Hello, There seems to be a small misunderstanding; we guarantee our services and since [redacted] has elected to back out of the program before he was ever enrolled, of course we will be refunding himI spoke to him earlier this week and I believe we are back on the same page

After speaking with our client, who has decided to give us more time to package everything perfectly for her, I am pleased to report that her payments have been officially reduced to $102.41, less than percent of what she was due to pay before and even more importantly, the term of her loan was reduced by years! I have confirmed the terms of her repayment myself and I very excited to relay the information to herI have attempted to communicate this fact to her but I have not heard a response yetHowever, I am hopeful that she will be pleased with the results and wish to continue with the offered program

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am not confident they have understood the nature of the complaint. They are violating federal law in continuing to contact me despite my repeated instruction to stop; yet their proposed resolution is that they "ha[ve] attempted to contact" me! I do not have any pending matters, or pending concerns. I do not have student loans, I therefore definitely do not require their services. I decline to contact them, as any attempts to return calls to the numbers they use result in error messages that the number is not in service. I notice they do not provide a way to contact them in their response. Meaningless boilerplate. BBB, thank you for your efforts on this matter but clearly I will just continue to rebuff their attempts at texts and calls. Please go ahead and close this matter but let ASR know their response is wholly unsatisfactory and devoid of any meaningful action. Regards, [redacted]

The phone number this client had was an old phone number before changing offices, however we have provided several contact numbers and e-mail addresses for future referenceAfter speaking with her, she has decided that she does not want a refund and wishes to continue
using our services since she still stands to save a lot of money by using our services.

I've read some of the things that people have said about this company and it was kind of dishearteningHowever, I decided I had nothing to lose since I have tried to get help from my servicer and they refused to helpFor months and months I tried to get into a repayment plan but every time I would contact the loan holder it was a different storyThey never are on the same page and nobody ever knew what they were talking aboutOne minute they had what was needed to complete my repayment plan and I was told it would be a few weeks and the next I am getting a letter stating I was delinquent
It is so rough dealing with people who simply don't care about your situation and are just sitting behind a desk doing the bare minimum to collect a checkWhen I spoke with the 1st person at Aiding Student Relief I got a sense of relief because he knew what he was talking about and I could tell the company had my best interest in mindAlso, the fact that he sat on the phone and actually asked questions about my situation made me feel extremely comfortableVersus being rushed off the phone and getting attitude for asking questions which is what happens with my servicerI couldn't help but take a leap of faith, especially since they 100% guarantee their contract (as long as you provide them with all accurate info you cant lose)
Long story short I am so happy I put a little faith into this company because less than days from the day they drafted my 1st enrollment fee I received a letter stating I was approved for the $monthly payment and my Public Service Loan Forgiveness Application was also applied to my accountAs long as I re-certify every months after payments my $120,loans will be discharged on top of any interest that I accrued
I think that it is ridiculous that anybody would say this is a scam or fraudThese people were very up front and honest about everything from the beginningThe money spent was and is well worth it if you ask me being that I tried for months on my ownI now sleep stress free at night know these guys at ASR have my back!

ASR has reached out and communicated with the consumer, in which a solution has been reached We have complied with the consumer and request for the consumer to be in contact with the program for any further questions or concerns that they may have
