Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action has not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below To *** at AimLoan I have not receive the refund as per your letter I was not going to counter your letter since you mentioned I will receive a refund It's been almost a week, I have not receive my refund Since I am uncertain of the status of my refund, I want to make sure I keep this case open In addition, I would like to share with you one of the points you brought up in your letter You mentioned I submitted my application with the wrong info; I marked my property as a 1-unit versus a condo When filling out the application, I did check the 1-unit property; the unit is one of the unit of a 1-unit Thus, I checked the box I realized I made a mistake when I spoke with the appraiser Because of my mistake, I paid an extra $for my appraisal I paid hefty for checking the wrong boxthus, I didn't think it was necessary to bring up that fact When said and done, the appraiser told me he just had to make sure he check the right box and submit the appraisal I didn't argue the point about the $at the time because I figured, if the loan will work out, I don't want to sound like I am nickle-and-diming your company In case you want to know, I paid for my mistake At the point, I am waiting for the my 2nd appraisal fee to be refunded back on my account Thank you, [redacted] **

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I use the web site of the aim loan to view my account and make payments , I attached attachment screen shots of my account , screen shot is the payment amount which is where I get the info on how much to pay online every month , #attachment is the aim loan statements from then same web site#payment that I made this year so farI have been paying the same amount of $for some time I have cancelled checks or the new version of a payment was removed from my bank account into the aim loan account I have paid every month and have never missed a month , I can send them to you or aim loan , but this year I also have paid payment of $plus a payment of $and a payment of $and this is only the month of august the 8th month of the yearsee attachment aim loan paymentsi do not see the above payments included in the aim loan statementi just paid $8-and that payment is no where to be found on the web site.I did receive a call from someone about this loan payment telling me that I have not paid the aim loan and I am months behind and he wanted a payment over the phone , I thought it was a scam because while on the phone I logged into my account and the account stated that the next payment due was days later, so the online web site stated that I was current on the payments.Still now aim loan reported to the credit bureau that a did not pay my loan for months in but I have made extra payments this year , I did not miss a mortgage payment ever!!!!!!!!!i just want Aim loan TO CHANGE THE CREDIT REPORT , change the report that I was not late this year Regards, [redacted]

I apologize for any frustration the borrower experienced as a result of this transaction Unfortunately, repricing was necessary since the loan was not ready to fund until after the lock had expired The delay was the completion of the appraisal; however, the appraiser could not complete the appraisal until all renovations were finished on the subject property A review of the appraisal required additional information from the borrower The approval of the loan was delayed because the appraiser could not start their work until after all renovations on the property were complete As a result repricing was addressed per AimLoan’s policy sent to all borrowers upon locking in a rate

Please see the attachedDear Mr [redacted] This is to confirm receipt of a recent complaint you filed with the Revdex.comwe have reviewed your complaint and welcome the opportunity to respondIn reviewing the sequence of events that occurred, the delays surrounding the closing of your loan were of no fault of AimLoanThe delays that occurred resulted from AimLoan being unable to receive a title report from the title company you selectedYou entered into an agreement to purchase a home in early August and it wasn't until November 20th that AimLoan received the title reportYou and your real estate agent were made aware of the challenges obtaining the title work numerous times from the beginning of the processIt wasn't until mid-September that the title company requested a commitment letter to release the title workIt seemed we were going to receive the report shortly thereafter, but even after the commitment letter was provided to them they did not release the title workYou and your agent were kept in the loop and asked to assist in expediting the request since we were exhausting our attempts to follvia phone and emailThroughout October we communicated to you we had not received the title work and asked you and your agent to continue to assistIn November we were informed the title company was waiting on items from the seller to release the title workBy the time we released the title work, your credit documentation had already expired requiring the processor to request updated documentsAs a result, your credit report had to be rerunUnfortunately, your credit score had dropped significantly and was now below the minimum required score. In response to this latest challenge, you were presented with optionsWe recommended you reach out to the credit bureaus to clear up any erroneous information that was affecting your score and your loan officer provided details on how to expedite that processUnfortunately, at this point AimLoan is at a standstill until your credit score has improved above the minimum requirementif you wish to further discuss this complaint, feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] or [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Our family recently built a new house and needed a mortgage companyAfter extensive research, reading reviews and working out the different rate scenarios with my loan consultant [redacted] , we pulled the trigger and locked in an incredible 3.125% rate with just under a point The process was smooth and issue free Just have your docs in order and it's a breeze I literally ran it to weeks before closing, pulled the trigger and they made it happen right on the builders set closing date (2.23.2015) I couldn't be happier with everything and everyone We've already referred friends over I highly recommend AIM

AIM loans We just completed the closing process. I wanted to say thank you for the easy experience. It has been a real pleasure dealing with you and your colleges. Stephanie is terrific, responsive, concise on what she needs and excellent follow up. I am not sure who should I send the comments and reviews about my experience with AIM Loans, but more people need to know how great this process is to busy people like me. Being able to submit docs when is convenient to me through the website, email communications, real time verification that the documents were sent and received. The fax cover letter to route to the right person. Very easy and fit my schedule perfectly. You guys do great work and I will recommend you to anyone I know looking for great rates and service. Best regards, Lev Rejanovinsky

[I have no clue how to find an attachment with the details of this, or any response THERE IS NOTHING IN THE ATTACHMENT LINE OF ANY EMAIL I HAVE RECEIVED I don't know how to make this more clear I keep responding that I do not accept the business response because I CANNOT FIND AN ATTACHMENT with the details I will keep responding that I do not accept the business response until someone can assist me with this issue As of 4/11/I have not received the balance of the insurance money owed to me by Aim Loan and I am unable to find any attachment that might state their position on holding money that is intended to pay for my new roof Until I am able to see an attachment with their response, or until I receive the balance owed to me, I will continue to "reject" their response I am including TWO attachments with this note One is the Letter of Satisfaction that Aim Loan sent for me to fill out and have notarized You will see that this Letter is written in a confusing way which asks for the contractor to be 100% satisfied with the work done, then asks the borrower to sign and have notarized The second attachment is my response to the Letter of Satisfaction.]

I don't buy the argument that it is no fault of AimloanNever before the rejection of the loan I was informed of the occupancy ruleAimloan could have at least gone through these rules with me BEFORE the due diligence period or at the very least before asking me to repair the deckRejecting a loan after asking the customer to spend money to fix the home, is unethical business practiceI tried to resolve this with the seller, but could not get the seller to legally pay for these expenses, as deck repair was not in the original binding contractI could not back out of the contact as the due diligence period was overIt is ironic that Aimloan claims that it has gone the extra mile to help me, because the company never returned my phone calls and emails until I filed a complaint with Revdex.comI don't think that is going even an extra stepI considered the complaint unresolvedThank you Revdex.com for your assistance.
