referred to AllianceOne account number [redacted] on March 23, 2015. It currently shows a balance of $121.70. This photo infraction was issued by the photo enforcement division for a speeding violation. I have attached validation of debt for Mr. [redacted]'s review.Mr. [redacted] states he has never been contacted or notified that the matter was referred to collections. Our records indicate, on March 26, 2015, AllianceOne sent him notification of the debt being placed for collections. There was no mail return to us by the postal service leading us to believe the letter was received by Mr. [redacted].Mr. [redacted] states his desired resolution is to remove this from his credit report. As a data furnisher, AllianceOne must provide accurate information to the credit reporting agencies in order to promote the integrity of the credit reporting system. At this time, in an effort to resolve this issue, please accept this
letter as confirmation that on June 24, 2014 AllianceOne submitted a request to
the credit bureaus to delete its tradelines from your credit reports.  Our
request was submitted electronically (via E-Oscar, confirmation #[redacted] and
[redacted]) which should expedite the removal.  AllianceOne does not control
how promptly the bureaus remove an item (or if they in fact remove it), but
typically an item is deleted within three weeks.
We strive to provide a positive customer experience while resolving
account concerns, and we thank you for bringing **. [redacted]’s issues to our
attention.  Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. I can be

July 13, 2017Dear [redacted],I am writing in response to the concerns expressed to your office by [redacted] on July 6, 2017. I appreciate the opportunity to respond on behalf of AllianceOne Receivables Management, Inc.[redacted] states that he had been paying a $10 processing fee when making his payments online that shouldn’t have applied to him because he qualified for the Amnesty Program through California, he would like to have these processing fees refunded. [redacted] also expressed concerns regarding the professionalism of one of our supervisors.San Diego Superior Court referred account #[redacted] to AllianceOne on August 17, 2015 with a balance of $771.00. [redacted] was approved for the Amnesty Program and agreed to a monthly payment plan on February 1, 2017. Because of the processing fees that [redacted] was charged, a refund of $30 has returned to the card used for the payments on July 17, 2017, he should see the funds within five business days. Our on-site employee either gave him the incorrect information regarding the fees or he misunderstood what she was saying, our review shows that the fees were proper and agreed to by him. None the less we have agreed to refund the fees to him due to the confusion. We apologize if [redacted] believes he was treated poorly by our representatives, our goal is to treat everyone with dignity and respect. The portion of his complaint regarding “Nicole” appears to be incomplete so we are not able to address it. If he would like to forward us more complete information we would be happy to further investigate the concern. We strive to provide a positive customer experience while resolving account issues, and we thank you for bringing [redacted]’s issues to our attention. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This is absolutely absurd, In no way shape or form has **. [redacted] attempted to solve this situation or explain the actions that caused the current situation I'm faced with due to AllianceOnes malfeasance. All **. [redacted] has done is deny blame and hide behind half truths, misdirection and scapegoats with the pure attempt as self preservation. Thus **. [redacted] receives a very short response back from me this time and an extremely just 'I am rejecting this response'! Furthermore I do not really have much more to say, this is because my original complaint has absolutely every fact, date, detail and time needed for any sensible person to come to the conclusion that AllianceOne is completely at fault thus I simply will refer **. [redacted] to my original letter because clearly, as displayed from the company **. [redacted] represents, it takes more than one read over to understand the information thoroughly.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I made monthly payments EVERY month and as I stated before, if I had received a letter stating that they were not accepting a post dated check, I would have resent it. The total ticket was about $500.00 give or take and I made payments so there should be no way that I owe the full amount again. I have tried calling the company to request a detailed print out of what I paid which I was told the company would not provide. I was lectured by the CSR about how I should remember the amount of the ticket as well as the last payment I sent. This is impossible for me to do as I was in an abusive relationship and suffered with memory lost from the damage done to me head. I have no problem paying my bills, which is why I set up the payment plan. The company that took over the collection is unwilling to show me what was received by the original creditor, they are rude and harass you daily to the point I have had to block their number. The only response I received from the company was a copy of the ticket. I am not disputing I have a ticket, I am disputing the amount owed. The collection agency received my information long before I filed my 2012 and 2013 taxes, neither were intercepted from state or federal. In the time that has passed since the ticket, I NEVER received any documents that I still owed from the court or the collection agency until this year, 2 years later, when my taxes we taken. I have worked with credit collections before and the company is suppose to provide the information proving that a debt is owed. The letter attached to the email I received is NOT what was sent to me with the check. I do not remember exactly what it said but I know for a fact that the letter was longer with more writing than the one attached. I would like the collection agency to provide a print out of all payments that I paid to the courts as well as what the total amount of the ticket was. There is no reason I should have to pay 1,000$ for a ticket that was paid. The CSR reps do not help the customers, they are rude and belittling to the public and should not berate a person who has suffered medical injuries from severe abuse.

