Review: I bought extensions from the company a few weeks ago. For the past two weeks I have tried to contact the company about returning the extensions. According to their website and the commercial there is a 30 day moneyback guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the product. I have sent emails to them twice about this product returning to them. I have also called customer cr and was on hold for 45 minutes. I have not received one email from a representative of the company. I feel that this company is not obligating the 30 day moneyback guarantee. I also feel that they stole my money and refused to give it back.

Review: Ad on TV and Web state buy one get one free. The billing then charges for the second item. Cost twice what anticipated. No contact info for company.

order #[redacted]attempted to buy one Forever Comfy Gel Cushion and get one free with payment of shipping for the second pillow. When bill seen, only pillow price of $19.95 and shipping cost of $19.90 were shown. total 79.90 not $39.85 as anticipated. Sales tax not shown. The website does not provide any company contact information. I think I may have ordered 2 because of the way the sale was presented. I was not given an option to change my purchase as may other websites offer before finalizing my purchase. This made me angry, so I am sending this complaint.

Review: I ordered one Side Sleeper Pro pillow, online, thinking that I was getting the second one for free. After entering my credit card information I was sent a new page with my receipt. I was expecting to be able to confirm the information before I placed the order. The S/H for the pillows equaled the cost of the first pillow. Basically, I was getting two pillow for the cost of two pillows. I called immediately to cancel the order and was told it would take hours for my order to show up and to call back. When I called back hours later they were closed. I went online and canceled the order from the menu provided when viewing my order. The page stated the it would take 24 hours for the cancellation to show up. Actually it never showed up. The pillows were shipped USPS parcel post, the cheapest possible, and showed up in a box that was in complete disrepair. I was not home when it arrived so it was left on my covered doorstep. I took it to the local post office and was told that they could not return it to sender in that condition. I paid $10 to return my cancelled order to sender! The advertising is deceptive and the website is set up so you are unable to cancel an order and apparently the company has no boxes decent enough to mail their merchandise in. Hmmmm, it makes it kind of hard to make them pay for return shipping. If the company was honest about the price they were selling the pillows for I would have purchased two for 19.95 each and paid the shipping. It is the deception that is wrong.Desired Settlement: I would like all of my money refunded, including the return shipping charge.

Review: On January *, 2014, I attempted to order the Perfect Bacon Bowl from a television advertisement. While going through the process, I clearly indicated each time that I was asked that I only wanted 1 set. However, after "checkout" I was charged for 2 sets. I immediately called the number listed in the email, which told me I had won a cruise and then hung up on me. After further online research, I found a valid number, but was told that I have to wait 3 hours for their system to update. Which means I cannot call until 8am tomorrow morning to prevent shipping. At this point, I want to cancel the entire order and have my money refunded, but will not be able to do that.This company is a scam, and I have just read on the Revdex.com site many similar complaints regarding their deceitful practices.Desired Settlement: I would simply like the order canceled.

