselves as "ARS", the numbers, when searched through Google, yield the same results.

I had been paying on this student loans for ages and never got to really see a difference in my principal balance..... all the money was always going to that accrued interest. I saw an ad for ASR on FB and even though at first I thought it was weird following an ad, it turned out to be the best choice I've ever made. The agent I spoke to helped me save over $40,000 off of my student loans I've been paying on for over 6 years without even making a dent. I'm so grateful for their help and already referred a couple of my former classmates and they helped them save and get them enrolled into a program as well. Highly recommended company!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE WITH STUDENT LOAN BURDEN. THEY BASICALLY DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU. FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE MAY SAY I'M PRETTY PLEASED WITH WHAT THEY'VE HELPED ME DO WITH MY STUDENT LOANS.

These people made my year !! They qualified me for an income based repayment plan, pay only $43.63 monthly towards loans (compared to the $152 my previous servicers were charging me month to month for a regular repayment plan !) and now for the first time I manage to be current with my payments thank goodness.

As of today I'm really pleased with the service and results I received from AIG. They did everything they said they would do and actually better. The communication as well as the service has been great. I would highly recommend this service to others.

First of all, this is the first I have heard about them supposedly not having all of my information. In a dozen correspondences I was never once asked for additional information. One of their agents called me on Thursday and told me the check has been mailed out. As of today (a week later) it had not been received. Until I am paid back in full, my complaint will not be resolved. I this still doors not explain why over there course of 6 or more weeks, they could not be reached by phone, email, or FB.I will consider my issue resolved when I have cash in hand.Ihave reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I am not confident they have understood the nature of the complaint. They are violating federal law in continuing to contact me despite my repeated instruction to stop; yet their proposed resolution is that they "ha[ve] attempted to contact" me! I do not have any pending matters, or pending concerns. I do not have student loans, I therefore definitely do not require their services. I decline to contact them, as any attempts to return calls to the numbers they use result in error messages that the number is not in service. I notice they do not provide a way to contact them in their response. Meaningless boilerplate.
Revdex.com, thank you for your efforts on this matter but clearly I will just continue to rebuff their attempts at texts and calls. Please go ahead and close this matter but let ASR know their response is wholly unsatisfactory and devoid of any meaningful action.

I am so very happy I choose to go this route to help me manage my student loans. Before applying for this program shortly after I graduated college I was facing large student loan payments, that literally had me wonder what I was going to do. A friend referred me to this program and they have taken great care of me from the application process to the renewal process its been great. They take care of my student loan stress!
