I write in reply to this complaint.Although unfortunate, the decision that was made with regard to the level of membership, based on usage is final and, will not be reversed

The policy for the engagement ring will be back dated to 5/29/ We are in the process of reviewing the reimbursement request portion and once a determination has been made, we will follow up with Ms*** in writing

This membership enrollment was done over the phone, not online, the representative did not disclosed the terms of the contract at the time , and I did not had access to online review, which I believe to be a deceived action by AAA, also, my decision to terminate my membership was because of the above , I did not get what I thought I was paying forNow this not a matter to be discuses back and forth in the Revdex.com page, therefore, I'm considering to file a claim in court for deceptive business practice

I write in reply to acknowledge the receipt of this complaint. Although we do not believe that there is a problem with the app or, with the process of waiving “younger renter fee”, as a gesture of goodwill, we will refund the difference of $

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***At the time of the incident, the technician acknowledged the damage and told myself personally to call member relations regarding the incident and that member relations would take care of the damages for meI also took pictures of the damages caused and have submitted them for reviewAt the time, I told the technician that I wanted to take pictures and he waited to pull off until I was able to take the pictures that I wantedI am not satisfied with the response that the technician took damages of the car himself before the tow, as if he did, the pictures would show that there was not damage to the rear lights until after it was placed onto the flat bedWe ask that this matter be addressed and that AAA will assist with paying for the damages caused by their technician to my carIt is disappointing that after being a loyal AAA member for almost ten years that they would treat their customers this way and that they are not working with myself to resolve the matter in any way.Regards,

There is still a tow that has not been covered I was with the vehicle both times so both should be covered AAA has my phone number also and in my letter to you everything was explained There was no reason to contact you since AAA and you apparently have already made a decision and I will seek further resolution

The complainant’s daughter called for service on her *** *** on January 7, due to an antifreeze leakThe original contention made by the complainant’s wife to AAA was that damage to the front grill had been done during service when the vehicle was being loaded onto a flatbed
Neither the complainant nor his wife was present when service was performed on the vehicleOur licensed appraiser inspected the alleged damage and found that the front grill is cracked on the bottom passenger sideThe photos from the inspection were reviewed on a high-definition resolution screen by AAA’s licensed adjusterThe grill has clearly been previously repairedThere is glue within the cracked portion of the grill, and there is also evidence of bondo indicating that a prior improper repair was done on the vehicleIt was reported by the complainant that the vehicle had been purchased in December 2015, so it is conceivable that the complainant was unaware of the prior improper repairThe edges of the grill also have glue on them indicating that the grill was not only glued back together but glued back into placeThere is no evidence to the underside of the bumper cover or grill that it bottomed out during either loading or unloading, such as what would cause damage to the grillThere are some scratches to the passenger side front bumper, but they are not located on the lower lip of the bumper cover which is where they would have been had the cover scraped during service provided by AAAThe scratches are likely a result of whatever it was that caused damage to the grill originallyThere is no evidence of new damage, only that of the prior improper repairGiven the evidence of prior unrelated damage and a lack of fresh damage, AAA is not liable for the damage being alleged

I have worked with my insurance but I still liable you for 3k. Revdex.com:

The lack of function of the iDrive controller was noticed on 4/1/immediately after it was first jumped AAA's contractor said that the iDrive was not working because the vehicle was trying to conserve energy The vehicle did not start on its own without the aid of a jump until battery was replaced AAA jumped the vehicle on 4/9/so I could drive it to the mechanic. I had my mechanic only replace the battery at first They ran a diagnostics test and said that the commands from the iDrive controller were not being detected I elected to drive the car for a few more weeks to see if it would regain function or reset I returned to the mechanic for an in depth analysis of the iDrive controller because it did not regain its function The mechanic said that the iDrive was "fried" and asked how it was jumped I told my mechanic that the AAA contractor jumped the vehicle from his truck directly off of the battery terminals of my *** He told me that was a violation of ***'s jumping protocol and was the cause of the damaged iDrive controller No fuses were blown because the iDrive controller is sensative component in the electrical circuit Jumping the vehicle incorrectly can destroy the iDrive without blowing a fuse This is a common problem when ***'s are jumped improperly. AAA claims that it is challenging to establish liability However, they never made an attempt to contact the mechanic who repaired my vehicle and specializes in ***s I have eye witnesses who saw the AAA contractor demonstrate negligence while jumping the vehicle and the subsequent iDrive failure, yet AAA refuses to take responsibility for this The damaged iDrive controller was a direct result of AAA's jump to my vehicle. We have been AAA members for some 20-years and I'm surprised how hard they are working to avoid their liability for this issue by continuing to cite their policy over and over again Said simply, the iDrive controller was working perfectly fine before my vehicle was jumped and did not function immediately after the incorrectly performed jump I hope this clarifies any confusion or concerns you may have.

I write to acknowledge the receipt of this complaint. In a review of our database in Member Relations, I am unable to locate any reference to the charge or, charges mentioned in this complaintIf the complainant can provide more detail or, attach a copy of the certified letter he has sent, that
would be a good start

I write to acknowledge the receipt of this members complaint. We had our technical staff view the damaged ABS sensor that was sent into our office after repairs had been completedAlthough we agree that the sensor is / was damaged, we have no way of determining how this occurred either from towing
or, as a result of the work that was performed by the repair shop that worked on the vehicle
