I write in reply to acknowledge the receipt of your concern. Please accept my apologies for the amount of time that you have had to invest in trying to get to the bottom of thisI will have a member of our team call you tomorrow to work this through to conclusion

Good afternoon,So, the member rejected our response however, due to the fact that she had the battery replaced prior to notifying us, we consider the battery warranty to be null and void

I am writing to acknowledge the receipt of this members concern.I am aware that the member has spoken to an employee in our Member Relations department this morning

I write to acknowledge the receipt of Revdex.com, regarding the towing charges your Son incurred as a Basic member on April 6, 2017.I note that you had previously sent an email to AAA.com back on April 18, and you were provided with a reply that explained the provisions of upgrading your membership to either the Plus or Premier levels"Plus or Premier benefits commence seven days following receipt of your payment by us"As the upgrade to Plus and, the need for towing were only one day apart, your Son would not have been eligible to be covered under the Plus membership

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Good afternoon,I write to acknowledge the receipt of this complaint to the Revdex.comI apologize for the frustration that you have expressed in this forum.I will insure that you are removed from receiving any further mailings or, solicitations of any kindPlease allow a reasonable amount of time for this to take effect

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belowAAA Has not contacted me in any wayWhen I filed my claim I must of made several calls looking for status of my claimAAA could have the decency to cal me back and they have not Regards, [redacted]

I write in reply to acknowledge the receipt of this concern. The member was told on May 11, 2016, that she needed to sign and return a document to us, before the address would be officially changedA fax was sent out with the new address on May 24, but, it would not be officially changed without her returning the form with her signature And without that signature we would not send any bills/notices to the new addressIt is unclear to me why the member is seeking a refund of $60.00, when she was only charged $of which, $is being refundedIf you feel as though we have misunderstood your premise, kindly let me know

I write to acknowledge the receipt of this members complaint. The correct towing procedure for safely transporting this vehicle would not place our Technician or, his equipment anywhere near the catalytic converter to cause any damage whatsoever. The exhaust system starts well rear of the A frame where the vehicle was hooked to load it onto the flatbedThe assessor examined the exhaust system for signs of impact and found noneThe nature of the exhaust system is that it runs from the back side of the engine area to the rear of the vehicle ending in the tail pipeThe system runs vertically down the vehicleThe AAA assessor did find that the catalytic converter had been cut at the front and the rear of it as though someone was trying to remove it.The cuts are clean, not torn as would be expected had something caught itIt is unknown when or by whom the converter was cut but the physical damage to it indicates this was a deliberate attempt at removal It is the contention of AAA that after a full investigation of the damage complaint presented by the complainant that no liability rested with AAA given the physical damage as such no restitution was offered

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Again, I am very unhappy with AAA denying the damage that their driver caused to my vehicle as well as do not appreciate the driver and staff lying about taking pictures of the damageI would like to have Revdex.com become involved to resolve my complaint and assist me with getting my car fixed Regards, [redacted]

I write to acknowledge the receipt of the members rebuttal to our reply. In the interest of settling this matter amicably and, simply as a gesture of good faith to our AAA member, we would be willing to extend a onetime reimbursement of half of the amount of the ABS sensor and associated laborBy the members calculation, it would be $In the event that the member is looking to recover the entire amount of the repair and labor, this would have to be pursued independently by the member with the independent service provider whom he alleges is responsible and, his repair shop that has alleged that it occurred as a result of the towing of his vehicle

Upon further review, I noted that there had been a previous account set up in the persons name, with that knowledge, it would seem that a prudent person would be familiar with what they had purchasedAlthough there have been subtle changes over the years to membership benefits and services, transfer of membership to a non member has never been allowedTypically, when non members call to join and obtain service, it is because there is an immediate need at the roadsideI was pleased to see that we did offer to join the non member and extend coverage for service however, the offer was declined. Our decision remains to uphold the cancellation feeAs previously stated, all terms of membership can be viewed at AAA.com

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved Regards, [redacted]

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved Regards, [redacted] They have dropped the charges but they did NOT CLOSE the account as asked

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I didn't think that it was the battery as it was under months old so when it wouldn't start I was at work and there is a garage there, so they checked on it and replaced the battery I needed to have a car that starts The battery was replaced in March and I was told it was new, the warranty shouldn't be a question as it was less then months old and again I was told it was brand new AAA did not put a brand new battery in my car in March I was given a battery that was defective and I shouldn;t have to fight like this to get reimbursed for it I advised them to come and get the old (supposedly new) battery Regards, [redacted] ***

I write in reply to the complaint that was filed regarding your attempt to obtain towing for your vehicle.I have asked the Representative that you spoke to on January 5th, to post an internal credit in the amount of the cost of your Premier membershipIf you joined AAA for the sole purpose of having this vehicle towed in the future, I would be more than glad to refund your last years membership dues and cancel your membership, as this may prove to be problematic going forward

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below This will obviously be an open issue until compensation is reached and repairs completed My point of asking you who is paying to have the car torn apart for pictures to be taken is now justified because you obviously weren't planning on doing so I can easily take the tire off to get clear pictures of the wheel rotor hub and remove the brake rotor to show how the long wheel hub bolt destroyed the emergency brake package I wish this was accomplished the first time when I asked if the wheel needed to be taken off The hub can not be replaced with out the rear axle bearing coming off This is why is such a costly repair for a simple lug bolt I will await correspondence from [redacted] to set up a time and date he can come to my house so I can have the car prepared There is a police report on file with the Mass State police during the time off the incident I will consider this closed and accepted by me once this matter is resolved, and again, it has been months Regards, [redacted]

I write in reply of the receipt of this members reimbursement concernUpon review of this particular membership, it appears as though an error occurred while calculating the usageTherefore, we will be processing a reimbursement in full for this eventPlease allow business days for the refund to be processed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below The car has been looked over and there isn't anything that is/was draining the AAA batterySince the last communication with AAA, I've purchased a battery and the car is running normally as it did prior to the install of the AAA battery Regards, [redacted]

I write to acknowledge the receipt of this inquiry. The previous expiration date for your membership was July 30th, the new expiration date is August 1stIf anything, you have gained a day and not lost anything with regard to monies or membershipTherefore, we consider this matter closedThank you for your inquiry as it helps us maintain a high level of member satisfaction
