Dear Revdex.com:   We are sorry that [redacted] was not happy with our first response. We do not doubt the merchandise was returned, but we have not received anything back.  We do show that [redacted] deducted the funds from our account and reimbursed the customer once the chargeback wasfiled.  This was disputed with [redacted] on 2/**/2015 in the amount of $76.97.  Therefore thecustomer has been reimbursed through their [redacted] account and their accountthrough us has been closed with [redacted]. Had I received refund there would be a positive along with the negative.  Yes, I opened a claim through [redacted] only because there was no authorization for the purchase after I cancelled the order, and the company went ahead and charged my account anyway.  Also, the package was received through [redacted], not [redacted].

I have not received the second reimbursement they continue to state they have completed.  They are not addressing the complaint, they continue to answer with the same response.  I do not believe they are reading my responses because I HAVE checked, double checked and rechecked my credit card statements for Aug, Sept, Oct and now Nov. The reimbursement is not showing.  If they made the reimbursement, they would have received a confirmation/reference number.  I am asking they provide me with this number so I can follow up with my credit card company.
