I was contacted on 7/2 by a representative from All My Sons...

corporate offices in Dallas, TX. He confirmed the details of my complaint, apologized immensely for the customer service or lack there of I received and asked if I was ok with him investigating further & getting back to me. I said of course and haven't heard a word since then. Yet another example of how this company does business.

I (nor my daughter with whom initiated the contract) have NOT heard from All My Sons, despite their statement to Revdex.com that a customer care rep would be in contact with me/us. I was sure to include my phone (both work and cell) and email address, as well as obviously the home address they moved our belongings to in my initial claim of damages to them... Yet have not heard from them at all. Concerning, yet not surprising based on dealing with this company to this point! Still frustrated and waiting for resolution!

There has been no further contact as they state in their response. No "multiple attempts to settle"... Only the mailed offer of the cost of the move (minus the $50 deposit). If All My Sons Moving deems it necessary and acceptable to refund the cost of my move, why is it not also necessary and acceptable for them to compensate for the severe and crippling damage caused to both real estate and property, not to mention the name calling, emotional stress and abuse we were forced to endure? As evidenced in the video I have, and the numerous photos, they need to be held responsible and accountable for the damage caused by their employees, refusal to honor a quoted price and the negligent, deplorable behavior exhibited by this "company". I believe it may be time to see if a court of law sees their pitiful offer of the refund of a little more than $850 already paid to them is adequate compensation for the havoc this company has reeked on my families life. As stated before, I (a single mom) have had to pay not only their moving expense, but a LARGE repair bill to my former landlords, and have been left with a houseful of DAMAGED (some completely RUINED) furniture. All of which was left in my garage - some still is! - so had to pay other movers to move what we could salvage into our home in order to live! I need to be able to replace the furniture that is no longer usable, repair the furniture that can be and have the funds I had to pay in repair bills returned to me so I may continue to provide a safe and comfortable home for my family! All My Sons Moving SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ROB ME OF THAT!!!

The claims packet that was submitted, signed and notarized by the customer did not make any mention of property damage, only house hold good damage. We have responded accordingly and offered our customer the cost of the move which is our full and final offer.

Following the completion of Ms. [redacted]'s services, we refunded an amount to compensate for delays. Following continued correspondance from Ms. [redacted], a claims package was sent to address any further claims or complaints.

The customer called our customer care team on 6/15/2015 at 3:57pm and advised us of damage to her treadmill. The customer spoke with a customer care representative at that time and a claims package was sent to the customer at 6:01pm. We have a 100% answer and response ratio. We have Key performance indicator for our customer care team that reflects our percentages. There has not been a single call that has not been answered. The customer needs to complete and mail back the claims form and we will process the claim immediately. If the customer did not receive the claims forms we ask that they call us at ###-###-#### or email us at [email protected] and we will reissue the claims packet. The customer has 30 days from the move to file a claim so we ask that the customer contacts us as soon as possible.

I have never experienced such a disaster in my life. My wife and I were scheduled to move on a Friday morning. We needed to be out in a few hours in order to close on the sale of them. All My Sons called me the day before to confirm everything -- this was the second confirmation call I had received. I felt great about everything, then the next morning THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I got a call five minutes after they were supposed to arrive and they said they weren't coming. Wasn't even much of an apology despite the fact I didn't raise my voice or anything.

We nearly had to push our closing date back and take on two mortgages at once because of this company, and from what I've heard after the experience, this is not the first (nor the last) time this will happen. Please, please avoid this company.

I've never written a bad review in my life in the understanding that everyone has a bad day, and I don't like to tarnish a brand's image based on one bad experience. However, this is the exception and the company nearly cost me thousands of dollars.

The standard valuation of $0.60 per pound per article is not insurance, it is standard coverage in the moving industy applied to all moves, there is no premium or deductible that is paid on this standard coverage. There is only cosmetic damage to the washer, our understanding is that is it...

still in working order. We did go above our standard liability and include a good will amount in the settlement that was offered to the customer.
