I am rejecting this response because:Tim Q[redacted], Alder rep, is on voicemail actually stating that he  IN FACT had began cancellation process. We do not want faulty equipment that repeatedly malfunctions as stated. Alder rep needs to pick up their useless system ASAP.

Tothe Revdex.com, Thank you for contacting us, In a response to Mr and Mrs. [redacted] alarm system our customer relations agent spoke with their daughter on4/20/2018 about the system having issues, we offered to help them over the phone before...

sending a technician out, they were not willing to work with us tofix the issue they were having, and they repeatedly demand for us to cancel the account. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to cancel the account, but we would be more than happy to send a technician out with no charge to fix the equipment and do a full system check. Please have client call in to get a technician scheduled to fix equipment. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: Alder continues to give me the runaround. I have yet to speak to anyone that knows about my account. I am very disappointed,but will give the company until Jan15 2018 to resolve this issue. Thereafyer, I will seek legal assistance.

December 7, 2017RE:  [redacted] To the Revdex.com, Ms. [redacted] signed up with Alder in May of 2015 and has made 3 monthly payments since then, totalling one half of the $300 she is requesting. Additionally, our records show that Ms. [redacted] was billed $49.99 once each month...

I am rejecting this response because:Again, at my request, my daughter ([redacted]) is handling this situation for me as I am 96 years old and very hard of hearing (especially on the phone) -- following is our response: I, [redacted], RECEIVED A CALL from Brandt N[redacted] on 6/29/17 -- I returned that call on Sat 7/1/17 leaving a message with our requests and MY PHONE NUMBER.  Knowing that was a Saturday, and since I had not heard from Mr. N[redacted], I called a 2nd time on WEDS, 7/5/17 and left a message WITH MY PHONE NUMBER for a return call.  He had my phone number when he called ME on 6/29 and I've left it for him twice since then.   In my opinion, his actions are nothing but stall tactics to make the Revdex.com think Alder is making an effort to resolve this issue.  In addition to the two phone calls I have made to him, we FAXED (on 6/21/17) and MAILED a letter to Alder clearly stating our request and requesting a response via mail or email (as provided in letter).  We have also filed complaints with the Revdex.com, the Missouri Attorney General and Discover card.  And, YES, you may give him my phone number(s) you have on file if he still cannot figure out how to contact me.

I have sent them the cancellation fee that they requested to them from vivint so I will be disputing the charges with my bank because they did not fulfill their end of the contract I have pictures emails and call logs to prove it thanks!

I am rejecting this response because I specifically asked for my personal information to be removed from their records, and I cannot get their confirmation this will be done. As I did not provide this information, or give permission for them to seek more through a credit check, their is no reason for them to have it.

I am rejecting this response because: Mrs. [redacted] want this contract to be cancelled because she was not told how many years and that there was a contract and was told could cancell as long cancell as long as it was before 30 day which is what mrs. [redacted] didand was told it would be 29.99 a month so the representative lied about everything because they are charging 47.99 a month this representative of this company falsely gave information on purpose to get a sale which to me is unlawful.