Review: The order form was confusing, and I was conned into ordering 2 brushes when I only wanted one and a ridiculous 23.00 shipping, when at the bottom it says shipping is like 5.95 or something like that. I called customer service 3 times to cancel the order. The first woman told me I had to wait 6-8 hours, so I did and called again. That guy told me it was 24-48 hours, and I could do it online at CustomerStatus.com once it appeared in the system. The next day it was still not coming up on CustomerStatus so I called again. That lady said it had already been shipped and she could do nothing. Never got to review order before I was charged and all I want is to cancel and get my money back. Review: I wanted to file a complain against this company because of the money they stole from me. I say that they stole it, because they never had my permission to take it out of my account. I watched an advertisement on T.V. and I decided to make an order for one pair of glasses. They ask me if I want the deluxe Pack, and one pair, so I said yes but they said the price was $10.00, plus shipment on T.V. When I asked for the total they said it was $25.00, then I said O.K. but after 2 weeks later I see in my checking Account from my Key Bank a charge for $68.00. So I was very disappointed with this purchase. Then I called their Customer Service and they said that I ordered two pairs and the deluxe pack for $68.00. I did not order that. So I cancel the order. And right now I already sent the Product back to Zoomies Company. They also said I will get a return ticket from UPS and I never got it. So I had to on top of everything pay the return ticket to UPS which was $11.82, the number of the UPS ticket is [redacted]. Plus, because I was duped in thinking that they would only withdraw $25.00 from my account, the other money that I had in there was for other payments. Since they took out $43.00 more from my account, this caused an overdraft fee of $32.00. Review: Saw and advertisement for a hair brush on television. My daughter asked for it because she has very thick curly hair so I decided to purchase it for her. Website indicated that it was a buy on get one free. I clicked on the two brushes I was to purchase, included my shipping and credit card information. The next few screens were for additional items which I clicked "no" and continue. When I got to the screen to the final screen, it was not a review or continue page, it was a confirmation page adding 4 hair brushes for over $50.00. I immediately called customer service and they told me to wait 24 to 48 hours so that the order would download into their system. After I hung up, I received a confirmation email that my order has been received and is processing. I waited over 48 hours to call back (which is today) and called. They informed me that my order is still not in the system, the customer service representive became extremely short with me telling me "there's nothing I can do and you just have to just deal with it and suck it up". I want to now cancel my entire order, I am calling my credit card company (thankfully [redacted]), to not allow the charge to go through. This company is a complete scam. I reviewed the internet and hundreds of other people are having the same issue. They are taking people's money. Review: I ordered the My Secret Cleaning product for my pots and pans.It came in two tubs. It is a powder. The instructions said to wet the sponge, dip it in the powder and gently rub the stains. I did so - several times. Review: I contacted Side Socket on 8/*/13. As I was making my order they were CONTINUALLY offering more items. After awhile I got tired of it and simply hung up the phone without completing my order OR giving them the authority to debit my card. Two days later I found out that my credit card had been hit with at 121.69 charge!I called their customer service desk and was told that I had to wait for my monies to be credited back to my card AFTER I sent the items back. Review: Ordered this cat toy from a TV commercial-after 10 minutes of pushing 1 or 2 on my phone as they kept trying to add additional gimmicks I ended up with a live person that was trying to sell me a cruise! I told her if she didn't end the conversation and finish the order I would contact the Revdex.com to report them and was then transferred to a recording that said my order was complete. One of the many questions during this time was if I wanted one of the cat toys or two--I ended up receiving and being charged for 2--I called when I saw my bill--my cat toy for $29.95 was $86.78!! Now I have to return the extra one of course at my expense and there was not return form to send it back. So another 20 minutes on the phone-I will get only $40.89 back--what a ploy...send out 2 and make a killing. Review: I began an order for my daughter's birthday. After entering my information it said they were going to charge me $17 to ship a brush that only cost $15 to start with. I felt that was an unreasonable fee so I opted out of the site. Later I received the items anyway and my card was billed the whole amount. I called the company to return the items. The lady said they would return the items but not the shipping fee. When I said that was unacceptable she became angry and ended the call. I called back and spoke with another lady. She stated that their site had no confirmation or submit option and I was locked in to the order when I entered my info. I pointed out that the shipping amount didn't come up until I had entered my info. She said she would refund a small portion of the shipping. I again said that was unacceptable. I did not want the items to start with. She then said I had hit the rush shipping option. I informed her my daughter's birthday was not until July and had no need to rush ship. She said they could refund a small portion of the shipping and they could do nothing else. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and returned the items to them just as I received them per my credit card company's directions. The internet has multiple complaints of a similar nature. One stated she order two; they sent her four and refused to refund the shipping on the two unwanted items. Please hold them accountable for ripping people off. Review: I ordered this product on March *,2015 and I still have not received it. Every time I call customer service to find out when I will receive my order they give me the runaround. They say it's on backorder but they still sell it on the internet. They tell me it will be here in two weeks and the next time I call they say it's still on backorder. Review: I ordered the Side Socket as shown on tv. When we received it, it was just a standard socket plug with no surge protector. I had ordered these online and nowhere did it specify that you had to order the "deluxe" type. All the online promo asked for was 1. how many 2. name,address, etc. 3. How you are paying and that information. I called the company and they said that I had to order the deluxe in order to get the surge protector. I explained to them that there was no where that stated that and I would be returning the ones I had. Review: I purchased All star Products Group's 'cats meow' the motorized toy shown on TV. When I brought the item out and set it up, it was a noisy, erratic, piece of garbage. It would not make a complete circle without getting stopped by the skirting that hid the wand. It would sound off with noisy grinding of gears then it MIGHT start moving again. I should've realized where it was made why it would not have worked, but even so, it scared my cat not enticed it to play. Such terrible manufacturing as a barely fitted battery cover that broke when I tightened the cover screw down should have told me that this was not a good purchase, but you cannot know this by a cardboard box that it sits in on the shelf.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and a replacement as punitive damages for such a bad product. I know this will not happen though when it is manufactured in China THEY will not care but maybe the distribute might want to save face. Review: Side Socket a.k.a Allstar Marketing was not transparent in their advertising and billing practices. They claimed to charge $10.00 for one product plus Shipping and Handling, "Buy 1 Get 1 Free". Instead they charged over $50.00 by deceiving us into clicking a link that "adds" another one. The buyer thinks they are getting their free side socket, but instead the buyer is being charged full price (over $17.00) for FOUR separate items. Their is NO true customer service. They falsely convince you that there is. There is no address, only a P.O. Box. The phone number is without any automation, service person, or answering machine. There is only a "busy signal". There is no email address. The company states that the customer cannot contact them by email, because emails are automated.Side Socket a.k.a Allstar Marketing acts on deliberately deceptive marketing, advertising and billing practices that are meant to mislead customers into buying more then they believe they are purchasing. Side Socket a.k.a Allstar Marketing further traps the customer into paying, without any means to cancel an order.When we realized we wanted to cancel the order, the very next moment after we placed it, when we saw the bill, we had no way to do this. We realized that the fine print stated that we could not be refunded our money until after the product shipped. The company stated (through) fine print that they would not have our order information until at least 24 to 48 hours. This is deceptive because by the time they will admit to finally having our information the product will have already shipped. They have purposely mislead us into believing we were buying a lower quantity of items for a lower price, and then charged us for a higher quantity of items, along with a higher and not agreed upon price. They further more refused to refund us our money by having a fake and non-existent customer service, and offering us no way to legitimately contact them. Complaint made minutes after ordering. Review: Order Form set-up to ensure you order double the amount you want. Once order is placed, it cannot be changed. You are then shipped double, billed double and charged double for shipping on top of that. They will not do anything to rectify this problem in customer service. Please note: It is not apparent that a double order was placed until the final order confirmation comes through. There is no "review your order page" that shows you how much you are spending for the item and shipping before the order is placed.There are many detailed complaints on internet about this exact situation with this company. Review: overly billed on very poor gpm-zoomies, made very poorly, no return label or instructions, on how to return. also charged FDX amt of $15.90 more then the product itself. The product was $10.00. They said return/refund is included with every order which is a lie. NO information was in the box. Also I disputed this with my ccd co., but they said they have no authority to change their pricing policy, which I feel is ludicrous. Also they said a return only for 30days, which I had no idea because as I said no info in the box. They are a complete rip0ff, and I just hope you can put them out of business, they were made in china to boot. NO return label on the box either. They billed for Fed-x and they shipped UPS.It's a shame to let these people do business. Just try calling them just to see where you get alot of pushing of numbers and according to my ccd company they were shipped from [redacted].Not by regular mail, that's how they make there money.
