I write in reply to the receipt of this members rebuttal.Although I understand the premise of your questions, this is a unique situation in that the representative from your home Club who will be re-inspecting the vehicle, is not the person who will direct liabilityWhether the inspection is done at a shop or, at your residence, we will need a variety of pictures, preferably with the wheel removed

I write in reply to acknowledge the receipt of this complaint to the Revdex.com.As we had previously advised in separate communications to the member, we were unable to determine liability in this matter or, if it was as a result of the service that was providedWe informed the member to consult with their insurance carrier for further assistanceA representative from Progressive did call after hours on February 7, and left a messageWhen we attempted to return the call, there was no option to leave a voice message

I write in reply to acknowledge the receipt of your complaint to the Revdex.com As you are aware, a letter of denial was sent to you explaining the reasons why the submission for reimbursement consideration was not paidAny receipts that are submitted in the name of a non-member or, inactive member will not be honoredAlso, there was a name and contact number included, had you wished to call and speak with the employee who worked on your requests The additional request that you submitted for reimbursement consideration, was paid up to the limits of your Basic membership with AAA Northeast whereas, any miles beyond the first three would be your responsibility I hope that this helps clarify how this was processed by our Finance department

Although we understand that you believe that the issue with the IDrive is related to the jump start service, the lapse in time in the first report alleging damage was delayed significantlyThe invoice from your repair shop also categorized the problem with the unit as a common failure on these types of vehicles, not listed as damageAgain, if you wish to pursue this matter further, you may do so directly with the independent contractor who provided the service on April 1,

I write to acknowledge the receipt of this members complaint.After having had the opportunity to review the case file and notes unfortunately, we are unable to mediate this claim on the members behalfThe Technician who provided the tow of the vehicle is adamant that he never accepted liability for
damage that is alleged to have occurred during service in fact, he states that he noted the damage to the vehicle when he arrived on location and, took pictures of the damage in the rear prior to loading the vehicle onto the flatbed for transport
