I have witness from [redacted] who fixed the car that this was done on our car from Tow. They had the car with them for many days so they and I both know that this damage was not caused by anything else. The car was hanging from the flatbread by getting stuck under the hood in a 45 degree angle which caused the damage. I was there with the tow truck. This is YOUR fault and you are lying.  Revdex.com:

I write in reply to the rejection to the reply that we submitted,Although the response that we submitted was rejected, I cannot see the narrative of the reason for the rejection. IN any event, this would not change our reply, as The Daughter and Mother had a disagreement, which did not involve, AAA service, The Mother would need to pursue this further against her Daughter. The two parties entered into a contract / agreement as to who would pay for the membership, AAA Northeast was not involved in the details of what the two parties agreed upon, nor did we direct them to do so either way.

After having verval, as well as e-mail communications with the business,  I find that having any other contact will not solve the problem.  It would be gratetly appreciated if in turn they would offer a possible settlement so that we may put this issue behind us.AC

Once again the called and instructed me to call them back on an 800 number that does not work outside of their local service area. Sure I can call when I get back home to RI but the whole point of having the service is for peace of mind when I am traveling. I need to be able to contact them and get service when I am not home so apparently I have to find a different company that will offer nationwide coverage. Dear Mr. [redacted], I am writing in follow up to a concern we received regarding your AAA membership. Please contact me at your earliest convenience at [redacted] ext[redacted]     Thank you, [redacted]| Counselor, Member RelationsAAA Northeast |  [redacted] |  [redacted]

I write in reply to acknowledge the receipt of your complaint to the Revdex.com.   As you are aware, a letter of denial was sent to you explaining the reasons why the submission for reimbursement consideration was not paid. Any receipts that are submitted in the name of a non-member or, inactive...

member will not be honored. Also, there was a name and contact number included, had you wished to call and speak with the employee who worked on your requests.   The additional request that you submitted for reimbursement consideration, was paid up to the limits of your Basic membership with AAA Northeast whereas, any miles beyond the first three would be your responsibility.   I hope that this helps clarify how this was processed by our Finance department.

I write in reply to acknowledge this concern. We reviewed the phone calls between this Member and our Auto Travel Counselors.  She found the promotion advertised in our June Horizons member publication.  She spoke with an employee and asked for a 2 night stay in [redacted] and it was...

explained that the promo requires 2 separate stays and she must be a [redacted] Rewards Member, which is beyond our control.  She said she was a ** Rewards Member and, she would stay 2 separate occasions. We also told her the free night voucher comes from [redacted], not from AAA.  She asked, then I don’t need to book through AAA?  Our Travel Counselor advised no, you don’t have too but, we can book it for you.  The member then said ok, never mind and, she hung up the phone.   The member then called back about half an hour later and spoke with another Travel Counselor.  The Member complained that no one knew about this promo.  We let her know that she would go online to [redacted] to register which mirrored promo in the ad from June Horizons member publication.  This was expressly explained regarding the website and where to type the information on the specific page.  The Member claimed it didn’t work so, our employee emailed her the link.  She thanked our employee and ended the call.  A while later the member called back and spoke with a third Travel Counselor.  At this point, she just wanted to make a reservation.  She advised our employee that she had attempted to make the reservation online but, kept getting an error message.  Our employee confirmed the information that she provided and gave her the rates. She expressed her concerns about room rates stating the website was much lower.  Our employee checked the [redacted] website directly and, it was the same rate that we had quoted moments earlier. She said she was looking at a lower rate and mentioned something about Pandora.  We continued to look for a lower rate but couldn’t find one. The rates quoted on the third interaction with the member, do not include the promo offer, which would have afforded a lower room rate.

I did receive the response from AAA you are referring to; however, it was not made clear to me at the time of my upgrade that I would have to wait 5 to 7 days to use my upgraded services.  In addition, the upgrade took place on April 6, 2017 and the tow was on April 7, 2017, not April 6, 2017.  If there is nothing you can do in this regard, so be it.  I feel that AAA was not forth coming when I made the decision to upgrade my services.

I write to acknowledge the receipt of this members complaint. The correct towing procedure for safely transporting this vehicle would not place our Technician or, his equipment anywhere near the catalytic converter to cause any damage whatsoever. The exhaust system starts well rear of the A...

frame
where the vehicle was hooked to load it onto the flatbed. The assessor examined
the exhaust system for signs of impact and found none. The nature of the
exhaust system is that it runs from the back side of the engine area to the
rear of the vehicle ending in the tail pipe. The system runs vertically down
the vehicle. The AAA assessor did find that the catalytic converter had been
cut at the front and the rear of it as though someone was trying to remove it.The cuts are clean, not torn as would be expected had
something caught it. It is unknown when or by whom the converter was cut but
the physical damage to it indicates this was a deliberate attempt at removal.
It is the contention of AAA that after a full investigation of the damage
complaint presented by the complainant that no liability rested with AAA given
the physical damage as such no restitution was offered.

I write to acknowledge the receipt of this members complaint. It is my understanding that the member had an opportunity to speak with two of our employees yesterday 9/12/2016 and, the warranty policy was explained in depth. The members husband purchased a battery on March 11. 2016. We were not...

made aware of any issues whatsoever until receiving a phone call from the member on 9/12/2016. As with any standard warranty, there are terms that are applicable as to how one would qualify for relief. In this instance, the members mechanic allegedly stated that the battery was defective however, we were never afforded the opportunity to conduct any tests or, replace the battery, if in fact it was deemed to be defective. To our knowledge, the battery was simply replaced and discarded. Based on the actions that were taken prior to being notified, we consider the warranty to be null and void.