Dear [redacted]:I write in response to the concerns expressed to your office by [redacted] on August 25, 2015. I appreciate the opportunity to respond on behalf of AllianceOne Receivables Management, Inc.
[redacted] states in his complaint he is requesting...

AllianceOne stop a garnishment and refund his overpayment. On August 24, 2015 AllianceOne received a call from [redacted] inquiring on how to stop the garnishment and asking when he would get a refund check for an overpaid amount. Our agent attempted to clarify to [redacted] he would not be able to personally stop the garnishment however his employer would be able to stop it by contacting our legal department. He was advised that his employer could contact them directly by calling the number provided on the garnishment writ his employer was served. Unsatisfied with the call outcome, [redacted] contacted our consumer hotline and expressed his concerns. I explained to [redacted] I would need to investigate this matters and I would contact him the following day.As I investigated his concerns it appeared that his employer appeared to be withholding too much money from his paycheck. I contacted our Legal department and they agreed and faxed documents to release the garnishment on [redacted]’s pay check. A request was submitted to our posting department which expedited the refund process for [redacted]. On August 26, 2015, check number 3601737, in the amount of $90.28, was sent to him via [redacted] overnight service to [redacted]’s address. He should have the refund at this time.

She is requesting a letter showing that she settled her account and that credit reporting be updated.[redacted] referred to AllianceOne for collection account #[redacted]; client reference (# [redacted]) on July 24, 2015 with a balance of $345.55.
On October 27, 2015 [redacted] agreed to settle her [redacted] account for $207.33 to be made in two payments November 13, 2015 for 103.66 and November 20, 2015 for 103.67. On November 30, 2015 a letter was sent to [redacted] via e-mail to [redacted]@[redacted].com informing her that her account had been closed as “settled in full”. We have attached the letter for [redacted]’s records.

I am writing in response to the concerns expressed to your office by Ms. [redacted] on July 8, 2015. I appreciate the opportunity to respond on behalf of AllianceOne Receivables Management, Inc.
Ms. [redacted] states in her rejection to our response that she has provided information to locate the account being reported to the Credit Reporting Agencies (CRA’s). That AllianceOne has been unable to locate an account and that she has contacted the (CRA’s) who told her that we should remove the tradeline if unable to locate an account.
Upon receiving Ms. [redacted]’s rejection to our initial response we again tried to locate an account in our office for her. We are still unable to locate any account with Ms. [redacted]’s name, address provided, telephone number or by social security number. We would encourage Ms. [redacted] to provide a copy of her credit report in an effort to resolve this matter.
As stated previously unfortunately for AllianceOne to remove a tradeline we must be able to tie the removal to an account number. AllianceOne provides the account number to the consumer reporting agencies when credit reporting and they should provide it to the consumer when issuing a credit report to allow us to locate a consumer’s account in this kind of situation. At this time the best way for Ms. [redacted] to have the tradeline removed is to dispute it directly to the Credit Reporting Agencies (CRA’s) as they will have record of who reported it to them and the specific account information. They will then then notify AllianceOne of the dispute with identifiable account information.
We apologize for the difficulty Ms. [redacted] has experienced and would very much like to help her resolve the matter. Ms. [redacted] may feel free to contact me directly in an effort to resolve this matter.
We strive to provide a positive customer experience while resolving account concerns and we thank you for bringing Ms. [redacted]’s issues to our attention. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. I can be contacted at ###-###-####.
