to consult with their insurance carrier for further assistance. A representative from Progressive did call after hours on February 7, 2018 and left a message. When we attempted to return the call, there was no option to leave a voice message.

Good afternoon, I write to acknowledge the receipt of this complaint to the Revdex.com.  Please accept my sincere apology for the problems you encountered. We will contact you to directly to try resolve this.

I write in reply to the rebuttal posted by the complainant.The grill on this vehicle had clearly been  repaired previously, based on physical evidence of bondo. This indicates that the attempted repair to the bumper was below industry standards. Our appraiser noted during his inspection that the edges of the grill had glue on it and,  that the grill was glued back together and then glued back into place. It is our experience that an intact grill that had not undergone substandard repairs would not have failed or, sustained damage rather, the plastic would be more apt to flex and go back into place. Furthermore, there is no physical evidence of impact to the underside of the bumper cover where the grill attaches that would be consistent with loading or unloading with our service vehicle.Although we strongly believe that no liability rests with AAA Northeast, in consideration of membership, we would be willing to broker some type of a settlement towards the resolution of this complaint.
